Keland....Kalend....Keland.....

Kalen is your absentee boss's name. K-A-L-E-N.

That's Kalen Dangerfield who, despite family bereavement and tornadoes forcing him to grief-strickenly abandon his shit token after its pump and dump, still managed, throughout all adversity, to find time to regularly tweet his MAGA shit

Hello!

Cutting to the chase, it's quite simple.
TRUSTUSD is the shittiest of shitcoins.
It has no function.
It has no value.

23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BITCLUB NETWORK: THE MAIN SCAMMERS BUSTED (Apart from the sex offender) on: April 01, 2020, 11:59:50 AM

Goettsche and Weeks attempted (surprise surprise) to use COVID as a reason for being released from prison, and were both denied.
There's apparently a policy in the U.S. at the moment to release "petty" offenders because of the virus.
Weeks continues to pretend that's all he was

Quote from: DOJ
None of the articles cited by Weeks regarding efforts to reduce prison populations deal with inmates like Weeks, who have already been found to be a flight risk (twice) and who are charged with very serious offenses carrying significant guidelines ranges.

and throws in a pre existing asthma condition for good measure.
Didn't work.

Quote from: DOJ
Weeks did not report this condition during his medical intake at ECCF, or on a health form he submitted for a mountain climbing trip to Antarctica.
His asthma did not prevent Weeks from traveling all over the world, including to remote locations that presumably lacked standard respiratory treatment, and engaging in strenuous activities at altitude like heli-skiing and mountain climbing.
The point is not that Weeks does not have asthma.
Rather, it is that he did not report suffering from asthma or have a prescription for asthma treatment until COVID-19 surfaced.

Goettsche's application was simply that the reduction in scheduled airline activity made him less of a flight risk.
The DoJ pointed out that he has huge amounts of unaccounted for money that he stole from Bitclub investors and an involved brother who is still out there.
Judge Hammer found it
Quote
... concerning, for example, that Goettsche referred to having made “hundreds of mil[lions] in the past two years,” id., and that his accounts are “scattered throughout the world and very possibly beyond the reach of the Government to seize.”
Implicit in that holding is Judge Hammer’s valid concern that Goettsche would use his “vast sums of money,” to leave the country rather than have a jury consider an array of evidence that includes his own “inculpatory” statements.
Despite the Government’s requests, Goettsche still has not filled the roughly $30 million gap between his self-disclosed assets and an accounting prepared by his accountant in August 2019.

Jo Abel doesn't seem to have bothered to ask for release,  Silviu Balaci is still in jail in Frankfurt awaiting U.S. extradition and Russ Medlin is still out there, no doubt indulging the tastes for which he was placed on the Nevada Sex Offenders register, and protected from arrest by liberal dispersion of bribes and payoffs.
Other B list BitClub promoters who made $$$$ thru the MLM system appear to be of no interest to law enforcement.

Thanks for case update summary, OZ. Also below.

Fat Lawyer One Coin Scammer Mark Scott was more successful in a similar hearing, being released to one of the homes he bought with stolen money.
His bullshit health worries appeared to have convinced the judge that he's not a flight risk despite holding dual citizenship with a country which doesn't extradite to the U.S. (Germany).

Quote
He has provided limited support for his claim that his health condition renders him especially vulnerable to COVID-19.
Specifically, Scott relies on a vague one-page doctor’s letter stating that Scott “has hypertension and was in the process of ongoing a cardiac workup.

He was only in prison because he broke the terms of his previous bail, by going out on the town with his bodyguards.
His buying and selling of Porsches and property doesn't seem to be considered unusual.

