Well, the current GSC superblock ruleset is this way to prevent fork risk; it cannot be modified; what can be done is things can be done to make it easier to understand; like what block range people are in, etc.
I keep thinking of RAC in BOINC and how it builds up "points" over time. Makes me wonder if PoG and Healing points could be applied this as well? Then, it is less confusing to users because the Smart Contract Reward payment timing is less important. All this data requires only BBP blockchain data so no need for oracles. This seems like a good idea, BOINC almost seems to be made for that type of system as BOID also does something like that thru BOINC, hmmm Biblepay really does just need to go viral yes, sadly religion seems to be becoming an old world thing so its an uphill battle Get one of those mega-pastors to promo it, that might work

im trying to understand this, dosent seem to be as big of news as people think? the article is weird, its like they used some third party or was it a direct payment with ETH? to ME the article sounded like they were using a third party something like Bitpay but for ETH, which would still be sweet, but not THAT huge also: ETH dosent need hype, ALL it needs is PoW to end, and its moon time

Why don`t try benchmark mode for DAG 1 or so..
test it with: EthDcrMiner64.exe -benchmark 2
it will use just ~1GB of ram for DAG
The problem is on driver level and it isn't related to DAG size - as far as I know. I tried to run a benchmark but the result is nearly the same (instead of 3,5MH/s I got 3,6MH/s ) Yes the problem is AMD intentionally crippled the driver for the ETH algorithm, because they knew it would do nearly 60MH in eth mining and they would not be able to get them in gamers hands. here we go again meh, as per last time, eventually it will be allowed by AMD thats rough tho haha

Not good. Seems completely dead. My client says "chain not synced". The age of the last synced block is "2 months ago".
yes i would sadly have to agree : / a shame as this one looked really good, the wallet was awesome and very unique but without marketing even original coins can fail to find funding and after almost 2 years, it seems this one has finally died cryptos so funny, copy pasta shitcoins get hyped to the moon original organic projects die

kinda misleading to say that algo can be CPU mined haha if someone tried they would be very unlikely to hit a block : / then again, diff is not bad right NOW.... i don't see anything special here tbh, but who knows sometimes the only difference is how hard the DEV works on his project
the website has info for you guys asking, wallets too (woolongs.com/software) im personally just not bothering with this one right now tho
