201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So many altcoins on: December 11, 2019, 11:44:01 PM
I do think a lot of new projects are not really necessary. It is often a case of thinking 'I want to make money from crypto, how can I set up an ICO and get into the market?' rather than genuine technological innovation, or any real need to the solution to involve crypto at all.

I suppose this is inevitable as the money in the sector grows. There is certainly room for further innovation and new solutions - but these are drowned out by the flood of new coins that either don't offer anything, or else offer something that is unnecessary and can be delivered already by an existing coin.

Totally true. There are lots of existing crypto currency coins (Altcoins) in the market which most of them are not really necessarily existing at all because most of those coins are just alike from one another. They just add up some sort of unique promotion or feature just to look new and innovated but the truth is that it is the same thing. Existence of most crypto coins nowadays are just primarily for the sake of earning money just like what you have said that the usage of the latest or innovated technology is set aside because many people only focuses on earning more money rather that maximizing the feature of the coin into variety of things that it can be usable since they are just want to purchase then get into trading to win back what they have spent that is why many projects have sprout offering great values of coin than the main purpose or usage of it in society.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: December 11, 2019, 09:00:17 PM
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

I am feeling the same way which is also based on my own experience. There are lots of bounties that I have been through that have the same thing like what you have said. But not all bounties are like into that scenario. Maybe most of them but not all because there are still bounty projects that are true into what their project description was all about. I agree that bounty hunters are being used as a bait by the project owners to advertise their project to caught the attention of the crowd so that their project will get into popularity to make their project work successfully but in the end, all of the promises of rewards as a token of appreciation for the help and a job well done of bringing lots of investors to make their project to be successful just turns out to be all of a promise because right after that, the value of reward as stated in the project is in lower value in the market compared to what it was stated at the beginning to be given for the bounty hunters as a reward.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners now is your chance on: December 11, 2019, 08:41:54 PM
You can still buy altcoin right now while the price is not too high. But you must selective to buy the altcoin because not all altcoin can bring you the profit in the future. You should analyze the coin at the market so you can find the right altcoin, and that will need a deeper analysis to find the coin because every altcoin seems to have the same potential to increase. But I already have many altcoins because I already bought it a few months ago, but if I can find more potential altcoins, I think I will buy another altcoin.

I agree. Buy only those Altcoins that have a great value or simply those that are really worth it to be purchased for because there are lots of existing Altcoins within the market and it does not mean that while the market is down is that you will just keep on buying Altcoins until your portfolio have a long list of purchased Altcoins. Be also mindful and observable before tending to buy an alternative crypto coin because not all are really that worth it. You still need to sort out from the long list of the Altcoins existing on the market those that are just good enough. Also, buy those that you can just afford, do not put yourself beyond the limit. Just buy only what you can afford right now because it is not only this time opportunity would come into us.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: December 10, 2019, 10:12:24 PM
The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

your thoughts

Indeed. The thought of saying "Altcoins" sometimes or let us just say most of the time give a bad meaning to most of us like saying out the word ICO, the first thing that comes into the mind of an individual who have experienced being scammed or fooled causes them trauma and have that self realization that ICOs are scam so do Altcoins because it come from ICO projects. It do have a point that Altcoins come from those but not all projects are fail or scam so do Altcoins. We must not embody that thought of generalizing that all Altcoins are bad because they are not. It will be clearly acceptable if most of the Altcoins are bad but not all because there are still some Altcoins which are good and worthy to be invested and purchased with. You just need to seek for it carefully.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 10, 2019, 05:24:53 PM
As we all know , crypto market is not doing so much in these days. Major Altcoins are bleeding, even top currencies are not increasing
Major reason according to my opinion is the lack of new investors. New investors are not showing interest.
in 2020 I think will be better than Today. What do you think, what is your prediction about crypto market. kindly share your thought.

I agree. The market is not getting the interest and attention from the new investors nowadays which I think is one of the main reasons why the market is continuously going down in terms of price and value which we can already see from Bitcoin down to the various kinds of Altcoins present in the market. Maybe also one of the main reasons that I can see it the trauma caused by failed projects which are some or most of them are scams causing potential investors to back out and withdrawing their attention towards investing into crypto. I do also hope and most probably we all share the same feeling and thoughts that as year 2020 gets into our calendar, things will be better compared to what we currently have right now. Even though a fast phase on pricing is impossible to happen, I still hope that in the span and range of 2020, we can have a great news to come.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You think that governments might adopt cryptocurrencies to replace fiat currency on: December 10, 2019, 04:47:00 PM
Currently, in this day and age, all governments around the world have adopted fiat currencies as a means for its citizens to trade with one another and to trade with other nations around the world. However, would it be possible for in the future for governments around the world to create a cryptocurrency as a means of trade to replace fiat currency?

