1942  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Using Bitcoin and altcoins when under 18 on: February 03, 2017, 04:23:42 PM
I think the digital currency trading as altcoin and bicoin not have rules about age restrictions, but for the security of your wallet better use the original ID to be verified, to anticipate if there are improvements that require ID verification system
1943  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin charges and taxes on: February 01, 2017, 04:37:55 PM
The mining fees paid during transactions are the bitcoin taxes or there are other taxes ??

bitcoin tax laws in my country there is no provision, it may be in other countries that have more users bitcoin there are tax rules that bind, to my knowledge there has been no binding tax regulations other than Bitcoin payment fees when trading
1944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can ruin a Country? on: January 31, 2017, 01:34:27 PM
Well, i just thought, if bitcoin become a currency of one Country, maybe it can destroy that country? Think of it, Bitcoins do not have a tax, and tax are used by the government to make that country a good one, without tax, what will be used to spend and make that country a good one?

What do you think?
bitcoin is not going to ruin a country, bitcoin is providing opportunities to its people for investment and trading, so bitcoin can be a good tool to increase the status of a country economically. i think if government take  serious step about bitcoin and regularize  then they can also impose tax on it and will certainly collect good tax from  bitcoin.

I agree with you,,,  bitcoin is very useful for our lives, so many business opportunities created by the existence of the bitcoin.
in terms of tax rules bitcoin each country has different regulations of course,

1946  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: My bank account was frozen due to suspicious activity on my account on: January 27, 2017, 12:46:43 PM
Hi guys! I was selling bitcoins worth £10 000 via localbitcoins.com and what's happened when the purchaser sent my money to the bank account? My bank has froze my bank account without telling anything. When I tried to contact the purchaser via localbitcoin.com he was already away and I didn't get any reply from him. I have been spending whole day in the bank and trying to explain my last transaction and nobody listened me. They just told me that everything is under investigation.

It that means that someone get my BTC and when sent me money just visit his bank again and told them someone abused his card and want money back? And I'm just a victim of that everything and will never get my money back?

I already reported that case.

Please, could anyone tell me what steps I should do?

Thanks a lot for your help and advise!

if you have a lot of evidence in this transaction is certainly no hope for your money back although it will take some time,,,
be patient and try contacting kept hopefully all can succeed and money you can get back.

1949  Economy / Service Discussion / investment losses on: January 26, 2017, 07:18:03 AM
greeting all,
I would like to ask your opinion, if a person invests using bitcoin in online sites, such as gambling sites, for example
if the site was experiencing huge losses so that owners of gambling sites out of business in the website, and then he disappeared soon, no one can be in contact
in your opinion,,?
What should an investor to recover the amount of investment from online entrepreneurs who are not responsible for it?
whether this problem can be processed into the legal system while both parties do not have a real agreement and written, in fact they are in a different country,,,?
thank,

1954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: complaints about the sending bitcoin transactions on: January 24, 2017, 08:24:26 PM

Sorry sir i want to ask, if the transaction that I do this in bulk, of course I will try to restore the bitcoin.

and if such transaction errors resulting from trojan virus,, is there any way to get it back that bitcoin???
thank you so much?
1955  Other / Off-topic / Re: world without bitcoins......!!!1 on: January 24, 2017, 04:16:04 AM
In the rapid development progress of bitcoins, there has been countries where bitcoins are banned like China ,Bolivia ,Bangladesh and others.......... Since bitcoins are not in the hands of government , many countries have banned it and are in the phase on banning bitcoins............ So what should be done? What should be said to the governements?Huh?

along with the rapid development of bitcoin, certainly a lot of pros and cons of using bitcoin in their respective countries but all returned to the government rules where we are,, and I think the presence of Bitcoin benefit all parties, it's just that there are no binding rules on the use of and payment of a taxpayer may make some countries prohibit the use of Bitcoin in this country,, and for countries whose governments prohibit the use bitcoin would be better if such bans,,,, be considered again?
thank all
1956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Abstract Concept? on: January 23, 2017, 03:06:11 PM
It might be, you are more likely to get a sensible anwser if you explain in more detail, your diagram is rather cryptic.
Also, is this related to cryptocurrency in any way? It may be flagged as spam if it isn't.

I agree with you,, if only given a description of these sketches may be more obvious again,,
thank sir,,

1958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: David Seaman Accepting Bitcoin on: January 20, 2017, 07:39:47 AM
I'm not exactly sure on who this guy is but from what I understood , he is a journalist and he was working for the Huffington post.
He was fired for writing an article about Hillary's Clinton health and he got his PayPal frozen for like two times in one single week . If you take a look at the comments , you will see that people are supporting him either with donating or with leaving PayPal too. I found this video by chance cause I was looking for some new videos on bitcoin.

it looks like a mistake that he did so fatal, so he must be Stop of job,,,
hopefully he'll get a job again
1959  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Attorney Will Answer All Questions: on: January 20, 2017, 07:18:43 AM
I have not researched BTC being banned in some countries. I can guess that certain Governments want to maintain control over transactions of value in order to obtain a tax on those transactions; or to maintain a control over the population. Repressive regimes and fascists are capable of all types of controlling behaviors.

In your opinion, why do those country ban Bitcoin? Has Bitcoin to be the cause of crime?

the existence of the bitcoin is very useful for all the good of the poor, middle and rich though, even in the presence of bitcoin is certainly a lot of business opportunities that we can for example by trading, steaking, mining and others,
although there are some countries that prohibit the use of bitcoin, but that does not diminish the value of bitcoin presence was very useful for us all,,, including our presence here through Bitcoin we're in this forum
