Season debut ni Ja Morant ngayon after 25 games suspension. 7-19 , 56 games pang natitira.

Magic -5.5 @1.84 vs Heat

^^ bet ko para bukas,

I agree with you, Bollick wasn't playing his usual game last time, so I'm sure they will make a huge adjustment this game.
IIRC, they were able to compete with the Meralco last game but only in the first half. It was a close contest after the first half but the big difference came in the 3rd quarter as Meralco outscored them big time, they only score 16 while Meralco had 33 points, that's a game changing that wasn't on their favor.

Bollick is not with NorthPort anymore kabayan, he was traded to NLEX.

Lost my bet on the first game as NorthPort didn't sustain their lead in the first three quarters.

Nevertheless, I will still be for the second game hoping I could recover my first game loss.

Magnolia -13.5 @1.75 vs DYIP

Back to the things on why we are here  Grin.

Phoenix Fuel Masters ML @1.51 vs NorthPort Batang Pier ML @2.44
Magnolia ML @1.12 vs DYIP ML @5.50

^^ That's the two games tomorrow, of the two games, i think NorthPort has the bigger chance of upsetting the favorites so i'll go for them. Will bet on the second game if i won the first, my little strategy for now  Cool.
204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney (9th of December) on: December 19, 2023, 12:15:31 PM
Loma vs Haney? They fought already and Haney won, although it's controversial as others saw that Loma might have won the second stretch of the fight. Not sure though that Haney will fight Loma again, he is no longer interested at a rematch. Loma will be at a disadvantage at 140 lbs as he will be too small. It will be Haney vs the rest of the champion and then Davis when he decided to go up at 140 lbs.

Loma vs Haney at 140 will not happen as Loma will not go up in weight, 136 might be his maximum division. With regards to Haney, he is too big now that going to 136 is impractical, and besides the money fights are in the higher weight division.

Haney vs Teo Lopez will be entertaining to watch I think as both boxers have contrasting styles, counter-puncher vs aggressor, hope they will make this fight happen while they are still in the peak of their careers.

Loma is also fighting Kambosos for the vacant IBF belt at 135 in Australia and I also doubt he will move up to 140. Plus Haney felt offended when Arum was caught saying Loma clearly beat him. The same reason why Haney left Top Rank even if the offer was bigger and better compared to Matchroom. So in the meantime, until the wound heals, I highly doubt Haney will fight a Top Rank fighter next year which means Teo and Loma are out of the picture.

It's hard to think what's next for Haney. WBA and IBF champs are with PBC although Matias isn't that popular so he might be allowed to have a single fight on the other rival networks. But Matias might face Teofimo Lopez next.

As long as the fight is at 140 lbs, I think any fight will make sense for Haney. For me he should forget about Davis for now, it's just so many back and forth between him and Davis and I don't see him going up to 140 lbs for now.

He will be staying in 135 lbs because belts are vacant and maybe going at least 1, wherein he will be confident who will be his opponent.

Like the idea of Loma vs Kambosos, they supposedly to fight 2022 if I'm not mistaken, and we all know what's the reason for the fight being cancelled. But at least if this fight push through it will still be at least for a championship belt.

I've read that DAZN has offered the camp of Davis 20 million USD to fight Daven Haney, will they take the bait?

I think they will reject that offer if the fight happens at 140 and without any rehydration clause as Haney is just to big Davis as the former could go up to 160 lbs after the weigh-in.

Yeah, hard to think what's next for Haney right now but he needs to fight big names as people will go snoring if he fights a nobody.
205  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: December 19, 2023, 11:28:22 AM
Edit: Cavs -3.5, Clippers -1.5, Wolves -1.5 Mavs +8.5.

206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one is fun, watching with bet or without a bet? on: December 19, 2023, 10:55:19 AM
Just trying to get the communities opinion based on their experience about the topic.

Personally, a a bettor, I find it very stressful when watching the game you are betting especially if it will end up a losing bet.

If we have the same experience, how do you cope up with that problem, after all, gambling should be fun but why we have this kind of feeling that we feel disappointed when our bet loses?

Same here, i find it very stressful watching a game when you have a bet on either team. Most of the time, i won't watch it live, i will just watch the replay so i can see how the players were doing on that particular game as a reference for my next bet on them.

I bet to win, not for fun lol, but if my bet loses, i don't have regrets because that's my choice and i just put it in my mind that we will not always win in gambling, we win some we lose some.