I can see that fiat currency has many flaws as all types of currencies before it, but with the new “government cryptocurrency” would it be able to solve the problems that fiat currency has and make a better economy? I’m not really sure myself as I can’t really predict the future.

Considering that fiat currency replaced all the previous currencies before it, would cryptocurrency replace fiat currency in the future?

All types of existing currencies have their own flaws. There is no perfect currency that will fit everyone because all have differences that is why there are variations of currency existing worldwide. Added by the fact that each currencies in different countries do serve as their identity when it comes to the world trade and market. This serves to identify the prosperous countries above others which makes them the basis of the worldwide change and movement of the fiat currency we currently have. Though the thought of yours is possible to happen, still it will be a long term process before the world can establish a single crypto to be used by all the countries around the globe for trading.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins going to get the mainstream like 2017? on: December 10, 2019, 04:11:11 PM
There are thousands of altcoins listed on CMC. We had a little bit conversation between my friends. He was saying, only 30-35 altcoins can be useable in blockchain industry in future. Rest of them will be dying for sure. What do you think? What are the points to choose of a coin that might have a bright future? Only use case is the main thing or you will add other? Thanks

It is true. There are really lots of crypto coins listed on CMC which most commonly some or many of them just share the same feature added by some features by other developers to make it unique from the other crypto coins that shares the same feature with what they have. I agree that only few will remain in the market due to the fact that only few are acknowledge by the crowd due to popularity and demand added by the fact that people are following the trend of which coin is worthy to put your investment and to be purchased. Many of the existing Altcoins that will be left behind because people does not know their existence or not interested about it will probably die due to lack of support from the crowd that is why the coin is left forgotten. Maybe, just on my assumption at the range of 70-80 percent of the listed Altcoins will remain and the remaining will have no use in the future. There are lots of promising coins within the market which is in need for you to discover on your own but if you are seeking for assurance, internet have already provided list of the most common Altcoins based on popularity and demand.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: December 09, 2019, 11:32:29 PM
I have heard that facebook will have a project so it's likely to say that many will be interested in the facebook crypto project and I'm sure many investors will invest in facebook ieo.

Most probably, people will surely get interested once Facebook have launch its crypto because of the popularity it have right now, surely people will be able to get the news that easy once it was already been released in the market and be available to purchase. I am pretty sure that people will support this making it somehow somewhat a phenomenal out break to be an outstanding project and well-known Altcoin because people's attention will get caught to know the features of the Facebook's cryptocurrency and once the feature satisfied the crowd, maybe we will never tell that it might be close to the rank of the top Altcoins and much be get close into the rank of Bitcoin when it comes to popularity, demand and as well as the more important thing the benefit in terms of price value.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: December 09, 2019, 11:00:42 PM
Do any of you have plans on how you'll eventually spend your crypto?

I'll be using Zeex Cool Their protocol lets you to buy gift cards directly with crypto and spend them with major retailers like Amazon, Starbucks, Playstation etc. with no fees. And they're backed by their sister company Zeek, which is already the biggest gift card provider in Europe, so the platform will be up and running quickly after their token sale.

Here is their website if you're interested: https://www.zeex.me/

That was pretty awesome on how crypto can already be used to purchase things you need without a need for cash. It is most likely the experience once cashless society have been adapted worldwide. I am an avid fan of Amazon, Starbucks and most of all PlayStation because of my hobby as a gamer just to unwind and keep myself busy during my free time making myself entertained on playing PlayStation. It will surely get the attention of those people like me who loves gift cards and I am pretty sure that this project will be a great success in the future because of the services it can provide most specially the feature of using crypto instead of cash.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: December 09, 2019, 10:15:00 PM
I recommend to everyone who is still here in cryptocurrencies and hold until now, you are close to the bottom, stay here and soon you will become rich.

Truly is. It is just a matter of proving that "patience is a virtue". Despite of all the odds we are currently facing right now, we must remain optimistic that time will come that all of our burdens being felt right now will soon to be healed once the market gets into hype once again. As of now, what we can just do is to remain calm and keep our hands and accounts tight into holding our Bitcoins as well as Altcoins and do not be tempted to sell it just to save yourself from getting into the bottom. All of this is just a challenge we need to pass so we need to be positive enough that all is possible to happen in perfect timing and that includes the hype of the market once again that if it is not right now, maybe sooner or later. What the important thing is that it will come. Even unexpectedly.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats the future of Altcoin on: December 09, 2019, 09:51:23 PM
I realy want to buy altcoin which coin can i buy to hold and make big project in future any idea tell me best profit coin to buy thanks.

