481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Altcoins Discussion Are About ETH on: September 30, 2018, 03:10:31 PM
This might be because of what happened recently wherein ethereum was surpassed by ripple for being the 2nd top most crypto. Also, due to the negative market situation wherein the market value of ethereum fell at its worst. It is becoming more the center of discussion since it is expected to have its biggest year this year but seems to be having difficulties to make it happen.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the end of crypto? on: September 29, 2018, 11:34:51 PM
Hello
I had more than 700k of crypto and now it's turned into 24k dollard that I do not hesitate to sell everything and go to something else and on one side I think I must hodl! Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh
Certainly and surely not the end of crypto. It is really sad to see the market being dominated by downtrend for months already from the beginning of this yeatr but as its users, we cannot do anything but to hold and wait for recovery to happen. Doing unecessary actions will just result to profit loss. Peopls should stop selling as it is making the situation in the market worse.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: September 29, 2018, 11:11:54 PM
any body know the reason for current drop?
Maybe it is due to the nature of market volatility. People have exected that on the last quarter, increase would take over but it seems to be not happening at this point. market is still on red marks and people are continuously losing profit at thid moment-still. For now, the best thing that we can do is to continue holding and waiting for recovery to happen because one green marks are back, profit will again be earned.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC is all green. Can we make it gain more? on: September 29, 2018, 10:46:36 PM
Bitcoin is growing, but its gains are so modest. What actions can lead to a higher rise? What do you think?

They're now again on red marks. People should continue holding even if there's a sudden increase in order to have bigger profit and to avoid making the situation worse. Panic selling contributes to the negative market situation. We are already on the last quarter but changes do not still happen. This durely would worry most of the people in crypto industry and we should give them awareness that there would always be hope for recovery to happen.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing with your bounty tokens? on: September 29, 2018, 10:19:29 PM
When I began working with bounty I hold everything.
Then, I hold 33%, 33% change to more interesting coins and 33% sold.
Now all market is dip and I don't want to sell anything..
What about your strategy?
The negative scenario in the market highly affects the newly listed coins in the market which are mostly from ICO projects , related with bounty tokens. The best thing for now is to hold-still, selling will result to less profit. Most of the cryptos' market value are indeed in red at this moment but, having the chance of recovery should give hope to people and should give them the idea that holding is the right thing.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: September 23, 2018, 11:20:55 PM
It seems to be not at this moment. But that is because of the negative situation in the cryptoindustry despite of the potential of thr ICO projects. We won't be able to see the true potential of new tokens due to the current scenario in the market. But the main piint at thid moment is holding until recovery happen in order to make new listed coins highly profitable in the future. patience would be the key on the bear market.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do you HOLD in 2018? on: September 23, 2018, 11:03:24 PM
Hi,
I created this topic to probe: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
HOLD from early 2018 to end of 2018.
I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^
I do continue holding all of my tokens including those that are from bounty programs not only ethereum and Bitcoin since this is not a good time to sell because market downtrend is dominating the market. Selling will just result to small profit and would completely cut the opportunity to earn more in the future once recovery happen. We should akk continue holding untile recovery happen to not regret doing so.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: everything will be ok. trust in crypto. on: September 23, 2018, 10:45:03 PM
here is nothing new,
everithyng will be ok,
we can see market reborn soon

Indeed, the negative scenario is not something new. Cryptos have suffered from negativities before but still managed to comeback despite of how big the dump be. The loss at this moment for the investors are just partial if they won't do panic selling. Once recovery happen, profit will again be earned and as such we should avoid selling at this point and rather choose to hold at times like this. Just be patient and observe how will the market end up this year.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: September 23, 2018, 10:24:09 PM
I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.
Who knows? at this moment it would seem to be impossible given that there are many ICO projects being released weekly. ICO projects do benefit many people for the service that it provide for the users so maybe, it would continue its existence as long as the projects are still useful for people. And if it would someday end, mining would be the main source of profit for people in cryptos.
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What next with the crypto market? on: September 23, 2018, 09:56:51 PM
It looks we are stable again. Are we going to go up from here or back to bear market.... What are your thoughts?
Given that consistency is absent in the crypto market, we are not assured whether this year would end positively like the previous year. Green marks can now be seen and since there are still months remaining, we may still wait for miracle to happen on the market price of cryptos. We should really wait for now and not make hasty actions due to panic or as such. Things will be better and we should be excited.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you still afraid of? on: September 23, 2018, 09:33:08 PM
Some people have been afraid of crypto for quite some time now. I feel majority ought to have overcome this fear.
- People still panic and loose their profits.
- Some panic and loose participating in good projects.
- Some panic is loose their holding.
- Some panic and miss the opportunities in crypto.
If fear does not do any good, why do we then still fear?
We can't really blame them for doing so because they are losing money at this moment that the market is on downtrend. It is normal for an investor to worry given that his aim in the first place is to earn profit but the opposite thing happens. But if an investor is awared of the nature of the market, there's nothing to be worried of because such difficulty have been experienced before and same outcome happens.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's going on with crypto? on: September 22, 2018, 11:31:53 PM
Why is the market constantly falling?
When does it recover?
No one knows what exactly is happening but maybe it has something to do with the nature of market volatility. At this moment downtrend is still continuous and recovery has no asigns of possibility. As such, we should wait until recovery happen. Selling will yield to complete loss of profit and that is why people should avoid such action due to panic. Patience should be prioritized at this moment.
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will overtake Bitcoin on: September 22, 2018, 11:05:43 PM
In the following year ETH will overwtake BTC as the number 1 cryptocurrency. I would dump your bitcoin while despite everything you can.  Undecided
At this moment, it is way impossible for ethereum to overtakr Bitcoin especially in terms of market value because the gap is way big. Both are indeed good cryptos and are having long run increase but it is just that btc and ethereum are having different rates of increase in the market. And it gives us the assumption that ethereum will remain next to bitcoin. And if it would be possible for tables to be turned, it won't be this year.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I am sure Bitcoin Will go $50,000 End of this year because of ETF! on: September 22, 2018, 10:43:02 PM
Big names in crypto predict that bitcoin will go $50k end of this year and they were 50% correct because anything can happen of crypto right? but for me, if bitcoin ETF will be approved I'm sure that ETF Will Push Bitcoin price to $50,000, let's wait 60 days starting today and go back to this thread in September or October and let's see  Wink
It would be absurd to think that the market value of Bitcoin would be as high ad 50000usd and is abit desperate knowing that the market value fell more than 50% of its market value last year when bullrun occured. If bullrun will again happen this year, I still do doubt that its market value will be able to reach 30000usd since increase is not totally continuous which would limit the increase on the msrket value of the cryptos to be so much high.
495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters are a job? on: September 22, 2018, 10:17:28 PM
Do you think bounty hunters are a job in your spare time, additional income or is it the main job and the main income of people?
Bounty programs are indeed profitable but is something which is onky for part time source of income and should not be the main source sincebit would result to problem in times of emergency. The market is volatilie and it makes bounties not always profitable mmeaning, there will be times that there'll be no profit at all which is  a problem if you are in need of money. Consistent profit is a must for a main job.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or ETH for long term on: September 22, 2018, 09:50:25 PM
Hey all.

