561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: March 07, 2016, 03:42:20 PM
Pick the coin with the biggest chance of being pumped. Mainly this is focusing on behavior that is illegal in legit trading markets. Good luck.

Just kill this shitcoin already.  Sad

I've got a bad feeling about this one, wish ipo investors rots o ruck.
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 07, 2016, 04:39:21 AM
Why is it taking so long to hit an exch?  Huh
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is in an artificial bubble on: March 07, 2016, 03:39:05 AM
ETH pumped, and soon dumped. Of course it's artificial, is anyone naive enough to think it sat at 200k sats for 3 months then the buying public decided it was worth 15x that in a few days?
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: To everyone converting BTC to ETH on: March 07, 2016, 02:42:47 AM
Buying ETH now would be incredibly stupid. The risk of it falling far outweighs the possibility that it will double in price. There's a hell of a lot of difference between doubling 100m and 1b. It is totally obvious a crash is coming.
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where is all the eth? on: March 06, 2016, 03:20:28 AM
It's the biggest scamcoin in recent memory, you tell us.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: -- The Riddle of the Twin Brothers - Who Were, Are and Will Rule the World! on: March 05, 2016, 06:59:39 PM

What do you think about ethereum? Are you gonna buy some?

I was telling people to buy at ~25 cents, now up 40-50 fold.  It's still building momentum so it will probably hit $1 billion which is absurd.  When you're dealing with hype and manipulation you can't predict the top cause there is no fundamentals or logic to it.

If you buy ETH at this level have stop loss triggers set cause when it dumps it's gonna dump really hard.  More bagholders will be made by ETH than any other alt.

I'm not buying, I look for coins before the big run, I missed ETH cause I had all my coins stolen by Cryptsy otherwise I would have made a cool million bucks off ETH this past 45 days.

That's my life story, someone is always fuckin' with me right when it counts and I'm getting really tired of it.

ETH is almost a billion dollars market cap. Someone is shorting Bitcoin now to make people ' feel ' that ETH is the best alternative. Whales are trying to distribute ETH to people at this high price. ETH is the biggest bubble ever since 2013 Litecoin.

Bang on.
569  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 27, 2016, 04:16:08 AM
it would be interesting if someone could do some maths to see about how much money it would take to pump bitcoin to 32,000$
32,000$ implies a market cap of ~488,160,000,000$
but obviously it wouldn't require 400Billion to pump it that high.

no way to know what kind of bid walls would go up along the way, seems impossible to predict as a result. would be one hell of a show, though.
for fun.

assuming about 1/2 of ALL the coins would be sold to the pumper along the way.
assuming these coins would be sold at an avg price of 10,000$

we need to see 76,275,000,000$ flow into the market in order to hit a high of 32,000$

76Billion dollars

The only way bitcoin will ever come close to 32k is through honest to goodness mainsteam adoption - no pumper or pump group could ever come close. The pumpers would long since been bought the fuck out.
570  Economy / Speculation / Re: This sharp rise in bitcoin is unsustainable on: February 26, 2016, 02:26:25 AM
All you bitcoin snobs missed out on Eth pump and dump, I made a killing and was able to cash out to BTC b4 the dump. Did I say I made a killing? I made a fuck ton of BTC. All you bitcoin snobs be morons, more profit for me!!!

Did you say moron? Hm, what's that?

Please do rescue me from my pitiful existence. Your wisdom will lift me out of the filth and garbage in which I live.

