With all these pool/wallet issues, I guess it's time to go back to solo mining.

Agreed. I did that earlier, running SOLO now.

With the way pools have been running, I wonder if we shouldn't all just SOLO. Sure, payouts would be further apart, but everyone would still get their fair share eventually and probably even more than they would running on a pool.

Anyone receive payouts from burstmultipool.com? 24+hrs and nada.

Nothing yet.

I've switched back to SOLO, I suggest you all do the same for now.
1944  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: need electricity support (usa) on: September 09, 2014, 03:14:25 AM
And why 120V instead of 240v?

You'll need to double check everything to be safe.
1945  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: [GUIDE] Innosilicon [A1 Booster + A2 Terminator] Support/Tuning on: September 09, 2014, 03:01:46 AM
So I tried the hashra image and it loads fine @192.168.1.20 but the included mining software is not compatible with our A2 rigs. I tried the above mentioned image (R32) and the latest (R35) with no success.

Why just the other day I downloaded a car.

How long would 4TB take to plot on a last gen i7 mobile? Anyone know how many nonces/second and how long it would take? How could I calculate this?

Don't wanna waste my time.

My laptop's i7 4700QM @3.2ghz generates 3700 NPM using dcct's plotter running Ubuntu 14.04.

Come on miners! Get your SHA rigs pointed at stratum+tcp://pool.burstmultipool.com:5555

Our profitability stats for the current shift update on the main page every 10 minutes! We need more scrypt miners to start solving some blocks, but our SHA miners are currently nearly 1/3 more profitable than BTC directly.

Why settle for a generic NOMP rip?

Just pointed 1TH at the SHA256 port, and will later switch 150MH at the scrypt port. Any eta on the stats page? Hate not seeing what my workers are doing.

Hey man,

The 'My Stats' page is a bit borked right now in terms of showing you the separate coins.  It is still however displaying your historical hashrates correctly, as well as your estimated number of BURST at next payout.
The entire server is under a constant DDOS attack in excess of 5 GB, thankfully our mitigation service is working well.

A shortcut that can be used to access your miners stats is: http://burstmultipool.com/miner/<WALLET>
so for example:
http://burstmultipool.com/miner/BURST-79PK-DGC2-M4XP-HUAVB

I will get the coins all displaying on it properly later tonight. Smiley

OK cool, that's better than nothing!  Grin I just switched over 150MH of ASICs on scrypt.

It seems your pool is only handing out diff 512 shares as max? If so could you increase it to at least 2048? (ideally up to 4096 for A2s)

Has there been any news on a windows version of dcct's Linux plotter?  I know some time back he released an early version....

that "early" version works flawless

Wasn't it limited to 2GB of RAM usage in Windows?

How do I go about switching back to solo mining after I've already signed up for a pool?

I'm curious, why do you want to go back to solo mining?
1952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | Update to 1.0.3 before block 6500 on: September 06, 2014, 10:22:13 PM

doge are you the multipool dev?

That is correct.

I think i have everything setup correctly im using and R9 290 and getting 702Mh/s.  Does that mean ill get 702*125=87750 burst a day?!?!?

Do you mean kh/s?.... what's your address?

BURST-EY4T-BYFW-25MW-FJ7Z9

It looks like you're only submitting invalids from here. Are you sure you've got it setup correctly?

I am not sure i just grabbed cgminer and tried to set it up.  I dont even know if im using the right utility.  What settings should i have?  I have it setup as follows

cgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.burstmp.com:3333 -u BURST-EY4T-BYFW-25MW-FJ7Z9 -p x

??  It doesnt give to much info on what or how to set it up

Looks like you're mining SHA? Check your algo's

No clue what your talking about lol sorry.... how should it be setup?
try

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pool.burstmp.com:3333 -u BURST-EY4T-BYFW-25MW-FJ7Z9 -p x

that seems like its working lol but im not getting much out of it, running at around 17.65kh/s

I suggest you look into sgminer and gpu scrypt mining in general. There's lots of info out there. You should get between 850KH/s to 1MH/s with your 290.
1953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v6.1 on: August 29, 2014, 05:00:52 AM
Iam more curious as to when we shall see some form of update with some speed boost's as that cant be all this algo can produce.... 280x with hynix does 550h/s overclocked.
7950 with hynix can do 520 h/s clocked.....

not much of a difference between cards.

Speed boosts are useless. Everyone will get the same boost, so you'll end up earning the same amount of XPM when difficulty rises but using more electricity and with hotter GPUs.

Well, it would give us an advantage against CPU miners, of which there are still many.

Can't say I'm familiar with CPU mining Monero. How far ahead are GPUs compared to CPUs?
1954  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: S1 Installs Going Like Silk... then? on: August 29, 2014, 03:38:58 AM
If you have an android phone check out an app called "Fing". I'm sure there's an ios equivalent.

our data center is still unstable and host service is temprary locked , and we are talking to lketc to co-operate to build a farm then i can host them

My farm up here in Canada is almost ready. Power is roughly $0.05Kw/h. Let me know if you need a host.

Edit: I am also interested on pricing for units without PSU's.
you can deduce the price for 130$, then you will get the price without psu, 130$ is the price for on psu

Cool, so $1249 without a PSU. How much for shipping?

Location?

I'd also be down for a few units without PSUs included. If they are included, I might still be interested, but only if they come with all the modular cables they originally come with so I can reuse them elsewhere.

I just switched to dwarf's XMR pool, speed is showing correctly but balances are not showing up?

Is it possible to use this with Innosilicon A2 Terminators? If not, is it in the works? Looks great!

FYI.. It looks like Minera is supported now by the Innosilicon A2 mining equipment now...

GAW Miners have dropped the ball on their ZenMinerOS/ZenController image... Total BS joke!

Awesome! Has anyone tested? Is OCing to 1300MHz supported?