Quote
While released on bail, in or about July 2019, Scott sold a 2016 Porsche (the “2016 Porsche”) for $250,000.
Scott did so with full knowledge that he had purchased the 2016 Porsche with OneCoin victim money and that the 2016 Porsche was subject to both a seizure warrant— which was produced to the defendant in discovery in October 2018—and a Forfeiture Bill of Particulars (the “Forfeiture BOP”) —which was filed with the Court and served on the defendant in February 2019.
While released on bail Scott also used $300,000 in OneCoin victim proceeds that were subject to a restraining order to pay for renovations to his (Massachusetts) property.
Furthermore, Scott mortgaged the (Massachusetts) Property—which he had also purchased with OneCoin proceeds, and which was also subject to the Forfeiture BOP—to a creditor, specifically, a contracting business performing work on the (Massachusetts) Property.

He is the walking embodiment of a fat, disgusting cunt. (apologies to my overweight friends)

24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ERC20] cUSD Currency $CUSD - Your Fast, Secure Digital Money on: April 01, 2020, 08:22:53 AM
It is not a stable coin.

I call it based on what I have read
cUSD Currency (CUSD) is a type of cryptocurrency that is in the family of what is called stablecoins.

This conversation has been had, see previous page.
But yes, it is a little concerning that the admin of this shitcoin were originally describing it so.
There would be two possible reasons for that:
1) They didn't know what "stablecoin" means.
2) They were trying to mislead.

Neither option fills one with confidence, which may be why it is actually turning into a form of 'stablecoin' seen too often: the ones that bump along on no volume with a value price just above zero.

Seems to be a recent scammer trend, photoshopping spectacles onto stock  images.

They are back, this time it's maticBIT (maticbit.com).

I made a similar mistake/assumption here with a site called infinances.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5209604.20

I think this maticBIt is a scam clone of the P2PB2B/Whitebit bunch of sites and, if the infinances scenario plays out, then maticBIT will end up a phishing site.

If I don't insult you and get you back down.... you're nothing but a paid shill.

It doesn't generally work like that.

Ah yes, I am a paid shill... Who is paying me?

Yeah, so am I apparently... aggressive paranoia isn't the best of traits, especially from a two bit nobody who sees no problem with providing false information to get his two bit token listed.

From the look of your chart, selling early was a very good idea.

Slightly off topic, but bear in mind these are the people that Kawbet confirm as suppliers of their platform and back office.

1xBet were shut down in the UK by the Gambling Commission last August.
They had been sponsoring top flight football teams, Tottenham, Liverpool and Chelsea which drew attention and a critical article in the Sunday Times, which described them as a "Russian Company."
Quote from: bestettingsites
the reports of withholding funds, not paying out to winning customers and offering a highly suspicious amount of markets on children’s football matches confirmed suspicions they were still a rogue bookmaker.

The Gambling Commission also said

We are investigating 1xBet and its ties to supplier FSB Technology.

https://lordbetting.com/
https://betwinner.com
https://melbet.com/
https://playwetten.com/

As well as betwinner.com, these sites all show

Also, it makes no sense if the would-be competitors are sharing addresses. How are they then able to tell that the different deposits are from different platforms if indeed they are different entities as they claim?

Thru the message number references?

37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: March 07, 2020, 07:58:22 PM
I am shocked that IOTA has not lost more of its value.

It did not lost at all but gained. At start of the year price of IOTA was 15 cents now is 23 cents. This simply tells you that all prices in crypto have nothing to do with reality.

Later it counts only the difference of selling price and buying price. The price between the two event don't matter. You have at this time not any "gain", you have some IOTA's and maybe you will able to sell it later - OR NOT.

That counts for each person buying and selling coins. I and ServerNoMore are telling of price of the coin. He is surprised price did not decrease. I am surprised that price actually increased. No matter that this event that ended all transactions for more then a week happened.

I think I'm right in saying that the Big Red Button was pushed at 17.20 on Feb 12th, at which time IOTA was trading around 34 cents.
Today it's around 22.5 cents, a market cap shrink in the order of $300m.
Nobody mention the ATH.
OK, I will.
$5.25.
If you mIOTA'd 1 BTC then you'd have got ~ 3,272.
Today you'd get ~ 39,420.
Bargain?
