Dans le sens ou tu auras beau contacter l'échange ils ne te donneront pas quelconque information sur cette adresse (qui l'utilise etc.). A moins que soit marqué Police sur ton visage. Ou bien relier les adresses bitcoin à des entités sur le web. Encore faut il que la personne soit assez conne pour laisser des traces. Si tu es en contact encore avec la personne tu pourrais avoir son IP, en utilisant certaines méthodes, mais ca ne sert pas à grand chose si la personne utilise un VPN par exemple. Central banks are thinking about their own digital currency and on another side, there are a couple of governments thinking too to make their own digital currency. Imagine in the future, we will have for example EUR as we know it, the digital version of EUR, and a national version (let's call it a countrycoin). I can't imagine people able to use 3 different currencies but it remembers me of a post here from Hal Finey who told we will probably have different layers of digital currencies. The ones used by banks, the ones used by people (Bitcoin héhé), and the ones used by, why not central banks or INTL companies.
Nowadays his post makes sense to me. We are at the very beginning but in a decade from now I won't be surprised if the things happen as he was describing.

CBDC will be controlled by central banks not the governments, hence the name Central Bank Digital Currency.
The goal is not to erase privacy, if people have a problem with it then they shouldn't use their bank card, chéque, bank transfer, and the whole banking system. In this case then only banknotes matter.
So the privacy regarding CBDC is a non-existing problem or rather I should say irrelevant.

Ca dépend des cas, de la complexité du dossier, et autres. Un truc simple comme une aide pour une déclaration d'impôt ca peut être facturer dans les 100€. Bon après c'est sûr que si tu t'appelles Johnny Halliday ou Gérard Depardieu et que tu cherches à optimiser tes impôts et qu'on te fasse la paperasse ca peut monter vite à 500€ Y'a même pas vraiment besoin d'être spécialisé en cryptos en vérité. C'est bien de faire découvrir le Bitcoin autrement que par la spéculation. Les spéculateurs me fatiguent. Il y a tellement d'autre utilités dans cette monnaie, et c'est par ca qu'arrivera l'adoption massive. Pas avec des gens qui s'inscrivent sur un échange pour faire un dépôt d'argent et cliquer sur des boutons buy/sell
Par contre, envoyer de l'argent gratuitement à travers le monde, non pas vraiment. C'est pas le système SEPA non plus, mais je chipote un peu.

Bien sûr ils ne mettent pas de restrictions sur l'activité qui est faite de leur serveur tant que cela reste dans un cadre légal.
Mais ca, c'est tout les hébergeurs, le minage n'a jamais été interdit en soit.
Cependant, et c'est ce qui compte le plus, c'est que les hébergeurs mettent des limites sur la façon dont une utilise la mémoire d'un serveur. Il y a celle annoncée et ce que l'on appelle le "fair usage". Si tu fais bouriner ton serveur h24, là au bout d'un moment donné ils vont te dire stop.
Fais tourner des scripts PHP à fond les gamelles tu verras bien. Ca emmerde touts les autres qui sont sur le serveur, c'est spécialement valable pour les serveurs sous OpenVz, moins sûr avec KVM, et encore moins avec un dédié puisque dans ce cas présent tu es seul dessus
C'est pour ca que les hosts n'aiment pas, ou interdisent dès le départ ce genre d'activité, comme je le disais en 2017.

Petite mise à jour en ce début d'année. - La carte Visa de Wirex va cesser de fonctionner dans 2 mois ( voir ici), elle sera remplacée par une carte Mastercard. When you buy something from a DNM you get a BTC address to deposit, right? So it's easy to know an address that belongs to a DNM since I can create an account myself and generate one. Then, they identify clusters, from this point they have all addresses related to it.
Everyone can download the blockchain and convert it to a database to make some queries to analyze. Everyone can scrape Bitcoin addresses found on the www.
I can give you an example (not related to a DNM).
Yesterday I tried a website to buy bitcoins with a bank card, when it was needed to give the BTC address I gave one I found randomly on the web. I immediately got a message similar to: "This address has a bad reputation, we can't continue your order"
If you're worried to go through the KYC process because you think they can snitch you to the police then you worry for nothing. We're talking about 60 bucks, it's not like if we are talking about an address involved in human trafficking. If you're worried because you don't know what they're going to do with your personal data, or they can be the victim of a data breach, then it's something else but it's something people should wonder about before using a centralized exchange.
At the same time, your problem may not be related to your purchase on a DNM two years ago. Maybe you're playing at the casino, or something else against their ToS, I don't know.
