Idk what you guys are talking about, the tezos ico did NOT exclude US citizens. A few foundation members, including the head of the foundation is a US citizen. A HUGE percentage of ico contributors were US citizens, becuase Arthur and DLS are US based. If they tell us now that US citizens won't be getting their allocations or that they must be accredited investors, you can call this project over, just stick a fork in it because it's done.

the IOU TZX will be automatically transformed in real TZX?
Which would mean that the exchange participated in the ICO. But what happens if it doesn't?
they will transfer it when XTZ will be listed So it's no wrong to assume that the price of 1 TZY will be approximatively 5$ worth. it's not too bad in my opinion  I wouldn't assume that. Because it is so limited market. And thousands of investors have been waiting for the launch almost a year. During that time market prices went up and also expectations. I'm not sure if the investors will be willing to sell around $5. $5 would push the total value to: 763,306,929 TZY * $5 = $3.8 bn Thing is: If the launch should go smooth and Tezos being listed on good exchanges while the overall market situation should not be too bad or even bullish, that may be possible or even find a higher price - considered that EOS for example is traded at a marketcap of about $10 bn. But... I personally have zero clue what to expect from this project tbh. Any data as to what the average price for investors was? Haven't been following this a lot but it seems that there would be massive instant profit if it lists at $5? If it launched at $5 at today's btc price those selling tezos would gain about 3x in bitcoin value. Ok so it is quite safe to expect a good number of people to take profit when it launches in that price range. I seriously don't think most people who were forced to hold for an entire year to be happy with 3x gains. |

The waiting for Tezzies is really next level. I'm wondering if any ICO will even beat the (unannounced) waiting time and delays. Possible massive sellout when this one hits the Exchanges.
IOTA had 2 year waiting period, but it was 120x from ICO price on a first day it hit the exchanges. Not saying that it will be necessarily the case with Tezos, just saying it could also be other way around. Like, people holding this long don't wanna sell low. You really think people who were forced to hold through the bullrun and all this drama are just going to hand off their xtz to people who took no risks and just sat and laughed at them? I think it will hit the exchanges running. If it launches. |

The technology of the Tezos project can be said to be one of the best, but it is much lower than the fame of ETH and EOS.
Why would you compare tradeable coins with one that isn't? (and no, hitbtc iou market doesn't count). |

To the TEZOS foundation i hope you know that within 4 to 6 years and no longer that the FOUNDATION must be gone.. You do know if it's not gone it defeats the object of TEZOS governance .. See the foundation cannot have the final say so on what goes on with the TEZOS updates and what not.. So the best solution is a Tezos council it holds no power just to make sure that the votes get up held and that's it.. It has no say on what goes on what so ever it just makes sure that when everyone votes it goes through the winners WIN .. See some say governance on a blockchain are you saying the blockchain decides ? So another words we the human don't choose the algorithm does SO is my life getting run by a computer .. No way  .. Best way to do it is to discuss the technology and then say should we have it YES or NO then in our wallets all TEZOS HOLDERS with 1000 baked tezos for over 1 year get to vote do you want this technology YES or NO.. Then that way no COMPUTER RUNS MY LIFE No way i get to DECIDE not some HACK   Of course they understand that, and I'm sure they will be big Tezos holders when they dissolve the foundation so this isn't something to be concerned about. |
