Yes,I agree with you. Trustlogics coming up with security and privacy pattern is good, actually great!Because it gives a sense of peace both to jobseekers and recruitment industry.But not just addressing those mentioned earlier but also helping this industry become efficient and flawed free with their creative recruitment procedures to avoid fake qualification and failed background checks. having a great security is one of the best things that the trustlogics have nowadays, hope to see that this project will support a lot of people interms of searching job. Yup. People in this industry are obviously so obsessed with security and privacy. This is what drives this industry. I believe that targeting this demand was probably the best idea of this project because there are a lot of people that again, are so obsessed with their privacy and security in this industry. Meaning, there will be thousands if not millions of people jumping into this project not only because of the other features but most specially because of the promise of great security and privacy. |

Dear TrustLogics Community, The two major hurdles that makes hiring difficult are: 1) Availability of good no. of qualified CVs 2) Lengthy hiring processes. With TrustLogics, HR can reach out to a global pool of qualified candidates with verified profiles, looking for better opportunities. This is why I see this project being one of the biggest projects of this year because of the problems that the concept that the trustlogics has is solving. The two mentioned problems are problems that are often seen in many parts of the workd and is often overlooked. This concept is so rare that it barely needs marketing to gain success but even so, all of us supporters see how dedicated the team is and not just relying on the great concept of the project. It will become also good if there is an achievements to all applicants who hired. It is good if the companies will see a symbol that represents the goodness, dedication and perseverance of a certain worker. Imagine, if you have 20 positive trust or any symbols under your name, it will become a catchy thing under the companies who are looking for applicant.
It would be like merits or demerits which will show the kind of attitude a job seeker has for his jobs and how the employers feel about the applicant or jobseeker. This will then build up the reputation of the jobseeker. I just hope that there won't be any personal issues included in the ratings that the employers give to the jobseekers. I like the idea of freelance online sellers being allowed in the platform, and for them to be verified if they choose to, and establish themselves as an online brand. In case the platform really goes worldwide, simple self made brands can be bought from anywhere!  The idea of getting an account verified is really great, it's just like in social media wherein verified accounts are the ones people search and follow. If in case a verified account provides great products and services, definitely it will be a good and patronized brand in the platform. This is really a great opportunities for each local seller in case it really goes worldwide and with shipping support. There are many online sellers selling handmade stuff in their own countries like sweats, artistic crafts, costumes and others. It's a great opportunity for them. Agree with you dude. There’s a lot of talented individuals out there who’ve not been given any opportunity to grow and benefit from their talents. Like handicrafts for example. A lot can be done but to market them is the problem of most. That is why they just manage to sell them cheaply because they dont have means on how to sell them widely. Freelance sellers will be best for many housewife in different countries, many of them can't go to work because they have small children/kids that need to take care of reason for them to stuck in the house wasting their talents... By fair ninja they can sell everything they want to sell regardless if their own products or from others, so they can earn money while they are staying in the house... Yup, they are the ones that will be able to benefit from this platform more than anyone else because some families need extra income but can't leave their children which is why they stay at home and stop being productive and this is more common on housewives. With this project, mothers can be more productive without sacrificing the time their children need from them. Specially those mothers that have babies or todlers to tend to. |

