201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin and bitcoin high transaction fees on: October 02, 2020, 07:31:06 AM
Bitcoin is not advisable to use for micro transactions, fees are too high I have experience one time when I was sending $5 worth of bitcoin the fees are almost doubled the amount I'm about to send.Better to use other altcoin for microtransactions of ewallets available in your place. XRP can be a good secondary choice if you are looking for alternative way sending crypto with less fees.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: October 02, 2020, 06:22:23 AM
It is not about how many games you bet in. I once did the ironman challenge in betting. Starting with $1 and ended up in $150 in like 2 weeks. It is not about how many match it is how many wins you have, bet big if you are confident on the match up and bet small in high odds where there is still a good chance for the unfavored team.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: October 01, 2020, 09:28:50 PM
I prefer live casino games more than slots. As you said most of the time skills gives you edge over the house in those kind of games and that's the reason why I love live casino games the chance to profit is way higher compared to slots or any automated machines in a casino. If you're looking to have some fun go play slots and if you want to get some cash go play in live casinos if you know how to play right you can win.
So you do say that Slots wont give you that huge winning opportunity? Majority do knows that it can still give out that winning chance but on very least chances since we know that slots do had higher house edge but if you're lucky enough then you can hit outrageous winnings that you wont able to commit on other type of gambling games. For live casino ones then it isnt really that differs though since this is also a better place to spent out your time. You can choose which games
you would tend to play on.It do matters or someones interest on what they do prefer.
I'm not saying that slots doesn't have or give you a chance to win big time, the thing is it is purely based on luck which can totally destroy your gambling session, your money and your mood in playing. I only prefer live casino games because I profit and wins more on those games compared to slots. I do know that it can give huge winnings but the odds are very small.

205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 18.5 million BTC already mined on: October 01, 2020, 06:37:56 AM
We are still a 120 years away from it, all bitcoins will set to be mined at year 2140 we still have a long way to accumulate bitcoins.

It's strange a bit that 88% of all Bitcoin were mined in 11 years. And now we have more than a century to mine rest 12%.
It isn't strange at all. Bitcoin was designed to be like this the less the coins to be mined the longer it would take to get mined surely Satoshi had a reason for this but it's a great work indeed on his side.
206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If all BTC Gets Bought Up? on: September 30, 2020, 09:37:36 PM
There are persons/companies who can literally buy all bitcoin circulating in exchanges now but I doubt that they are interested in doing that. Yes bitcoins price will surely rise if they have all bitcoin in their wallet they will earn tons of money but risking that much of a money I think its a no for them.
But without bitcoins in an exchange I doubt that they will continue operation so I expect that most exchange will be out of business if this will happen.
207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your seed? on: September 29, 2020, 06:48:42 AM
One of my wallet seed is stored separately. I split the seed into 2 papers and I hid one under my phone case and one is in a text file on my pc encrypted with password that is saved and written in another piece of paper lot of work but makes me feel secured because I've been traumatized getting hijacked around 2bitcoins before.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for Christmas on: September 27, 2020, 05:07:20 AM
I have tried giving away some Bitcoin physical coin and it works like a charm, most of them sent me a message asking what is that all about and some of them really got into bitcoin when I told them more about bitcoin and what it is. You can try this one.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: September 26, 2020, 11:29:53 PM
McGregor is young enough, less experience in boxing. He's nothing TBH.
If only McGregor will train hard to have a better stamina and better paly style in boxing he will surely be as good as those top caliber boxers. Fight style is different from MMA it is actually hard for McGregor to step out of the octagon and fight in another ring with different nature. McGregor with proper training will surely have an edge against Pacquiao.
Curious if this will ever push thru. Maybe if this will build up to multi-million dollar deal, both camps will go for this fight.
Match is already set in 2021 as per (https://www.manilatimes.net/2020/09/26/second-headline/pacquiao-to-fight-mcgregor-in-2021/772255/).
And will surely build up a multi-million dollar deal for both specially for Pacquaio since a portion of his earnings will be aloted to his fellow Filipino that is affected by the pandemic.

The match is already confirmed to happen next year. This will be a boxing match so the favor of the game I think will be with Pacquaio if he can drag it to a long match, we all saw how much McGregor can only last in a boxing match versus Mayweather but I expect him to train harder now that it is confirmed. 9 years age difference, but we see how  Pacquaio play against younger opponents so we can expect nothing less from him.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Bitcoin owners? on: September 26, 2020, 12:59:00 AM
Many celebrities supports bitcoin most of them influences other people by them posting advertisement but we cant really assure that they really have a hold of bitcoin or they are just posting and talking about it for paid promotions.
Many celebrities in other hand uses bitcoin as a business opportunity just like what most people listed here (https://www.ranker.com/list/famous-people-with-bitcoin/celebrity-lists) does like Mike Tyson.
213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people keep playing unlicensed, illegal slot machines? on: September 25, 2020, 04:40:28 AM
I have played one illegal slot machine once, video karera here in my country and I can see why people keep playing on those machines. Because you can easily access it and it is open for everyone who wants to play with it. But the thing about illegal slot machines is you can be jailed for playing it and owning one so I don't suggest to play on it frequently I think one time experience is enough and just stick with legal slot machines in casinos.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone know a dice game that is actually fair? on: September 25, 2020, 12:05:04 AM
I know they all have an edge. I am talking about a game where the stated odds are 49.7% meaning a house edge on of 0.3%. In that environment what are the odds of losing 11 in a row? 17 in a row? or 6 out of 7 bets repeatedly?
It is basically a 50/50 game almost, so no one can predict what are the odds of you losing more than 11 in a row but it may happen. Those results are randomly generated so we cant really know. I once lose 9x in a 80% chance so anything may happen specially in dice games.

