1981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria to launch its crypto currency after crypto band on: August 17, 2021, 07:54:38 PM
It should be "ban" not "band" because "band" is something else (I'm thinking about Nirvana).

Anyway,

My questions here is, the county launching it's digital currency does it means that they have accept and approve the use of cryptocurrency?
That's a totally different thing. CBDC is not equal to cryptocurrency, especially the in its definition related to no trusted 3rd party (decentralized). They are more likely to approve only CBDC.

Interesting to see "the war on currency" with CBDC vs crypto (especially Bitcoin).

Gems Bonanza became the game that gave me the biggest win today
Replay: https://replay.pragmaticplay.net/ztxIp018sZ

Not bad! I've just got my 2,500x multiplier on Duelbits as well! My highest multiplier is still on Stake though.

This is a manly multiplier (no bonus buy!) Cool
I immediately falling in love with Fruit Party 2 lol Grin
1983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 17, 2021, 05:32:10 AM
LoL $0.4/spin was before my income get hit pretty bad because of Covid and I play mostly medium volatility games. Now I spent $0.1 - $0.38 per spin. FYI $0.4 for high volatility games can crush your balls pretty quick.

I still dislike high volatility games though, but in order to win the contest, you must play it.

Penny slot? Is this type of slot games where you can bet with less than a cent?
Some online slots are penny slots since you can play with $0.01/spin. Nowadays, I think 10 cents should be the minimum bet because of inflation.

^Oiya bener guys,
T&C mengatakan:
Quote
Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play with Coinsaga.

1985  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Transaksi Jual Beli Personal dengan BTC VS UU No.7 Tahun 2011 on: August 16, 2021, 01:31:10 PM
Kasus 1:
Kalok sepemahaman ane, untuk transaksi personal, agan mau dibayar pakai permen juga sah-sah saja, UU kan lebih menyasar untuk bisnis, agan buka warung harus pakai IDR.
Ane sering ngasi jasa (informal), kadang ga dibayar, kadang dibayar pakai nasi bungkus.

1986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch introduces restrictions on gambling-related links - deadline 17 Aug on: August 16, 2021, 01:04:45 PM
Sadly, I think it will only kill small-time players who rely on referral links, but for sponsored one, they can still offer their services. They don't need to show links, and they still can show the casino GUI along with the logo, etc. That said, new streamers should think about how they monetize their content. It sucks (and won't change anything)!

Coinsaga ga bisa buat negara kita.

1988  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 16, 2021, 12:45:36 PM
This is the strangest thing I've encountered in the gambling community when people get so negative because someone shared his winning. Big win is a bragging right when you "defeat" the game. It's true that he might have spent a lot more than his winning amount, but that's what gambling all about. You play, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. If you fear losing, then don't play. Gambling is for manly alpha males! Cool

Yes, some of those who shared their winnings are a promoter/influencer, but not all. I don't think people are so stupid that they cannot know it (someone gets a big win) won't affect their play session.

1993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs, DEFI, NFTs, - what's next? on: August 13, 2021, 04:42:57 PM
Cryptocurrency => Fiat currency
ICO => IPO
DEFI => Interest & savings
NFT => Collectibles

What's common for these crypto products? Valuable and the rich playground. There are many things in traditional/real world economy that haven't been "tokenized." Probably DAO and derivative assets.
1994  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Prices rises - Tx fees stay low? on: August 13, 2021, 04:30:06 PM
It means people store their coins in the exchanges and that can be good or bad, depend on how competent the exchanges. My only concern is about embezzlement and the so-called hacks.
1995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: August 13, 2021, 03:52:26 PM
I had bad run on slot games lately especially with Fruit Party 2 as I did not get any FS after more than 5 hundred spins, I think it is my worst experience with Pragmatic slot.
I think I should stop playing slot games for a while and back to my other favorite game Crazy Ball aka Plinko.
I think you pick the wrong slots to play the "long game." That's the "problem" for high volatility slots because the longer it takes to bounce back (big win). You can down a lot before getting big wins. Thus, you need massive budget like what roycilik did.

Try medium volatility one if you play casually since it successfully brought my sanity back.
1996  Economy / Economics / Re: "Crypto is no longer in the early adoption stage" on: August 13, 2021, 03:32:28 PM
Yep, more and more people try, and own cryptocurrencies. However, I agree with stompix that we are not yet mainstream. While many teenagers use cryptocurrency, older people still haven't found any reason to use it. This is only a matter of time IMO because the younger generation will replace the older generation.

How about people in the 3rd world countries? Well, that could take even longer. Adoption usually from 1st world first, not the other way around. If you guys talk about internet in the 90s, in my place, we had some meaningful internet activities in the 2002 IIRC (mainly for porn lul), and I lived in a city.
1997  Economy / Economics / Re: Philanthropy as a paradox for the uber-rich on: August 13, 2021, 03:03:42 PM
Nobody can understand what's the actual motivation behind such philanthropic action. Maybe they really care and want to "make world a better place," but one sure effect is for a good image and less hate from the society (even though technically they own nothing to the society). Although they are rich, they still need other people for protection and stuff. They can be rich because stable society, so giving a little portion of their wealth is a wonderful investment for such stability.
1998  Economy / Speculation / Re: No BTC Holding is risky on: August 13, 2021, 01:15:06 PM
I don't think it's a good concept of risk. You know, ceteris paribus, risk vs return, if you don't own BTC you are not exposed to the risk, thus you are not exposed to the profit. Not owning BTC isn't risky, since you are aren't putting any money.

If you remove ceteris paribus, I can say: not having a good income is risky, even riskier than not owning BTC, since you can buy BTC any time even if only a fraction if you have money.
1999  Other / Off-topic / Re: God and sports on: August 13, 2021, 01:06:53 PM
I'm always baffled and i need to ask, do you think God involves himself in things like soccer and other sports?
If you assume God (like in the modern religion) exist, then He is all knowing and cares for his beloved creation (human), so yes. But the problem is none of us knows whether or not God exists, or if it exists, what kind of God He is.

Everyone is praying to win, but still I believe on destiny and if you are destined to win, you’ll win and that’s because of God’s perfect timing, so I believe prayer works.
If you were destined to win, why bother praying? It's odd and illogical concept. If you are destined to win the olympics, but you never train, and only eat dirty foods, do you think you can still get the medal?

PS: IMO this thread is more suitable on the politics and society board.
2000  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: August 13, 2021, 12:29:13 PM
Why is frozen gems your preferred slot?
It meant to be a joke since I spent countless hours playing that slot, and only achieve 500x max-win IIRC. I believe roycilik also got the same result.

Most of FJ's slots aren't in the bonus wagering section, might be worth a review.
True, they have a great number of games, but like I said, the bonus wagering section dominated by old games. It's okay though, it can bring back good memories Smiley
In fact, newer games, especially from PnG are crap for budget constrained players.

Whenever I try these bonuses with 35 or 40x wagering requirement, I always fail around 10x wagering lol.
Lol, indeed it was a difficult requirement, but when you dance in the rhythm with luck, it'll be easier.
I deposited some of the winning on another casino and it only last for ~30 minutes (the luck already left me).

Anyway, It seems Majestic 7 is also a sweet promotion, let's try!