It is easy to say and recommend which coin is worth to be purchased but if you are already expecting for a big kickback that is why you were asking which coin you should buy to hold and assure to have a safe future for holding it is another story which is hard to tell because the market is still down and all of us are still waiting for the great comeback. But if you insist, there are top Altcoins you can choose from which includes ETH, LTC and so much more which is on my belief that as the moment when the market gets into hype once again will become one of the Altcoins that can make it to the top due to popularity of those and because of demand. But still, the decision of which Altcoin you will purchase still reside on you.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: December 09, 2019, 09:05:09 PM
What is your favorite project these days?

I think Ethereum it's the best project. haha

There will be projects in various fields,
1. Please tell me your favorite project.
2. Recently, let me know what you think is the best project and what the area of the project is.

For me, aside from Bitcoin which is my main crypto that I have in my account, I am also up into participating into various projects way back when the market is still into hype and many ICO projects are out wherein I can acquire variety of Altcoins to have right after finishing a one crypto project I have currently jump into. Well, I admit there are lots of promising Altcoins out there from many projects I have joined before but as of the moment, I am currently aiming to get more ETH for Altcoin and Bitcoin more importantly. Aside from those two, I am also open on acquiring LTC, BCH and other Altcoins out there which for me have the future and worthy to be purchased and hold on for a while until the market gets into hype once again.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions about quitting mining on: December 08, 2019, 11:31:08 PM
Tell me if my plan is bad, the first time i entered crypto space i started with mining rig setups but after some time its no more profitable so i stopped mining, now i start joining airdrops and bounties but present market condition is not helping, now i decide to sell my rig and find other business to divert the money to, if bull run ever comes i will still have coins to sell since most of my bounties i hold the ones with use cases, is selling my mining rig a good call?

If you have already foresee that mining does not benefit you at all, you have made the right choice to give up doing mining for a while because if you have already seen that you are no longer taking profit from it, or you can still gain profit but not like the usual, then it is your freedom to decide to sell your mining rig and seek for another profitable ways that will suit your preference and the situation you are currently up to. Do not regret that you have set free your mining rig if you have already seen that it does not work anymore for you and you already need an immediate source of income which you can rely on. Maybe once the hype turn on once again, you can set up buying one again but for now, earn and earn with the new ways you are currently into.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: December 08, 2019, 08:19:06 PM
In recent time cryptocurrency is not in a good shape. Many peoples are losing their money because of fraud but bitcoin is in a good shape and I hope in the year of 2020 bitcoin price will rise more.So it is the high time to invest bitcoin.

As of now, Bitcoin still remain not in good shape because of the continuous drop in terms of the price. But still will optimistic point of view regarding this matter, we are all hoping and expecting that if prosperity is still not happening until this late time of 2019, maybe by the year gets into 2020, prosperity will be facing all of us here in the crypto community. We are expecting not just on Bitcoin to rise up in the year 2020 but also the Altcoins (ETH, LTC, BCH, XRM, etc.) to be also facing the rise up making us all to benefit with it. What we can just do as of this moment is to hold and patiently wait until such time would come that the whole market booms into the hype of popularity and price to regain what we have lost in the early 2018 up to this point of time. May the year 2020 be good to all of us.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin could reach $1,000 in a couple of years from now on: December 08, 2019, 07:16:38 PM
Litecoin being considering by many as "Silver" to Bitcoin's "Gold", hasn't experienced much gains lately. With a total supply of only 84 million coins, and a halving every 4 years, it's likely that Litecoin will have a much higher price than now within the future. Litecoin's biggest advantage over Bitcoin, is that it's much faster and cheaper for everyday transactions. It has many of Bitcoin's goodies like SegWit and Lightning Network, so there's a chance that it'll become extremely valuable within a couple of years from now. I'm going for $1,000 per coin in just 5 to 10 years from now, as it's a more realistic target for LTC.