They are designed to fuck you over because they have a house edge.

It is their business model.

I agreed to this, I already tried experimenting on different odds available and ended up losing in the long run no matter how much odds are on my side, no casino is fair in these kind of games. Casinos are not made for players to get rich remember that.
215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Card counting in black jack on: September 24, 2020, 05:56:36 AM
There is only one way if  this will work on you, try experimenting with small amount. But casinos will not ban card counting if that isn't effective and doesn't affect or changes the possibility of winning and losing of a player. They banned it because there are actual people who are good at it and they are making tons of money so this seem to work for some who really knows how to count cards.

Do you know such people (who won a lot of money from the casino not just because of luck, but regularly based on their skill)? I would like to know about them in more detail because there are many legends and tales about such masters, but there is very little reliable information, so I doubt that they really exist/existed.
This are some of them, https://www.gamblingsites.com/info/famous-gamblers/card-counters/.
Some of them played in early 1950s and 1970s. I have no doubt on this list so maybe you can check it out and check their background stories thoroughly. Card counting will sure not be banned if really there are some people who took advantage of it.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My 0.1 BTC Journey on: September 22, 2020, 12:34:40 PM
So it took you six months to accumulate $1,200 worth of BTC? I'm not sure what's so impressive about that.
$1,200 worth of BTC as a freelancer is quite impressive if you're gonna ask me. Im sure OP isn't doing that full time.

My suggestion to everyone out there is to invest as much as you can in bitcoin. Since we are in very uncertain situatoon and Bitcoin may be our new savior.

That is what most users here suggests. Better to invest as much as we can in bitcoin over time. In the future, its value is something that we will never expect. But it would much better if we invest in other popular cryptos too. It is best not to invest in just one crypto and try to divide our investment into different crypto.
Splitting up your funds when investing is really worth it, cryptocurrency doesn't just revolve around bitcoin only many opportunities are in altcoins too specially the big ones, keep investing majority of your funds on bitcoin and speculate on what altcoin you want to invest in where you feel comfortable.
217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government Don't kill btc? on: September 21, 2020, 10:11:53 PM
What is Stopping?

Why government Don't kill btc?
Why They protecting the btc?
Its Becouse They own Secretly btc?

Like They did with Gold in USA They banned Gold then They Secretly bought Gold in  history
Because they cant or maybe they are just finding ways on how to right now. Bitcoin is decentralized no one can control it. Government cant take over it or get rid of it in the internet completely all they can just do is continuously issue bans and illegal offense for those who uses it. Not even the creator himself can stop bitcoin.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Dice Games and Yolodice . Best strategy?? on: September 21, 2020, 12:19:01 AM
Do you think a 1/2 stash bet is too high? Maybe something like 1/4 or 1/5 is safer, but the reward is low as well. What do you think about chance? Should I keep it higher than 90, or try something lower?
It is indeed too high. Risking your money in a very low return and high risk of losing your money isn't advisable at all. 10% can really screw your entire balance in just 2 bets. You better be playing at slightly higher multiplier like 1.4/1.5x. Lower your chance of winning at at least 70-60% and set a goal for a session don't get greedy. Playing with 90% odds is risky trust me, 2 lose bets and your balance is gone if you're playing in small budget.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 20, 2020, 10:04:59 AM
Game of skills is a lot fun compared to game of chance for me.
But it is more fun when you are just betting on Slot that you have no skills, there is a essence or excitement and challenge as you don't know what to expect.
while In skills the chance of winning is always and advantage.
We have own perspective on enjoyment and fun on gambling. The excitement and thrill is more on the traditional side but the profit is what makes me enjoy skilled base gambling games more. I gamble depending on my mood, wether I want to profit a little money or just kill time and enjoy my playtime in slots and other luck based games, I enjoy both of them but I find skill games more suited for me.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 19, 2020, 11:49:10 PM
Game of skills is a lot fun compared to game of chance for me. If I'm good at it I have the edge of winning rather than depending on your luck on game of chance type of gambling game. Winning is a little bit on your side in skill based games and you can totally earn money if you play consistently unlike in traditional gambling games where you can screw up over and over and you cant do anything about if because its purely based on your luck.
