J'ai vu la nouvelle cette semaine. C'est plus facile et pratique, aussi bien pour le citoyen que pour les forces de l'ordre, car au moins les gens ont une personne derrière qui s'y connait dans ces cas là.

Mais ca pourrait être plus efficace si les forces de l'ordre disposaient de plus de moyens pour lutter contre ca. Actuellement, à part prendre ta plainte, ils ne peuvent pas faire grand chose. Rares sont les plaintes qui aboutissent à quelque chose étant donné que dans la majorité des cas, il s'agit de scammeurs situés à l'étranger. Encore pire lorsqu'il s'agit d'arnaque avec des cryptos.

Il suffirait de pas grand choses parfois, juste une coopération entre 2 pays. Là en gros, c'est du: ne vous déplacez plus, de toute on ne pourra rien faire. Néanmoins, on prend quand même votre plainte.

Parfois, c'est mieux de faire appel à quelqu'un pour résoudre des choses dans lesquelles on ne s'y connait pas. C'est sûr, on peut apprendre et essayer de faire soit même, mais ca peut mettre très longtemps. Le temps c'est de l'argent. Souvent c'est plus rentable de faire appel à une personne. D'autant que tu as l'air de partir dans touts les sens..

Les "informaticiens" n'y connaissent souvent rien au bitcoin et à la blockchain. Ils vont te dire "oui, je connais" pour faire montrer qu'ils sont dans la "tech", mais en vrai, ils en ont juste entendu parler dans les journaux.
Y'a pas beaucoup de personnes en france calée sur BTC et la Blockchain. Demande aux entreprises comment elles galèrent à trouver des personnes, sans avoir au moins besoin de donner un salaire très conséquent

Si vraiment ca bloque, ca peut permettre de se rendre compte que ton ordi a peut être des problèmes comme des secteurs défectueux sur le disque ou la mémoie RAM... Tu peux faire un chkdsk /f c: ou  chkdsk /r c pou être sûr

- Autrement, tu peux essayer d'aller dans %appdata% et tu renommes le dossier "bitcoin" en "bitcointest" ou ce que tu veux.
- Lance Bitcoin, il fonctionnera comme une nouvelle installation.
- Laisse le finir, même si tu as l'impression que ca coince au bloc xxxxxx
- Ferme Bitcoin et l'icône de la barre d'état
( Attend 1 ou 2 minutes que Bitcoin ne fonctionne plus en arrière plan)

- Dans %appdata% et tu renommes le dossier "bitcoin" en "bitcointest2" ou ce que tu veux.
- Localise le répertoire de sauvegarde  "bitcointest"
- Copie ton fichier wallet.dat d'origine dans le répertoire %appdata%/Bitcoin
- Redémarre avec: \Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -rescan

In September 2021, I bought a gift card for Ikea but never used it because it was bought for later.
This afternoon, I was shopping online and decided to use the voucher so. To my surprise, once I added the code Ikea displays the message: Amount remaining on the card 2,14 € (it's a 50€ voucher)

I started to think: how did that come? I'm sure I never used it. Wow, I got hacked and someone found the screenshot on my laptop? No
Someone else in my home used it without me knowing it? No. Am I sure I never used it? Yes, 1000%.

Humm, I need to finish my order with Ikea, let's buy another voucher on Bitrefill and I will see later about it.
I do, I buy a 50€ code and use it on Ikea.
Guess what the website tells me? Amount remaining on the card 2,14 €

I'm aware there is a 48h delay to use the voucher but that's not always the case, and that's not the problem, otherwise, the 2nd voucher wouldn't work and not tell me "Amount remaining on the card 2,14 €"

Since I'm sure it doesn't come from my side and there is nothing showing it could come from Ikea, I truly think there is a problem with Bitrefill.

Not for the long term in my opinion. Once it hits the media and the buzz is created, the price will jump (perhaps a bit, perhaps a lot) but after some days or weeks, it will fade like any other "good" news about BTC. I think people are overestimating this new executive order.

Non, ce n'est pas encore à ce point là (du moins pas encore). Il s'agit surtout de personnalités Russe dont les noms sont mis sous une liste noire. A l'heure actuelle dans le pays ils ont seulement bloqué 5 yachts de bourgeois. Mais bon, ca peut s'accélérer très vite si le conflit perdure dans le temps.

Il y a également une différence entre ce qui ai saisit et ce qui est gelé. Dans le premier cas, l'Etat peut décider de le vendre, tandis que dans le 2ème cas, l'avoir est rendu à la fin des sanctions. Sanctions qui peuvent durer une éternité, même après la fin du conflit avec comme excuse "on attend d'être sûr".

Ca serait à mon avis plus une gelé lorsqu'il s'agirait des citoyens russes. Faire une saisi sur eux risque de leur faire perdre plus que ce qu'ils ont a y gagner.

Pour les gouvernements Russe et Biélorusse, ils trouveront certainement une parade comme ils le font avec Swift, Visa, Mastercard. Il suffirait d'utiliser un pays intermédiaire, et je suis certain que des pays comme la Chine serait prêt à le faire avec en arrière pensé un bénéfice économique, un protectorat, un lèche boule,...
