Does anyone use remotely accessible and tripable power plugs/strips that they can access via an app or web to reset if need be?

Once you cross that line of reporting to ebay, could you also publish the transaction details here? Never know, he may have been careless enough and used an address that can be traced to him or used it for other transgressions that someone can identify / pick on .... That would be great. I'll post it when I get through with ebay. |

You can demonstrate to eBay that you somehow paid him and you must have a conversation history to show in case they ask. I will report him, and I do have the conversation history. Going to give him a bit more time, then call eBay if I don't hear from him. Was about to suggest he may be waiting for 100 confirmations on the transaction, but that should have been done by now, so you really have no reason to delay notifying ebay. Also, all the listings say the item is in Israel, but the postage is by USPS. It may be that he's inexperienced in putting up such items for sale on ebay or that he's just carrying out a well orchestrated, carelessly executed scam! Either way, if you made your BTC payment over 2 days ago, get onto ebay now! Yeah, it's got 400+ confirmations. I guess you're right, no point in delaying the inevitable. Time to call eBay. |

So did he not provide tracking within a few days of sale, did they not show up after a week or two, like pekatete asked how do you know you were scammed? Even with BTC payment a legitimate seller that is so active will most likely not risk loosing his 100% feedback so easily.. This started on March 13th. We messaged back and forth through eBay until we struck a deal, at which point he provided me with a BTC address to send my payment to. Sent him the payment, and asked him a follow up question. No answer on the 13th, or the 14th. On the 15th, I was worried so I wrote him again. Still no answer. I decided to bid up all 3 of them since I had paid for them already, and he only had those 3 to sell. They are legitimately mine, so why not. Trying to get his attention. He finally gets back to me last night, asking why I bid such a ridiculous price on all 3 of his items, proceeds to remove my bids, and sends me another message informing me that he did. Keep in mind he completely ignored my previous messages I sent him after paying him. The 3 SP20Es are still up for sale, he's still ignoring me, and I can no longer bid on them or use the "ask the seller a question" option. Seems he's banned me from his auctions. Do I have any recourse? The 3 SP20Es I bought are apparently available for local pickup in France, and he told me he has more SP20Es being hosted in Israel when he was actually communicating with me. I guess the only thing I can do is contact eBay, though I doubt they'll help since I paid with bitcoin. |

There are few venders selling Bitmain Antminer S4 as NEW or Unopened or USED. Please make sure the sellers can provide you the original purchase information and any warranty status information.
Should we interpret the fact that you're ignoring my question as bitmain has no plans to fix the broken firmware? I think we should ask smitty over on the other forum. Where does he post?
