2001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: December 28, 2016, 07:33:37 AM
Thats y u should sell ur bitcoins once in a month.and dont be too greedy that u l sell ur bitcoins when the price is too high.but in the other sense , sell ur bitcoins as soon as possible .
I think Bitcoin will not ban because it's cryptocurrency we can use this illegally. No matter if our government ban this currency. Present in my country bitcoin is ban but still we are using it. And you can sell your coins this is the best time to sell because the price is high, but don't sell your coins because of this reason.
soundslike bitcoin are a bad thing if you say so Sad , there is no way to ban bitcoin globally unless bitcoin itself really treating the world pieces lol. gambling never be something like that , even bitcoin are helpful with its feature to help a lot of people reaching global transaction easily without confused as paypal or any other payment services.
2002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 28, 2016, 07:01:21 AM
I usually go for triple my bankroll and when I reach that, I withdraw everything but my principal deposit amount and keep playing for a while after that.
Then I withdraw every time I double that or make a substantial amount Smiley
it is the principle that is very good in gambling. Well, when I gamble, I do not ever withdraw the initial capital that I use. I am more inclined to take profits I get, and use the money I had to play. but, I limit it to avoid big losses.
yeah i agree , it was a good gambling principle as long as you stick into it. don't gamble everything you have , collect the winning you get , take a break for a while and enjoy the winning. don't gamble it back directly, there is no fun in it if you keep doing gamble continuously.

2004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: December 28, 2016, 06:34:05 AM
$ 3,000 was very useable for investment. But to invest in the casino you have to think carefully because it is very risky. You should really invest in the casino that is really reliable, usually casinos are really trustworthy to have a good reputation. In addition you must have a strategy and objectives so that you have a good plan in order to get the maximum profit.
since online casino really hard to be trusted no matter how reliable and trustworthy the owner it is, i would say it has more risk than a usual investment in real life , that's up to you to choose to invest it in online casino or not especially bitcoin casino , i just think it has double risk. online casino really can ran off with your money anytime.
2005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: December 27, 2016, 10:15:36 AM
Gambling is addictive because gambling players have different reasons why they are addicted on it. Some are always gaining profit on it thats why they are keep playing gambling games for more even profit. Some are always loosing they are chasing their lost fund on playing gambling. Some are just attracted on playing gambling they just enjoy playing it.
gambling addiction is not terrible, but the effect was very terrible for us all, the impact could be to the gambler even to the people around him.

People around them do not really get affected in any way, unless they are also convinced to join gambling. The worst part of the addiction is that you're losing most of the time more than you wanted to, and this happens to like everybody having this addiction. It's hard to get rid of it.
yeah actually people will always crossed the limit once they are gambling, hard to control over it. as the thrill in gambling makes you have no time to think twice, just do it no matter what as long as you feel happy and satisfied , gambling always be like that. addiction come from that excitement.
2006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: December 27, 2016, 09:23:41 AM
Gambling always come with a risk to loose , and the risk is getting higher at the current bitcoin price with a daily big increase so it is better to hold till the price of bitcoin steady at all level.
i think it do not need to stop gambling i think if you have fixed a limit for your gambling  as i have fixed a limit comparing the value with bitcoin and then play it with according to my limit.
Even you are playing within your samll limit, I guess in long run your small limits may start hurting you in financial way if you are failing to make use of your money for profit making from gambling. I strongly believe profit making from gambling is not at all possible that is the reason I am absolutely not ready to consider gambling as a high risk investment.
investment and gambling are two different thing i guess , can't really to be compared. just because gambling has a risk doesn't mean it's same as investment too. an investment are about purchasing something that offering profit where gambling stake something on the uncertain outcome. it's not high risk investment at all in my opinion.
2007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: December 27, 2016, 08:47:55 AM
I do gamble to earn some profits even though i am looking for some fun while doing so and earn some profits and nothing is easy and you keep on losing and that is the fact. Gambling has its own risk and i do have a small bank roll every month to gamble.
yeah i do believe on those people who claim that they are gamble for fun only would still have a desire to get profit too at same time. as it's the real gambling, to push your adrenaline to wait on the outcome whether the bet win or not as there is your money in risk. that was the thing that make gambling so excited and full of thrill.
I don't agree with that, I think some people can and do gamble just for fun and they're also the people who are least likely to get addicted, I think.
Gambling for profit is just a bad idea, you're almost always going to be -EV in the long run.
as gambling always involving money, i just think noone don't want to win additional money when they are gambling. fun is there indeed , but i doubt it's just the only reason why they are love to do it , money always be the first reason why , and in the end most people just chasing the profit not the fun thing only , too much doubt to believe on you gamble for fun only.
Very honestly I also play gambling for making money, to me whenever I play gambling for free having no money evolve.
I never feel fun it in it, there is always excitement and fun when you put money on games. To me, I think more than 99% people may be playing gambling for making money and not for fun.
that's true things that makes gambling actually full of fun are when you stake money and expect to get profit from the game, if you play poker for example with people around you without staking money , the excitement aren't as good as when you stake money there. profit always be the reason why people come to a casino, not much can really ignore the money factor.
2008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Games Are So Much Fun on: December 27, 2016, 08:25:32 AM
just don't gamble like a mad , as most people who gamble in dice usually go mad quickly , the game seems really works with that way to hook people in short time quickly and get their money. idk lol.
There are slight differences between enjoying dice gambling and gambling it madly.

