1961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In-play or pre-match staking on: October 27, 2020, 04:05:24 PM
Pre-live is always more risky because you get an idea in play for example there is a match between favorites and underdogs and somehow the underdogs make the 1st goal then you can always bet on the 2nd goal to come from the favorites because they get aggressive and the chances are high that they will find the next goal.
favorite as in your favorite team ? you know how your favorite team play and there is no need for you to watch and observed the actual live game before you bet but you can decide as early as possible if your favorite team has a chance to thier opponents or not .

Quote
Wagering or staking is all about getting the best odds and making sure to bet on the highest possible outcomes even if they pay less.
best odds means higher payout ? they are  risky but more rewarding than those smaller odds but high chance of winning . betting isnt about how small or high your odds but it depends on you or on the gambler if what play he likes .  you can wagger fast on higher odds and you can win bigger profits on the same time than small odds but you may want to consider the risk that youl be getting
1962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery is a poor man's tax on: October 27, 2020, 03:33:49 PM
It can be considered that way, because the poor man is the one patronizing the lottery but even if the odds is very huge to win the jackpot this is one of the hope of the poor people to have a chance to change their life for the better, as long as you are not betting more than you can afford I don't see any issue at all.

with the huge jackpot and low cost per bet or ticket , who wouldnt be ? poor people are mostly hopeless , no huge money , skilless , no education but they have some small amounts of money that are enought to participate in a lotto draw .

the problem of some poor is that they have a small money that supposed to be allocated for the food but they still choose to risk this money to buy a ticket instead of buying a food .

some that have a job but they also choose to buy a ticket instead of saving this money which is more sure and can help them in the future
1963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Was 2017 the "Golden Year of Crypto"? on: October 27, 2020, 10:49:35 AM
Looks like we will be having another golden year what you think guys?

Look how the Defi based projects dominates the market this past weeks or months and now still on the road to success.

yeah mate thats what i think too but its not about defi but its all about the pump of btc  . by the time btc start moving from 10k , the price starting to increase all the time althought its not that high but it was a good run becuase the price didnt return to 10k or under than that again .

currently the price was playing between 13k and 14k  .

november is when btc starts another check point and then for the main event which was going to happen on december , all coins are definetly going to join the bull ride  .
1964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: October 27, 2020, 10:12:03 AM
you said to your self that you are gonna be a whale right before you start , that ambition is too big and will be hard to achieve if you have a trait that is verry far from a whale like when you are poor or only have a small wealth .  why not start small , avoid wanting a big dream that is hard to achieve . in that way you will not going to pressure and push your self  . no discouragement and hard feelings when you fail because that was a small failure anyway and what exactly living a good life mean ? that means good food , good house , etc.  you cant live a good life if you dont have alot of money   . you need to get rich to live a good life
1965  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible Patterns of Recovery on: October 27, 2020, 09:33:06 AM
i like the v shape recovery compare to w recovery and simmillar because v shape recoveries shows that the state of the country are on the positive side for a longer time  . on my country there is a small improvement , cases of viruses are getting lower and marketplaces are slowly opening  .

i can now see many people on the outside  but the rules are still the same , no mask and face shields no entry  but when it comes to financial i can observed that people are still  struglling  . i cant visualize accurately if what are the pattern on the recovery of my country , sorry for that .
1966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why criminals still use Bitcoin? on: October 27, 2020, 08:59:54 AM
It is actually possible to track down criminals OP but what about the use of bitcoin mixers and other privacy bitcoin wallets? I think that would be more difficult for the authority to trace the criminals and that is why bitcoin is one favorite mode of payment to use by the criminals.
the crime didnt happen online but it was offline .

criminals think of cashing in the fiat money in the form of btc and then spend it offline so that they wont need to go outside however they can still do what your saying if they are conscious enough on thier security or if they are still paranoid thinking that they can be questioned when they buy or transfer using huge amounts of btc  .

no problem of criminals using bitcoin because that are still adoption and crimes werent new  . people wont bother about it  .
1967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: October 27, 2020, 08:04:24 AM
Yes, your bitcoins will be forever left in your wallet if you die today.
this sounds scarry  . its like a dead body that have never been discovered and didnt bring properly to his last resort . bitcoins that are stuck in a wallet can haunt too ? jk ;")  .

