When a bank goes bankrupt, the assets in the bank and in the safe deposit boxes are still the property of the account holders.
This is not the case, depositors at the bank become first in line as creditors to re-captialise the bank, its called a bail-in and lots of people in Cyprus got angry about it! Does this still mean their deposits cannot be used to rebuild the company?

We need a whale to prop the price up past $520. There could be loss of faith in rallies if this one fails

The real question is: Those who sold sub 400 last week - what are you doing with your Fiat?
They are probably buying their BTC back today ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Wasn't today the end of bitcoin?

Another noob, another dumb post.
OP, going from $0 to $450 in 5 years isn't a slow rate.
I am new around here and could not agree with the OP more. I also don't think the value of a BTC has anything to do with the adoptive rate in the OP subject. You were so quick to jump on him I'll bet you didn't even realize how silly your point was. The price of Bitcoin is not a measure of its adoption rate though

You don't get replies. If you fail to meet expectations, you get no response. Sent b!z a couple messages regarding interest in writing for his casino reviews and not even a "hello there" back when he had a thread open looking for casino review writers.
Rude if you ask me.
I'm extremely sorry about that. I received a lot of private messages at the time I posted the thread for Bitcoin Reviewer, and it was likely that I overlooked your message. That was completely my fault, and I will make sure it will not happen again. Ranlo, please feel free to shoot me an email and I'll take a look. Thank you! I recommend Ranlo having worked with him already

Just out of curiosity, how influential is bad news here on the price of Bitcoin?

Two things I'm looking for right now are a strong break through the $465 level and for the volume to shoot through the roof.
If that occurs then the big boys are getting in. If the big boys are getting in it will be a free for all and waiting for a pull back may be fruitless. I think we need to see how this Daily candle plays out first though before getting too excited.
Why will the 'big boys' get in a $465 and high volume? They will get in when there is regulation and better trading infrastructure...

It is amazing how fickle markets are. Seriously who is doing all the panic selling when rumors first emerge, only to buy them back again when they turn out to be false?

I have worked with precrime and highly recommend him. Very good work ethic.

I am not interested in this offer. But have you given any thoughts as to how you will verify if someone has really been listening?

Yah ...same for USD, JPY and other FIATs ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) The point is valuation. When Satoshi owned 1m+ coins and none used it ...it could not even buy a single pizza. He had to distribute it to become a millionaire ...value works like this. Now u call it a Ponzi ...its uR take Exactly this. You could even go as far to say that life is a Ponzi: you work hard and contribute to the economy, you then reap the rewards in retirement providing that the next generation has also been contributing to their pension plans

The long-term potential of Bitcoin has not changed. When will people start looking past the short-term issues?
