1961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 19, 2021, 05:53:15 PM
To my knowledge, playing in gambling is just pure luck and there is no winning strategy.  and does it have to be big to win big bets too?
There is some common knowledge about how to win the contest (at least in theory).
1. For multiplier, go for at least 5,000x max-win because you can't win multiplier contest if you play 500x or 1,000x max-win games.
2. For max hit, you can play medium volatility with higher bet, $1 for example since you don't need a massive multiplier.
3. For bonus buy, go for minimum buy, $10 previously.

That's about it, and you need decent bankroll if you aim for #1. If only for last place, or for fun, I deposit only ~$80.

1963  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [Diskusi] Apakah BSC bisa menggeser tahta ETH ? on: August 19, 2021, 02:35:57 PM
#FUD Grin

Critics also argue that peer review is not effective at detecting errors. Highlighting this point, an experiment by Godlee et al. published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) inserted eight deliberate errors into a paper that was nearly ready for publication, and then sent the paper to 420 potential reviewers (7). Of the 420 reviewers that received the paper, 221 (53%) responded, the average number of errors spotted by reviewers was two, no reviewer spotted more than five errors, and 35 reviewers (16%) did not spot any.

This misconduct was exposed in 2014 by three MIT graduate students by the names of Jeremy Stribling, Dan Aguayo and Maxwell Krohn, who developed a simple computer program called SCIgen that generates nonsense papers and presents them as scientific papers (26). Subsequently, a nonsense SCIgen paper submitted to a conference was promptly accepted. Nature recently reported that French researcher Cyril Labbé discovered that sixteen SCIgen nonsense papers had been used by the German academic publisher Springer (26). Over 100 nonsense papers generated by SCIgen were published by the US Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) (26). Both organisations have been working to remove the papers.

You tell me, are they (Springer & IEEE) highly reputable organizations? What I'm saying is "peers" are also human that prone to bias, dishonesty, and incompetence. You tell me if peer reviews were so good, how come they passed this nonsense paper? Imagine what happened in the "lower class" papers, Thus DYOR.

where are you from? A us embassy or what?
I fuck your mother last night and now you forget my face?

you mean peaceful consent like here ?
No, like where when the legislature makes law, that is a peaceful consensus in my opinion.

and the recent bioterrorism forced injection where is the consent?
I think mandatory vaccination is a mistake. Anyway, but in the event the government becomes tyrannical, the people can protest in the streets, and putting pressure to change the law. Conversely, when Taliban makes stupid decisions, you think people will dare to protest?

To be honest, you guys make me want to come back as soon as possible. Really miss the time when I was dominating the duelbit's competitions, hopefully I can be there again soon and compete with you all.
That's good if you can stop playing cold turkey. This week, I have won more than I expect and I plan to stop for a while as well.
I have this uneasy feeling that the casino will take back my winnings Grin

You have to stop playing FP2 Grin
Looks like the OP is excited to play Slots this month, He just got a nice hit on FP2 with normal spins LOL
Yep, the legendary 2500x Cheesy
I've done massive spending spree this week (don't forget the bonus appetit). Let's see if I manage to hold myself not to do meaningful deposit, at least for one month.
1967  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Online Misinformation on: August 18, 2021, 05:31:19 PM
Don't rely on fact checking websites (and mainstream media). DYOR is still the best practice since the paper usually available on the internet. Don't use research paper as the bible with utmost truth, since many things can influence the research. Funding is one of it. You still have to trust the integrity of the researchers, and the validity and reliability of the instruments. And don't think that when you don't have the degree, you cannot ask questions.

There are two types of "misinformation" (1) Baseless claim obvious false information, and (2) Dissenting/opposing views. It's safe to put (1) into the trash can, but I encourage you to dig (2) for more useful insight.
1968  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fall of Afghanistan Or Rise OF Afghanistan on: August 18, 2021, 05:10:30 PM
Taliban is a terrorist organization. It means they govern using terror, not with peaceful consensus. Try to criticize/oppose Taliban and you will get insta-killed.
Freedom doesn't exist under such organization, since they will form tyrannical (nasty) government.
1969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What lie did you tell? on: August 18, 2021, 05:00:46 PM
My wife hates gambling and often annoys me when I play. Sometimes, I told her that the deposit money came from monthly bonus, affiliate claim, tips (from @roycilik), and various contests. Just alternate the answer until she gets a bit suspicious. That's how I get away from "punishment" Grin
1970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which are the best cryptocurrencies for esports betting? on: August 17, 2021, 08:06:09 PM
I think for sports and e-sports betting, stable coin is preferable because the price can fluctuate sharply in just a day. Except you are a heavy x coin believer, you will have more peace of mind betting with stable coin. The problem is, of course, the fees. But nowadays, we have casinos that accept USDT on Tron/BSC.
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria to launch its crypto currency after crypto band on: August 17, 2021, 07:54:38 PM
It should be "ban" not "band" because "band" is something else (I'm thinking about Nirvana).

Anyway,

My questions here is, the county launching it's digital currency does it means that they have accept and approve the use of cryptocurrency?
That's a totally different thing. CBDC is not equal to cryptocurrency, especially the in its definition related to no trusted 3rd party (decentralized). They are more likely to approve only CBDC.

Interesting to see "the war on currency" with CBDC vs crypto (especially Bitcoin).

Gems Bonanza became the game that gave me the biggest win today

Not bad! I've just got my 2,500x multiplier on Duelbits as well! My highest multiplier is still on Stake though.

This is a manly multiplier (no bonus buy!) Cool
I immediately falling in love with Fruit Party 2 lol Grin
1973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 17, 2021, 05:32:10 AM
LoL $0.4/spin was before my income get hit pretty bad because of Covid and I play mostly medium volatility games. Now I spent $0.1 - $0.38 per spin. FYI $0.4 for high volatility games can crush your balls pretty quick.

I still dislike high volatility games though, but in order to win the contest, you must play it.

Penny slot? Is this type of slot games where you can bet with less than a cent?
Some online slots are penny slots since you can play with $0.01/spin. Nowadays, I think 10 cents should be the minimum bet because of inflation.

^Oiya bener guys,

Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play with Coinsaga.

1975  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Transaksi Jual Beli Personal dengan BTC VS UU No.7 Tahun 2011 on: August 16, 2021, 01:31:10 PM
Kasus 1:
Ane sering ngasi jasa (informal), kadang ga dibayar, kadang dibayar pakai nasi bungkus.

1976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch introduces restrictions on gambling-related links - deadline 17 Aug on: August 16, 2021, 01:04:45 PM
Sadly, I think it will only kill small-time players who rely on referral links, but for sponsored one, they can still offer their services. They don't need to show links, and they still can show the casino GUI along with the logo, etc. That said, new streamers should think about how they monetize their content. It sucks (and won't change anything)!
1977  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [SHARE] Kumpulan Gratisan, Giveaway, Kontes, Dan Sejenisnya on: August 16, 2021, 12:53:15 PM
1978  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 16, 2021, 12:45:36 PM
This is the strangest thing I've encountered in the gambling community when people get so negative because someone shared his winning. Big win is a bragging right when you "defeat" the game. It's true that he might have spent a lot more than his winning amount, but that's what gambling all about. You play, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. If you fear losing, then don't play. Gambling is for manly alpha males! Cool

Yes, some of those who shared their winnings are a promoter/influencer, but not all. I don't think people are so stupid that they cannot know it (someone gets a big win) won't affect their play session.