I am confused about these two (BTC and ETH), which one is best to invest/hold for long term ?? How much time I should hold from these two?? Price is going up now a days, what is the best time to buy ? I should wait for buy right now ?
Either of the two would be a good choice for long term holding because both ethereum and Bitcoin are having continuous price increase for a long run. The reason behind this instance is that these cryptos have already established strong and large community in the market which generates demand for a long run and helps these cryptos to have price increase. Further wait at thid moment because the market is way unpredictable.
497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODLing will get you nowhere on: September 08, 2018, 11:55:56 PM
The past week, as I've been looking to invest in recently finished ICOs since most of their prices are way below ICO price, I noticed the same thing mentioned over and over in their telegram channels.

People screaming: HODL!!!  It will moon someday!!!!

Another one that is common: When BINANCE!?!?! If only we were on Binance!!!

This makes me laugh inside.  Crypto is not a magical place where all coins will eventually rise in value if you just hold on to them.

Most ICOs did very poorly the last 3 months.  The ones that did the worst were the ones that started in January
Now, a lot of these startups are underfunded and could only list in low volume exchanges and seeing their prices crash to ridiculously low prices.
And everyone is crying on their Telegram.

Listen very closely yo: The price will never rise if everyone HODls!

Prices are boosted through supply and demand and if a vast majority of people who own the coin are not trading it, than you are severely cutting in to that chain.

Instead of Hodling, you should be buying and making strategic trade choices.
It does depend on the crypto that you are holding. Not all the time same thing would happen on every crypto but as what have been proven on many cryptos, holding WILL bring you somewhere. Best example is on ethereum and bitcoin last year wherein sudden increase took place which resulted to huge profit for thos who held. At this moment, the market is indeed on a bad situation but once recovery again happen, profit will again be earned by those who are patient.
498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your biggest mistake up to now on: September 08, 2018, 11:41:08 PM
Selling out of panic I think. And that is why at this moment. despite of the continuous market downtrend, i won't do such action and rather, keep holding my tokens until the market value starts to rise. In the first place, dumps are not permanent and from that , we may hope that the market will again be on green marks eventually. We just have to be patient enough to wait in order to withstand such phenomenon in the market.
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties required KYC. on: September 08, 2018, 11:30:18 PM
Do you agree that Bounty needs KYC?

In my opinion only, I will agree with this policy to avoid multiple accounts or the use of other accounts in bounties. If it has this policy it will be fair to investors and to bounty participants. Scams can be reduced to a bounty. Dumpers can also be reduced.

What is your Opinion?
Free comment.
Why would an individual be afraid of sending KYC to the team behind the project if he is not doing anything against the rule. Although it is personal information, but that's the team on a particular project, not a simple stranger. It would also promote equality between the bounty participants, because in such way, multiple account users would be prohibitied for the rewards from doing such thing, so i think it is not a bad thing.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will bank and crypto industry unite or be linked? on: September 08, 2018, 11:17:12 PM
If this will happen is it possible that decentralization be compromised?
I doubt that it would be linked. Banks are the strongest establishment of every government on each country and given the nature of decentralization in cryptos, concepts are way different which would prohibit one another to be linked. i do more believe that banks and cryptos will do co-exist in thr future since we all have our own preference such that onr may not use crypto or vis-a-vis.