op you look so worried , do you have lots of bitcoin stored on your wallets ? you should act and do whats best for them . you already have couple of suggestions like giving the keys or other login details to the closest people around you  .  anyway theres a topic that i have read before where the wallet or the address can send amounts automatically to the set address . why wont they implement same thing  where the funds where automatically sent to the set address if no activity was found after some time or based on the time the user have set .
1968  Economy / Economics / Re: Why has crypto failed to break through still? on: October 26, 2020, 04:43:46 PM
Why are governments still in control of the money printing process? how has cryptocurrency failed to make a dent?
Are we as a community too scared to challenge the status quo?

was it government ? i think banks are printing the money or they are still in control by the government if how much are they gonna print . what can crypto do to the printing of money , its not thier possesion anymore  . crypto is for the digital world only , nothing more nothing less . i think you mistaken if what are crypto built for . what you think is not true , crypto isnt summoned to take control of all the currency in the world . crypto is a succesor and not a failure,  thanks to the people or to the community because they are not scared to put thier support on crypto
1969  Economy / Economics / Re: China is looking to get rid of the US dollar on: October 26, 2020, 03:46:15 PM
US dollars are valuable since they get the Petrodollar deal with the Middle Eastern nations. As the world expands its economy and energy into other forms, the oil will decrease in proportion. For the US dollar to stay strong, they will need to find a place to liquidate their currency.
A common currency is a good idea, and now I see it as Bitcoin. It has global liquidity, is limited in quantity, and is community-owned.

In the distant future, we may witness another fiat currency replacing the USD as the world's reserve and trade currency. But I am sure that it is not going to be Bitcoin. I don't think that any of the countries would back a decentralized cryptocurrency to replace the USD. All the major powers want their own central bank currencies to overtake the USD, not some cryptocurrency.

did usd was replaced before ? Afaik it isn't yet because usd is still the standard unit of all currency so far that are being used the most then there's euro and the other one which I forgot ,  sorry.

I don't know if it's possible for usd to be replace as the national currency but if ever it is , that won't be Bitcoin because Bitcoin is from the other world.  There are countries that can back a crypto but that is if they proudly made the crypto , China for example .
1970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: luckygames problems on: October 26, 2020, 02:55:59 PM
This could be the guy who keeps on complaining and accusing casinos. The story could be made up and there's no really $10k.

If he wants to get his money it's very simple, if he can't withdraw it on his own then contacting the support is the best option.
he have other accounts on the forum ? Because his current account do only have 4 post but he did complain on primedice before based on his post and now this is the recent complain so that's only two of the gambling site .

Not familiar to luckygames but i heard on the previous post that they are closing , it can be his fault too if he deposited without checking the site first if they are still operating properly and he deposited a Verry huge amount  .

I think I remember his name on primedice before and he have a lot of Alt accounts and he was accused as a scammer .
1971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should we welcome centralized bodies for Bitcoin mainstream on: October 26, 2020, 01:58:36 PM
should we welcome centralized bodies like Paypal or not since its operation will not be different from a centralized exchange and payment site?
there are centralized services on this crypto and we accept them so why not on this one when you said that it wont differ on them . people are verry allergic to centralized systems but they do also use centralized exchange and others .  paypal is not just a centralized platform but its one of the huge and the most reputable among others  . like it or not , paypal wont change thier mind and theres always people that are going to support this because not all are centralized haters and not all are paypal haters . most of all this can help crypto grow big
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling could be used to pay for covid problems on: October 26, 2020, 07:39:56 AM
gambling companies donate in the form of tax to the governments and the governments are going to help people that are affected witht the covid ? that sounds nice and i wouldnt mind the excess fee if i know that i can help but how can i know that my money will go to the right people ?

they expose our privacy by regulating us , we should also do the same to them . this is why many are wanting to implement the blockchain use in the government field  .

using blockchain can give us transparency but they are still anonymous at the same time  ?
1973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most popular altcoins on Bitcointalk. Kind of. Probably not really. on: October 26, 2020, 07:04:27 AM
What I got in this thread is that, no matter how many posts you have, popular your coin is in Bitcointalk, it doesn't correlate to how well you will be ranked in the official rankings when it comes to value. Dash is #31 based on CMC.

