No date on the signature, no printed name, no witnesses and no notarization.

Absolutely no way to authenticate anything.

Yep sounds legit

So still no conclusive proof iGotspots is a scammer.

Go figure.

Does he have any new coins out?

~BCX~

Oh look, its the same sock puppet moron coming back to post the same sock puppet comment he has been doing since day one

What a complete effen idiot to think I'm a sock puppet.

My signature is for you.

Anyone around here for more than 30 minutes knows I am no one's sock puppet.

Still doesn't change the fact, not a single shred of proof that spots is a scammer.

andolini82 was reselling MSDN Keys, i really wonder why the thread was taken down as the forum doesnt enforce 3rd parties TOS.

Yes this is weird since it has been 4 months I am selling.

Admin gave me this
"I received a DCMA takedown notice for your "Microsoft Keys Shop" topic. Therefore, I removed it. Do not sell any Microsoft keys on this forum in the future."

But last time I check the Digital Goods still has a lot of sellers of MSDN Keys, eliminating the competition maybe considering I'm one of the most trusted seller

Who messaged you that? Link to their profile.

There's only two Admins. It was either Badbear or Theymos Stalin!

Why does RealSolid keep coming back, and why do people keep on supporting him?

I was only caught up in the MCXnow stuff, buying and trading the Fees.  Luckily I got out before he closed up shop.  It seems like he has now serially scammed people out of large amounts of money, he is also a good coder from what I hear and see, so why not just leave the whole Crypto stuff to the non-scammers and be on his way?!

A scorpion asks a frog to carry it across a river. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion argues that if it did so, they would both drown. Considering this, the frog agrees, but midway across the river the scorpion does indeed sting the frog, dooming them both. When the frog asks the scorpion why, the scorpion replies that it was in its nature to do so.

The fable is used to illustrate that fundamentally vicious natures cannot change.

247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Microcash 2016 - The Return of Realsolid? on: March 08, 2016, 02:18:48 AM
Yes, I remember SolidCoin literally the original scamcoin. It is the one case I know of where someone actually pirated software under the MIT license. https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT, and was subject of a legitimate DMCA takedown notice. Pirating software under the MIT license can be done but it takes a real effort as a scammer. The other case I know, involving pirated FLOSS and DMCA takedowns, was the MPAA pirating a version of Ubuntu, about 9 years ago, and also being the subject of a DMCA takedown notice; however in that case it was GPL code that was the subject of the DMCA takedown.

Edit: At one point I looked into selling SolidCoin short, and there is an old post in BCT where I inquired about the possibility.

I totally forgot about that part of the episode.

It was a fairly lengthy discussed argument back in the day.

It was indeed literally the first shitcoin designed to do nothing more than separate idiots from their BTC.

248  Other / Meta / Re: Way too much censorship on: March 06, 2016, 04:09:33 PM
The censorship here is just shocking.  This forum is controlled by stalin.
Thanks Theymos

You finally found me out. I am literally Stalin. Bitcoin is secretly a communist conspiracy to take over the world. The glorious worker's paradise of the USSR will reign once more!

Well to be very fair Theymos openly admitted he was in fact literally Stalin well over a year ago.

I even gave him feedback over it which is still there today  Grin

@Spotetnik

Excellent post

@Pineapples

microcash

Nearly 5 years in the making, MicroCash seems nearly ready to hit the light of day with it's recent Alpha release 2.
The main developer Real Solid has finally come out of his closet with juices flowing.

The above is from the second sentence in your ANN thread for the new Microcash.

That alone should raise real concerns?

Is Realsolid back?

250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: MicroCash. Now in Alpha 2 release. on: March 06, 2016, 03:57:06 PM
The dev is aware of the lack of straight forward information and anything resembling a white paper, and recognises this state as a problem

In the second sentence of your original post you clearly identified the main developer as Realsolid, why not name him? Ashamed?

Secondly, I would highly suspect that the reason your post was moved to announcements is because the title clearly made it seem as such and mods do not have the time to read every thread.

If you will notice, I created a thread fro Microcash and is was not moved.

I am certain if you create a thread in the main titled "Microcash Discussion 2016" or something similar, it would remain there.