The way you do it is quite good in finding which team is better and better to choose by waiting for the match to finish and seeing which team is more likely to be chosen in the next bet by looking at the depth statistics of the two teams, that's good but do you think that it's not possible that in the next bet you lose even though you have got references from replays by choosing a better team? of course, the top class team is still very likely to be defeated by a medium or below average team, the point is that any result can happen and including for results that we never expected.

Everything happens i gambling and that includes thing you never or least expected. But choosing a team with a higher percentage to win is better than just guessing on who will win that is why i use some kind of statistics on my bets but even that is not a guarantee that my bet would win. That's the beauty of gambling, you never know who will because if we did know then we all be millionaires  in just a short period of time.

210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: December 18, 2023, 10:41:07 AM
~snip~
So, I like to hear some of your thoughts regarding this, you do think the PBA has been struggling already? And please share some possible reasons and its solutions base on your opinion.

Even before MacMac Cardona broke the news to their vlogs, i have already heard about this issue but none of the players confirmed about this so it just remains a rumor until Cardona broke it. It is just sad to note that PBA which is considered the oldest pro league in Asia has this kind of issue.

It is just fortunate to all the players now that wants to turn pro that they can choose on where to play. They have MPBL, Japan League and the Korean League as an option so those who have talents can maximize their earning and not just rely on the PBA.

The PBA on its part should also increase the minimum wage a player would receives so as to not lose talent to other leagues.
211  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: December 17, 2023, 11:40:28 AM
Mukhang naka tsamba tayo ngayon hehehe, @11.63

~snip~

212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: December 17, 2023, 10:30:00 AM
In the last game, I also have TNT to win by 11+, actually had some parlay with Meralco with the same winning margin, so wish me luck for this risky bet.

Risky indeed but with the chemistry issue as the Beermen will be parading a new import, i think there's a chance that TNT would win with that margin. As for me i am just betting simply for TNT to win here, risky bet too as SMB's confodence is high following their win the other night against Ginebra Kings.

TNT -1.5 @1.89 vs Beermen

Good luck to us.

edit: seems no chemistry issue for SMB tonight as their new import is not yet player, still Aska as SMB's import for now.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 17, 2023, 02:05:46 AM
Who knows that Manny Pacquaio's son might be the next champion under MPP, Eman Pacquaio is quite serious on his boxing career and he is also a heavy-handed like his father. Recently he won via KO in the first round, his second fight on the pro level as his first fight was a draw.

When is his son going to be pro? I thought you're just kidding when you say it's his son because he wasn't popular by his name Eman, I known him as Jimuel, but I did some research and had verified it's the same peson.

Jimuel and Eman are two different persons kabayan. Eman Bacusa Pacquaio is Pacman's son with another woman, not Jinkee.

BTW, here is a clip on the fight, hope you like it.

214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 17, 2023, 01:12:50 AM
Yes, and most likely Manny Pacquiao put up his own promotional company to help his countryman to become champion and he has accomplished that already. Those are some familiar names in their stable and think about it, if it grows then we might see more Filipinos becoming champion and then they can go back to the old glory wherein at least 4 or 5 reigning champions are all from the Philippines.

Right now though, I'm not sure if there is one champion, last time I heard it was Jerusalem, but he already lost the belt (correct me if I'm wrong).

So hopefully, Magsayo or Ancajas will bring the championship back to the Philippines again and win belts.

Yes, that is the purpose of that promotional company, to help Filipino boxers and have connections with big promoters in the United States.

MP Promotions has been successful in promoting Magsayo, Ancajas and the latest was Marlon Tapales. If not for MP Promotions, Tapales might not be a world champion and he may not be in this situation where he can be a unified champion in the 122-pound division.

Who knows that Manny Pacquaio's son might be the next champion under MPP, Eman Pacquaio is quite serious on his boxing career and he is also a heavy-handed like his father. Recently he won via KO in the first round, his second fight on the pro level as his first fight was a draw.

What are your thoughts on the Brooklyn vs Warriors tomorrow?

Warriors are back at home and will be hosting Brooklyn, as we all have witness the struggle of the Warriors, the question is, can we still trust them to win even at home. By the way, those who aren't updated, Draymond is suspended so Warriors are gonna be playing without Draymond in most of their games.

