I used to trade with Dank on occasion, even though he defaulted on a loan.
It's time. Free Dank! ~BCX~

All of this reminds me....
Wasn't there a Filipino Bitcoin Whale named Leroy Fodor here a while back?
I wonder what ever happened to him?

What five people do you think had the biggest effect positive or negative on the Altcoin world as a whole since it began?
1) Coblee - Developed Litecoin and an early Coinbase developer. Was one of the earliest altcoin developers. 2) Coinhunter aka Realsolid - Early coin developer and built the fastest most secure altcoin exchange to date MCXnow even though it went defunct in 2014. 3) iGotSpots - Early coin dev that easily started the mass produced coin launch rinse and repeat craze singlehandedly 4) Artforz - Although he developed the first known gpu miner for BTC, his work in altcoins cannot be denied. 5) Ckolivas - Set the standard for mining software.

Is it just me or does anyone else think Quickseller is using two other alts including the OP? ~BCX~

this system is in place so that it's not abused. Otherwise there would be no requirements and the entire forum would be a mess, which already is to some big extend. Hail the Jail
Dumbass. This thread is years old and the noob jail doesn't exist anymore. I think it should be brought back.OP, thabks for bumping this thread. I actually like reading stuff from way back. Hope you get your account back. The Newbie Jail was highly effective. Definitely needs to be brought back into commission. ~BCX~

This is Quickseller.
hilariousandco is a trusted member of this forum. Quickseller is not.

Are you talking about the very same Quickseller that was kicked off DT because he was caught red-handed running an escrow scam? Not that QS? ~BCX~

Yes Monero is a direct threat.
It's what Satoshi feared most back in 2009.

A significant issue is being raised in this thread, but, unfortunately, folks in Cryptoland don't bother with the important stuff these days... Absolutely, unless the ETH devs get serious about solving this, this coin will die under its own weight. No hacks or future attacks needed. It's an awesome concept, just fix the issues. ~BCX~

|

The NOOBS here have no clue who those people are. But i hope he does what ever he can to bring ETH to its knees.
There's a reason we have "legendary" next to our usernames Yup.. and see the hacked news ? LOL @BCX Nice hacker cover story ETH hacking had zero to do with ETH hack itself, this was not a code exploit It was the age old recipe of newbies, online wallets and dumbasses trusting them. The particular coin doesn't matter when you have those ingredients. ~BCX~

Heil, hilariousandco! Let's go nazi-ban. Heil heil!
One mistake= ban, lol.
If you want your account back you need to threaten to kick his ass in red 24pt Bold Arial. Works like a charm! ~BCX~

Unfortunately I need a full node.
May I ask what you need this for? do you have something interesting in mind? How many ETH did you buy at the original ICO? Much like BTC, are you an ETH whale, too? As far as ETH, I have never mined, bought or possessed any amount of Ethereum in any form. I need a full node for analysis and nothing more. Kind of hard to do if you can't sync. ~BCX~
|
|
|
Forget the fact there are multiple forks and massive coin losses galore...
What's going to kill the ETH network is lack of nodes due to the ridiculously bloated and slow syncing blocking chain.
I've had a i7 6400K with 64GB of ram running on fiber trying to sync Geth for four plus days.
It's only thing this machine is doing.
Is their a bootstrap DL anywhere?

The question is, will we now see a third fork of Ethereum?

BitcoinEXpress has forked and destroyed a bunch of PoW coins. The most notable if which was Auracoin & back in the day he and ArtFonz were some of the first GPU bitcoin miners.
AFAIK Fonz has disappeared
It was Artforz and he's still with us in a sense. Relax I'm just hobby mining with a SINGLE rig experimenting with low power units. Nothing more. Killing coins is of legend and days past. ~BCX~

Apparently Leroy Fodor also doesn't understand solar power.
The formula is complex and easily be easily researched online but just to power only two mining rigs running 1200W each would equal 57,600 daily watt hours.
The simple formula for solar panels needed is to divide the Daily Watt Hours by the Solar Panel Watt output.
If he were using top of the line solar panels rated at 300W each, then he would need 192 solar panels that each are about .5 square meters in surface area.
That's a lot of space.
Each panel cost about $200 USD or about $38,000 just in solar panels and we haven't even factored in the 18 deep cycle batteries or inverters needed yet.
Just a guess but I think don't think Bruno is getting globally nuked anytime soon.

Are you talking about the very same Leroy Fodor that took 30 pesos from his step-daughter Iliana that she was saving to "Come in America" because she believed in his extraordinary business acumen that strongly??