I do indeed believe you are not Realsolid as he cannot constrain his ego but I do firmly believe you are one of his cult like fanboys from the 2011 days.

Perhaps ViperJBM or rlh?

Looks legit.

252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Microcash 2016 - The Return of Realsolid? on: March 05, 2016, 04:31:46 PM
Anyone remember Solidcoin, Coinhunter or Realsolid of mcxNOW fame?

Five years ago he collected a bunch of BTC from donors to finish a much hyped alt coin called Microcash.

Long story made short, after collecting several thousand BTC from donors (approximately $10/BTC at the time) he disappeared.

A few months later he resurfaced claiming he was hacked but nonetheless launched mcxNOW days later.

We all know how mcxNOW ended.

Now it appears he may be back.

The user Pineapple tells us that Realsolid is launching Microcash here

According to the Global Mod Hilariousandco Realsolid is not banned in this forum so I am curious as to why he wouldn't announce it himself.

Finally does anyone think this newest venture by Realsolid is legit?

253  Other / Meta / Coinhunter aka Realsolid Banned or Just Stopped Posting? on: March 05, 2016, 04:33:19 AM
Was the user Coinhunter aka Realsolid banned or simply stopped posting?

I'm just curious because it appears there is a sock in the Alt Trashcan Announcements making claim that Realsolid is launching a post mcxNOW scam

in the form of finally launching Solidcoin3 better known as Microcash.

It would be interesting to see either resurface.

LOL RealSolid = RealSolidShit

Everything he touches turns into rock hard shit.

RealSolid is a scammer....nuff said.

@Smoothie

Amazing how the idiots never learn.

Now all we need is an appearance from notyep, FlipPro, Spacy, Ten98.......

It could be 2011 all over again LOL

255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: MicroCash. Now in Alpha 2 release. on: March 03, 2016, 01:21:13 PM

SolidCoin was a very early BitCoin variant designed by RealSolid and released late 2011. It could be considered an early variant of Microcash.

Hmm I see RS' people haven't gotten any more knowledgeable in the last five years.

Solidcoin was not designed nor released by the user Realsolid.

It was designed and released by Coinhunter  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=38453.msg471183#msg471183

Until mid 2013 I thought Coinhunter and Realsolid were the same person.

Coinhunter and Realsolid were part of a duo that had a falling out and went separate ways after their failed CryptoXchange tanked.

The crypto universe has changed dramatically since the early days.

This will be interesting to watch unfold.

I have no interest in participating in any manner.

256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My cryptsy alt coins are gone for good..? on: February 25, 2016, 03:16:25 AM
The owner Paul Vernon claims that a bunch of coins were stolen via a hack.  So he can't give us our money (coins) back.  He says now that the coins were stolen over a year ago and he withheld this info and kept accepting deposits.  Of course we don't know for sure if he was hacked.  He may have just taken it all himself.  If there was a hacker, I haven't heard that there is any progress on finding out who it is.

I'm telling you, this is the work of "The Owner".

~BCX~
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My cryptsy alt coins are gone for good..? on: February 25, 2016, 01:36:28 AM
What is the status on the hunt for the hacker who stole the coins? Has anyone provided info on the matter and claimed the bounty?

98.6% of people know that Paul Vernon did it, ergo nobody gets the bounty except Paul.

@Gleb

The hacker thief is known in the community as "The Owner".

Oddly enough seems to be the very same person that got Mt. Gox, Inputs.io, MCXNow, and a few others.

It's hard to prevent a hack by "The Owner"

You should consider making any post with a Sig Campaign not count towards activity.

~BCX~
That isn't actually possible. You can't distinguish between when a user had a sig on or not and whether that sig is a campaign or not without going in and manually doing stuff.

Coding that would easy, especially in SMF.

I've seen this topic a number of times since the Alt Forum was created.

The Alt Forum ain't going anywhere LOL

It was created for the sole reason to keep the non-Bitcoin related post out of the main forum.

It was routinely referred to as the "Alt Trashcan" by the mods.

Not all mods disliked the Alt Forum

Saltyspittoon and Maged were Alt friendly.

I guess you could throw Tysat into that category also.