It's really a big help especially in my country which millions of people are jobless, all they have to do is to provide some information and if they meet the recruiter's standard, then viola! They'll have a job. And there's no need to worry because the information that is provided by the jobseeker to the validator is controllable by the jobseeker which is good, also the information is secure and safe from scammers who uses other people's information in a wrong way just to benefit themselves. Yes indeed. This project is helpful but I don't think that all of the jobless people in your country can have a job. I don't mean to offend you but the recruiter will simply select the jobseeker and they are in favor to those who reaches their expectation and also we can't deny the fact that out of those million of people in your country only few will be selected since ther will be lots of applicant from other country that fits more in the position. That's true, you just say the truth and can be happen to anyone of jobseekers. There is a possibility that they will not get the job they want. Many people are looking for jobs in different parts of the country may be more appropriate than other applicants or jobseekers. the project bears an incredible pole for people searching for a robot, I'm very happy for the team and for their reward, I hope in the future they will not let you down the commercial of the trust logic project platform is very interesting the commercial that the trust logic has been made gave us or gave the person who is watching the information that they need to know. Is your TrustLogics Android and IOS app available on every country??
I'm not sure if their Android and IOS app was available on every country, but as far as I know based on what I have read on their whitepaper it is a hiring project wherein you can apply national and internationally based. For me maybe it is available on every country. Well maybe since is referred to blockchain technology its will sure that the market of thrustlogics betwwen jobseeker will not limited on other country instead it will also unlimited to other country ,offered job hiring all over in the world,,for just in cased unemployment rate will decreased in the whole world.  That could be a yes but I don't think i is since they would have to have set up a local team in each country they are targeting since it involves data collection and verification. It's easy to develop the app and make it available worldwide since they are already established, the question is how about the processes that would be involved in the hiring process? And also the verification process? Well i think as of my own opinion, it`s easy for them to recognized the verification process, because the account you have registered in their application needs your information in order to gathered data and establish it to their system and become verified user in which your account will be applicable for hiring companies. That is correct and besides having a complete information regarding the applicant is the fastest way to find a job wherever they want and what ever it is. I think the applicant will need to update their files every time they have an additional seminars or diplomas like vocational course because sometimes other worked abroad need to take some vocational course even they are graduated in four year course. I think it will be available in every country in the future. As of now they are still conducting their Pilot testing so even though their might be an available app or accessible platform, I think no jobs are present yet on their platforms yet, except of course from Curacao, since they are conducting their pilot testing for the project there. Yes, Trust logics has the potential of using their platform worldwide, the project will be ready soon, I think it is already functioning now, the test will prove that the system is working, lets be patient for it, Im sure it will be the most used platform especially in the job seekers out there who are looking for a suitable and right position for them in the vast industry of Hiring industry. Looking forward to the results of the tests. TrustLogics' brilliant strategy in facing economic crisis is an answer that most of the people in the work force are looking for. The platform must be ready really soon because it has yet to change people's lives. For sure government from different countries are waiting for trustlogics to expand in their land, like the first two country they started to operate with... yeah I experienced that, so hard and tired I felt. Every time I participate in job fair and looking for a work, saying so much job vacancy is waiting for us but the truth it is nothing with trustlogic, the job search process is made easier and you do not need to go to the job fair anymore. Same here maam /sir i do also experience that kind of struggle in applying for a job. It is very tiring and cost. But now we have trust logic project platform the tiring search is all.over. Everyone that is working and has looked for whatever type of jobs out there in any field has clearly experienced this hassle and wallet emptying costs either with gas, or fares. Even on taxis and more. Now that trust logics is here, the whole world will surely change for the better and this will attract more and more traffic |

I am sure that this is a very good website, i am very much confident that the trust logic project is the best project platform with regards into the hiring and recruiting company. website is a basic thing for the team, they will have ICO which one of that requirement is their own web. what people need to have at its finest is the app that they will bring to us. for the reality of the project. You have a point! But for me as what I think they build an application in order to help people who actually don`t used website which means they can easily access to their system and it also help the user`s to monitor their dashboard if they were going to apply a job. Easy now guys, I think they will build it on multi-platform and can be accessed on any devices. If you are interested, you can download the app on Google Play for Trustlogics App. Beta version was already released and ready to use but I am not sure if there are available jobs already. Wow, that's great news. I am very excited to download the app and see what's up. And yes, I am even more excited to see the application do what it is intended to do and have all the features mentioned in the trust logics project in due time. Cause this will be launched internationally it means there will be various kind of jobs on the platform. What if someone got hired and the location is on the foreign country does this mean they have to move there? Or it depends on the negotiations between the hiree or the company itself.
Well, the case that is most likely to happen is that the jobs will be online jobs because this is easier in the earlier days of the trust logics platform.
