23  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [UPDATE] Polymerbit Mystery 3 & 4 on: July 24, 2020, 03:34:27 AM
because I wanted to pay with crypto. ended up closing the page as well.

sounds good, tbh i was trying to buy like 5 Penguins a few weeks ago
and when i couldn't find how to pay in crypto, i just left the site (and now am looking on this board instead for some)

what is wrong with paying by credit card or paypal ?

I bought a couple of penguins when they first came out early this year, paid using Fiat.

Nothing wrong with it - I don't use personal funds, I use the business's funds and my business makes it's revenue in crypto - so to buy in fiat requires that I sell the crypto and get fiat cash - I prefer not to do so as much as possible. I have done it a few time though.

pretty much this
i mine crypto, and prefer to just use it directly for purchasing as much as possible

Personally, i have to be very strategic in my situation how and when i cash out my BTC (if at all)
as anything cashed out as profits held under a year is uber taxable, yuck Tongue
and i dont have credit cards, used to, but cut them up years ago, as BTC really made me realize how toxic debt was :/

I try and buy physical items for $USD as much as possible. Then you know you always spent X USD on whatever you bought later down the road instead of going oh fuck, I paid XXX USD now that BTC has gone (pick your direction). Crypto can be easier, but why bother when crypto is better than Trump-bucks in the long term? Especially when you have to report all the BTC spends to the IRS anyhow... Grin

ya i have a laptop i paid 3 BTC for years ago, was like 1500$ at the time....  lol
meh, no ragrats Cheesy

Our new store will have crypto payments integrated. This means the process will be a lot more streamlined.

However, we need to put all of our effort in getting these notes out first.

sounds good, tbh i was trying to buy like 5 Penguins a few weeks ago
and when i couldn't find how to pay in crypto, i just left the site (and now am looking on this board instead for some)
i think i left a support message on the site about it

anyways, i look forward to these notes, imo Polymerbit stuff is just some of the highest quality physical-crypto you can get
you guys never cease to amaze me, and im sure 3 & 4 will be no different Smiley

Still fine-tuning the formatting stuff, took a bit longer than expected.
All 660 citations are done. Still aiming to start printing this month, if no surprises.

woot , cool man, thx for the update! Smiley

i look forward to curling up with my little guys this fall and reading this.

Hope you and yours are staying healthy!

im reminded of Stoicism in a time like this, maybe you should try some
As somebody who knows Stoicism

ITT: Thinking that Bob knows nothing about philosophy, psychology, or other metaphysic schools of thought, to say the least of Bob not knowing ANYTHING about stoicism at all.

Both of you guys can go fuck yourselves with the same length of rusted pipe I requested JJG sodomize himself with.

You have just perfectly illustrated why I'm bailing on this place.

This is my fucking catharsis. Not yours.

then maybe you should just go sulk in a corner instead of whining all over here Tongue
pulling a vod you are, "im leaving , im leaving"   your so dramatic lol
shit or get off the pot for fuck sakes
your acting like a 10 year old, everything is about you and letting anons on the internet make you rage
sad!

i wish you the best man, it seems you really need it right now :/
you take care eh?

This 12.5$ long is nice for me as a miner tbh, ive been priced in for my operation for almost a year now and should be for a few more if it hodls up Smiley

Oh Bob, being a drama queen again i see Smiley
You should never let ANYONE or anything for that matter, get you so worked up
im reminded of Stoicism in a time like this, maybe you should try some
take a break, read some Burkowski or something Wink
and remember:  MOST of us love you
#fullhomo

I think it was around 2017ish, the forum started having more nocoiners and boot lickers.
nowadays its full of these "scam busters" and "sig spammers", with most of the rest being "please help me earn sir" pageets
and its only gotten worse over the years Sad

36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: KIN | Top Secret - Do not open! on: July 10, 2020, 02:31:26 PM
seems like they are trying, but its too sketchy right now for me
the SEC is powerful, they can order you RIP and all your assets taken in a heartbeat
leaving investors holding worthless bags, and that would be seemingly AGAIN?  ouch
personally ill be waiting for all that SEC stuff to iron out, im not a gambler at heart haha

they shouldn't have been so greedy and gotten taken down by the SEC to begin with, the supply shows that tho, greedy team, way too high supply

39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Qortal Genesis - The Infrastructure for the Internet of the Future on: July 07, 2020, 04:13:00 PM

In truth you are the fool man. You want to keep Dev hidden and afraid of loosing development if they get better opportunity. They the slave men to you?  You think first next time hippe man.

Don't get me wrong, I love arguing with people who will always lose the argument, but it's out of pure narcissism and I shouldn't do it... plus people tell me I shouldn't do it in public anyway, so yea. I'm going to be 'professional.' and not reply to the idiots anymore. OKAY EVERYONE? Okay. Weee, fun.

You only a famous burstcoin ex team leader and not professional hippie man.It is not hiden from public https://www.reddit.com/r/burstcoin/comments/6cbz5r/exclusive_burstcoin_community_news_crowetic_got/ Who lose the argument to a scammer now hippie man.

If I weren't professional, why would I be ignoring your dumb shit instead of putting you in your place? This will be my last reply in your general direction. Get down from the high horse there horseman, before you fall off.

ya i dont get what this guy was even trying to prove?

Ok, so Crow got ripped off by a scammer or two, who in this game for as many years as us HASENT? Cheesy    funny how one of those dudes is dead now, Karma is a bitch i guess
Tbh, losing a chunk of coin just makes a person hungry to grind it back (prob one of the reasons why he is working so hard on this)

a thick skin, and a sluffing off of angry noobs comes WITH heading a project in this cesspool that is BCT nowadays, fat chance shaking Crowetic this easy haha...

Keep On Keeping On, thats what us old school bitcoiners do....  Cool
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: New virus on the loose affecting B7 and STU-U6 units based upon Mirai/Botnet... on: July 05, 2020, 03:20:29 PM
this is legit, miners should be VERY aware of this, +merit good sir for this writeup
i was JUST talking yesterday with some security friends about this
yes, its based on mirai, scary!

we had'nt heard of anyone actually having their miners affected yet, but ugh, of course it's happening :/

nice job cleaning it up, StrongU wont give you basically any info on internals , but, yes there are other ways (its just dumb to be forced to do so)
