It never happened to me. All transaction is always showed up to ether scan right after we send the transaction.
If it didn't show up, it might be the transaction is never happened or it cancelled

Because Ethereum has very much coins based of erc20, with a very nice transaction speed and low fees.
Also i heard it's very cheap to create a coin based on erc20

not really, due to the transaction fee and the time of transaction.
Imagine if you want to buy a burger priced 5$, and you have to spend 10$ for fee and wait for 1-10 hours to complete the transaction XD