yeah ofc because this was only done on btt forum but the outside was different  . the outside is where the performance of the coin really matters  but shilling by this forum is helpful because as we see , the coins are already popular and still included on the top rank list even if not the highest rank  but stiill its hard to achieve such spot because of the huge competition going on on this market  . dash coin isnt an ordinary coin thats why it got alot of post and those post it got are not bumped by newbie accounts unlike to other new coins that are only being shilled but people people are still not interested on them
1974  Economy / Services / Re: [Open] ▄■▀■▄ 🌟Bitvest.io🌟 - Plinko Sign Camp (Member-Hero Accepted)(New2) on: October 26, 2020, 06:22:13 AM
@CryptopreneurBrainboss I will be leaving this campaign at the end of this week. It's been a pleasure but it's time to move on. I'm sure that Sr. Members in the campaign will be happy to rank up Smiley

Wow! You got to Tier A and now you're giving up? But I feel you, this is probably the worst paid campaign on bitcointalk.  I see many quality posters move into better campaigns sooner or later. Cry

Anyway, congratulations to everyone who will rank up thanks to your decision. Smiley

tier A is a big opportunity and its not easy to climb on that rank if you end up on lower tiers , its a privillage that shouldnt be wasted  . the pay on tier A is much higher than other lower tiers  . you call it worst paying maybe becauase your on lower tiers and why insult the campaign when your also a memeber on it ?

you missed the part that this campaign and 777 coin are one of the longest running campaign  . others can come and go but the two campaign that owned by lightlord can last a long time .
1975  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: buy low sell high? (I'm a noob) on: October 26, 2020, 05:48:28 AM
i was expecting that your going to say buying low and selling high is for the noobs but you are the noob on here and you didnt commit the said act so far . you said you have studied crypto and you are ready but why you look like your still confuse and dont know what to do ? maybe your not really ready .  you like coins that are fast moving ? ( the one that go up and down quick ) or the slower coins ?  because both can still qualify for buying low and selling high  . just go for btc if you prefer faster play and go for the altcoins to if you think you cant handle the speed of btc  . goodluck

1977  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New to signature campaigns, questions. on: October 24, 2020, 03:28:36 PM

Congratulations on your journey and it's great that you are appreciating this work just like I do, it's actually hitting two birds with one stone, you get to learn and participate on many topics about Cryptocurrency and at the same time you get paid while learning, it's a great job we're in compared to bounty hunting in altcoins section you will need to wait for months to get what you work for, but for us it's weekly payout.
your in a campaign same as mine . the time that we are paid weekly was temproraily stop then it move bi weekly to paying by monthly now but its okay because we are on a long running campaign than to most campaign that pays per week . bounty campaigns dont pay monthly but they pay longer than that and the payment is not sure , we are lucky that we are working on legit and nice people . some joins a campaign to post for the money only but some take time to understand what they read , these kind of workers will gain more knowledge  .
1978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you really use alts for the purpose they're supposedly created for? on: October 24, 2020, 02:52:12 PM
~

Recently I bought a few  hundreds of MYST tokens to give a try to dVPN run on Mysterium Network and payed it for bandwidth I have used. I liked paying out for actual online  time rather then to spend my money for full  days and nights in the month.  I sleep at night, so why to pay for that time? In my case MYST which is utility token proved to be quite useful.

wow your a real crypto user because you dont use your crypto for profit making but you use it to help your life or hobby . this vpn is different from other vpn because it runs on a blockchain network ?

i wonder how fast it is compare to normal vpn's .  i never hear of a vpn that is time based but all premium vpn that i see requires month or yearly payment  .

i tried time based internet before on my provider but its costy compare to longer day subscription but its your choice if what you like .
1979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Momentum Builds for Bitcoin on: October 24, 2020, 01:30:04 PM
I think lot of companies are trying to copy of  working  & wants to stand in the market, & showing as sister concern  of bitcoin. But l think  bitcoin is standing in the market by his efforts to grow up day by day with good management. So their is no substitute of bitcoin. Because lot of people have good trust in crypto currency.

trying to copy ? copying is bad and they can get into serious trouble if they do that , you mean teaming up or to partner with btc ? thats not copying if thats what you mean .

btc is the only crypto that is leading so far and if someone partners with it , they cant stand out because they arent a crypto but they can stand out on thier own field . substitutes for btc or alternatives are okay because this will make others life easier if they find it hard to understand btc directly
1980  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LimitSwap on: October 24, 2020, 12:42:35 PM
did uniswap know that and they said they partner with this bot ? theres many swap names so lets not be confident that they are related to uniswap but lets check it first .

so you only need to buy and hodl thier coin to run the bot , so it act like a gas to this software and no need for further fees but why it needs private keys  .

where do we get the key , on uniswap ? we can easily get raided for that . looks there is something not right on this