The handicap for the Brookly is +3.5, I'm thinking of betting on the moneyline.

The intensity of the Warrior's game without Draymond Green is different but they are playing on their home so a bet for the Nets is so risky I think as the Warriors are still deadly in their homecourt.

I am more inclined to bet on the Warriors' opponent if they are on the road but at home, I will shy away from betting on this game.
216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: December 16, 2023, 12:13:23 PM
Took Magnolia ML @2.40
Nice timing, good lukc with your bet. Magnolia is a team that you can trust especially in the 2nd half as they are good in coming back. Paul Lee is playing, I thought he was injured last time, so this is a close Magnolia team that is down by a double digit. I believe they can make a come back in the 3rd quarter and we will have a close game in the last quarter.

By the way, it's already 77-75 now, ROS only is leading by 2 points.

Nice timing indeed. With two minutes left in the ball game, Magnolia is leading now with 4 points. Shots were not falling now for ROS like in the first half. It nice to see somehow ROS defeating Magnolia here but seems the experience and confidence of Magnolia is too much for ROS.

edit: That 3's from Datu and Santillan end the winning streak of Magnolia. Wow, 18 games winning streak has been halted by ROS on the road.
217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk - February 2024 in Saudi Arabia on: December 16, 2023, 05:32:40 AM
Sorry but I think Usyk was just hype. Fury hasn't been active recently so the attention was focus on Usyk, but if we look at the boxers that both have previously defeated, you can see that the quality goes to Fury. The odds says it all, Fury is a slight favorite, however, I think that's quite undervalued because of his performance against Francis. Don't be deceive guys, Fury is gonna win this fight via domination again, even if Usyk would be able to throw a lucky punch that will put Fury on the canvas, Fury's always gonna rise and win the fight.

I agree that Usyk was just hype and Fury will dominate him on the ring next weekend. The good thing about Fury is that he always rise up after being down on the canvas so if that Hail Mary shot hit Fury, it would not damage him but i think Fury as always will be clever here, he would use his height and weight advantage to tire Usyk out and maybe KOed him in the championship rounds.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: December 16, 2023, 02:30:51 AM
SMB vs Ginebra now live.

I thought SMB is gonna bring a new import in this game but I see it was still  Aska who's playing, probably after this game. SMB is having a lead now by 7 points, I think it's time for us to live bet now as on pregame odds, Ginebra was the favorite.

As for my bet here, I didn't bet on the spread, instead I look on the total and I have under 192.50. GL!

As per report, their new import will play on their next game which is this Sunday as they are still working on their new import's paper works.

Just surprising for me that they won the game last night as i thought that it's gonna be an easy work for Ginebra as they have an edge on the frontline but Cruz and Chris Ross didn't let their fans down as they fought through that Ginebra's comback.

Nevertheless, congrats on your win kabayan as the game's score was under 192.50.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney (9th of December) on: December 15, 2023, 08:16:28 AM
And it seems that Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis is going at it in their social media,

https://twitter.com/Realdevinhaney/status/1735287265180741880

Now, we will see who will blink here, hehehe, so far though it looks like Tank Davis has deleted his reply. Nevertheless I do want this fight to be at 140 lbs. Davis can easily make that jump in weight, he fought Barrios at 140 lbs, he officially clock in at  139 ¾ lbs so he can do it.

So that there will be no excuses that Haney fought weight drain.

That's money fight, Haney vs Davis next year and Tank going up for the jr welterweight. Yes, He has once fought at this division because it was careful matching with Barrios, good in paper but Tank has all the advantage in that fight. And after that, he goes back to 135 lbs.

And Haney is now calling him, it's really up to him whether he accepts the challenge or not but it seems that he wanted to fight Haney. So his camp should stop protecting him as this is what they do throughout his career, carefully picking up his opponents and to make him good. And even if he fought Ryan, we all know that Ryan is drain at 135 lbs and then they have to insert those rehydration clause to make sure that Ryan will not go above a certain weight and have the advantage.

Devin Haney has the advantage of this fight if pushes through at 140 pound division. Haney is too big for Davis if no rehydration clause that would be stipulated in the contract. Davis seems to have problem with bigger fighters as what we have seen in his fight against Hector Garcia. Hector Garcia and Devin Haney has more or less the same height but talent-wise, Haney is superior than Garcia so this may be the reason why he deleted his reply on Haney's call out on him, to suppress the fire hehe.