Do you think LTC will ever reach $1,000 in just a few years from now, or will it take some time? What are your thoughts? Huh

We are always open to different possibilities because only time can tell what can literally happen in the future. Just make believe and keep into holding on your thoughts just to hype up the perseverance of holding into Litecoin. Any altcoins are really that promising due to the fact that every coin within the market do have their own unique characteristic compared to other existing coins and do play a role depending on the point of view of the owner. Maybe it may take a couple of days, weeks, months or even a year or a couple of time before we can witness the hype of Litecoin so just stick into and you would know what really awaits you in the future. In the volatile market we are in to, change is always possible so maybe at quite some time, Litecoin reaching $1,000 can be really possible to make happen.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are to be blame on: December 08, 2019, 06:55:17 PM
Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust

Totally true. Due to the fact that there are many scammers within the crypto community, new investors who want to try their luck have been victimized, and as a result, it causes trauma and building trust issues which results to another problem that whenever they hear of ICO or something related to that, what comes first into their mind is the fear of being scammed once again so we are losing the privilege and opportunity to gain potential investors that can contribute to the growth of the crypto community. It is really hard to determine a scam at first because they look like promising and really catchy for the eye that is why they are gaining attention from potential investors that it is why it is real hard to avoid them specially if you are new into crypto investment. But admit it or not, due to various cases of scam, it costs too much because potential investors are backing out because of those incidents.
217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: December 08, 2019, 06:32:20 PM
I personally do not believe this statistics that 99% of ICOs are scam, because some ICOs fail do not mean they are all scam. I usually tell people that starting an ICO is like starting a new business, it might succeed immediately, it might fail presently but have a great future and it might fail totally beyond redemption. So because a project is failing to perform presently or fail totally do not mean it is a scam. Don't get me wrong here, I never said there are no scam projects but the rate is not as high as alleged. Judging a project based on its first few years is wrong, give it time to realize its potentials.

Indeed. It does not really mean that because a project has failed upon launch, it is already a scam. It is just that compared to other projects that have been launch simultaneously, some projects are not being attentively seen by the public and not being popularized that is why they are not gaining the supporters they need to succeed in the launch of the project to reach until the end. It is really true that there are too many scam projects out there which I think comprises almost a half of the market but still there are lots of promising projects that are good and worthy to invest with but some good projects do still fail even they are not scam because of some factors that is being a hindrance for the project to succeed. We must not generalized the thought upon hearing ICO that it is all scam because there are still existing ICOs who are still good. You just have to find it.
218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: December 07, 2019, 11:52:48 PM
Crypto prices for the past days have been so bad, literally no improvements, bitcoin, the leading coin has only been moving with the same 9,500-10,300$ axis, although it was projected that the price rise to 20,000$ by the end of the year, is this still achievable?

It is already December as of the moment and still nothing happens because the price of Bitcoin goes deep down the $7000 price mark. It is really awful how we expect and perceive what the price will be but turns out to be the other way around. But still we must not loose hope because even the price is that low, the journey of Bitcoin together with the whole crypto community does not end in here so we just keep on believing until such time that prices will go back to normal. It is like a challenge we in the crypto community must surpass and at the end claim the price of the success.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: hold or sell? help me on: December 07, 2019, 11:23:13 PM
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice  Sad Sad

Sell some of those Altcoins from your account but not all because some are meant and worthy to be hold for a long period of time to go along while waiting for the perfect time until the price bounces back or at least you can assure that you can regain your capital and earn a profit once you sell them. There are also other Altcoins that are unworthy to be hold on anymore due to they are called or coined as 'shitcoins' because ever since the end of the ICO, the project has failed to show progress that is why the project went dead and failed to grow in progress right after the sale. Sort out those types of Altcoins from your account to at least lessen your stress about too many Altcoins you do have. But still it is your decision that matters the most if you will be keep on holding them all or sort out those unworthy one and sell them and just keep on holding into those worthy ones till prices bounces back.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market starting to improve slowly? on: December 07, 2019, 09:41:34 PM
Good evening, I want to hear your opinion about the crypto market lately. Has the market really improved? Then when is the right time to start a long-term investment? Thank you in advance.

Regards,

warrior.coins

Every single time of the day, week and month,we cam notice that there is always a sudden change in terms of pricing of the different crypto coins withing the market and we individuals can only tell if we are satisfied with that sudden changes to state whether the market have already improved or not. As of the moment, the prices always plays into an up and down motion. Not too high nor too low. It is just in balance. For me this situation is just enough to state that it improved even a little bit because price changes are just balance in which every pump in the price gives out a equivalent or lesser value in the dump which provide the prices not to be too low. As of the moment, I cannot barely state when to start for the long term investment because I, myself is still into holding most of my cryptos and just awaiting for the perfect time to grab an opportunity to give out or purchase more for more chances of benefiting once the hype goes up once again.