That's exactly what you live in if you are an Ethereum pumper. Congrats, you helped worm people out of their money - be proud, you sack of shit.
571  Economy / Speculation / Re: This sharp rise in bitcoin is unsustainable on: February 26, 2016, 02:16:01 AM
Ethereum is a the same as all the other shitcoin pump/dumps. The price gets dumped hard for long enough for most holders to give up and sell for a loss - in this case a few months. Then, the big holder(s) pump it up looking for suckers to buy back for fear of missing out. This twisted game has played out time after time, and in the end you have a few winners and many many more losers. Fucking Ethernet worthless code mind fuck, same as the rest of them. It will be worthless by the end of the year.
For the record I never bought a single Ethereum (or whatever the fuck you call it). I've just been watching this holocaust play itself out.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The real death of Bitcoin... on: February 26, 2016, 02:03:43 AM
Ethereum same fucking game as all the other shitcoin pump/dumps. The price goes to shit for juuuust long enough for most holders to give up and sell, then the price gets pumped by the big holder(s) looking for idiots to buy into for fear of missing out. Same fucking thing different name, Ethereum is worthless code like all the rest.
573  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2016 will be a boring year for bitcoin on: February 26, 2016, 01:37:41 AM
bitcoin is really boring you need to switch to altcoins you can have a lot of fun on alts
and you can growth your btc that way

There are still people around stupid enough to gamble on shitcoins? who knew?
Playing dice is way better odds.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: February 25, 2016, 01:37:32 AM
Reading this thread, nobody mentions that they are using bitcoin for it's intended purposes - to transfer value and as a storage of value. It's all about buying low selling high for fiat gain and use for gambling. Granted, the mainstream has no interest in bitcoin so maybe it is just a bunch of shit propped up by those who hold a bunch of them.
575  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: February 24, 2016, 04:21:13 AM
I wonder how many Bitcointalk posters are capable of articulate Bitcointalk posts? are 99% of posters from China? sure as fuck seems so.
576  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: February 24, 2016, 02:40:43 AM
Reading this thread makes me think Bitcoin is a joke that has no future.  Does anyone left think bitcoin was created and is destined for something other than increasing fiat?
577  Economy / Gambling discussion / "Provably fair" question on: January 05, 2016, 11:29:51 PM
I'm not going to try to understand what they are talking about with the client seeds, player seeds, SHA etc numbers that go into the round result (dice roll, blackjack draw, roulette spin etc). I just have one simple question for somebody who understands it better than I:
I see that this system uses blockchain transactions in some way. Does this mean that the result will change at any given time? in other words, let's say I roll a 50, then immediately roll a 92 for example. Would this 92 appear if I had waited say a few minutes? or does the next roll result change with every passing second? hope this question makes sense.
578  Economy / Speculation / Re: Morecoin analysis [bitcoin/USD market observations] on: January 05, 2016, 12:50:12 AM
This thread is embarrassing, just put it to bed.

Bullshit.

He declared intermediate bottom around 220 USD in April, then next higher floor around 275 USD in July. Sell suggestion in late July wasn't a bad call either (for a mid to short term trade), and he followed it up with a buy recommendation that came early enough to make it a profitable trade.

He didn't seem to have called the current swing correctly (October to now), suggesting to sell halfway into the first leg up, but admitted his mistake. Sell recommendation in early November (for another short/mid term trade) was again correct. Followed up by another accurate call for the intermediate bottom shortly after.

I tend to agree with Mat on this one: very little explanation or spelled out analysis, but pretty accurate over the entire period.

(edit) That said, Morecoin's latest call is a bit dubious. He said he sold on December 10 at $418, but a later post by him suggests his exit was on December 20. Which either means he's retconning his trading history, or that he's not disclosing all trades in between the two post - some of which might have not been profitable.

(aside) The real mystery to me is finding so many uber-bearish posts by some forum old timers in here, like Miz4r's post in April (at ~$220) about the expected bottom between $80 and $160, and how he believes it to be "very unlikely" he'd need to close his short at a loss. Hope he was only playing with a fraction of his coins - likely that's what he did, unless I completely misjudged him from past interactions.

Morecoin has been whiffing HARD for a couple months now. I'd rather listen to my cat's meows - 1 for yes 2 for no, than follow this asshole now.

If I remember correct my last trades were: buy 315, sell 418, took a vacation, and then when I could I did short above 440.
I am not even sure what my exact entry is but I feel good about said position for now...

You've just summarized a massive amount of incorrect posts in your favor. Nice try. Anyone acting on your input at this point deserves what they get. You may or may not be talking your book, but either way I rank you with Kwukduck. Good day, sir.