In my experience, dice is a gambling type just to entertain us and definitely not made for making profits from it. When you are not understanding this fact, you may go mad with your dicing. Otherwise dice gambling is certainly providing so much fun.
why you not just play an ordinary dice game , i mean to not stake a single penny in the game if you looking for an entertainment only as you said dice are not for making profit right? as i think everytime you gamble for real money in a game like dice , you will feel your adrenaline pushed faster , no time to think and just gamble randomly like a mad especially weh you hit a losing streak.
2009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: December 27, 2016, 08:02:41 AM
I think bitcoin will never be replaced by other digital currency. bitcoin a digital currency is a first created, bitcoin has historical value as well as high value. there will be no altcoin that could change the position bitcoin in the main option.
Everything will change even if it is Bitcoin. Since the world started, many currencies have been created and have been replaced by another one. Bitcoin is the first digital currency so that it is being used by many people. However, in the future, many new cryptos will be made which will be more effective and more secure. Right now, Bitcoin have many dangerous competition such as etherium, zcash
lol what is that zcash? even ethereum that take people attention when they are officially partnering with microsoft as a service on azure, they are mean nothing to the giant cryptocurrency bitcoin , it's possible indeed to have a bigger and better cryptocurrency rather than bitcoin , but there is no bigger name than bitcoin !

2011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 27, 2016, 07:29:58 AM
yeah that's true, quit gambling should be done step by step as any addiction would never easy to even stay away. it's required a lot of time to make sure you are not addicted anymore. i just believe as long as you do continuously to pursue it, you would reach your goal to quit gambling.
It really takes time. It is hard to leave once you got addicted but there are lot of ways to get away from it. Staying away from it has a process even just little by little and you will realize that you are not addicted to it anymore. You need to sacrifice sometimes and choose the other way which are worthy.
that's right , everything has a proccess and you have to be patient on it especially the journey on quit fom gambling wasn't instant and short time. a lot of things you must go through, as long as you have a strong desire , nothing impossible and in the end you have done it. think that without gambling your life can be better than now.
2012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: December 27, 2016, 06:59:21 AM
That's depend on many factors, but personally i think Bitcoin's having real shining future, and it's able to be the future of money sooner or later, especially the price is growing up fast, and the crypto currencies community is growing quickly as well.
i don't think the high price could make bitcoin future bright instantly, it's just one of many factors that increasing the demand and make a lot of people interested. the point are to make bitcoin usable in daily transaction just like fiat , and then bitcoin ready to become the future of money.
2013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: December 27, 2016, 06:35:38 AM
In my view, Investing is the best choice. it has got strategy and make us smarter.
The gambling is a fortune. it's very dangerous.
Nope investing is not the best choice for us to do i don't considered this kind activity be smart when you son't want to scam your money i value my money also those people who earn money legaly and for those people who earn hardly to earn monthly income.

When we wanted to invest our money we should learn and search as much informations as possible to minimize the chance to get scammed by the sites owners. And yes, investment isnt best choice but it's better than gambling itself. In the long term, we can get some profit from it!
you really need to be careful in choosing bitcoin investment , a lot of people accussing mostly designed as a scam service as both party the investor and owner run anonymously. really hard to decide which one , but so far that i can tell you guys prefer to invest in a site that managed by a forum member that well known / have a good reputation at least .
2014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: December 27, 2016, 06:18:48 AM
In the past when i was still new in gambling i play in a casino even i win i still play, I only stop when i don't have enough money to bet. But through the years of gambling i was able to learn to stop or should i say control myself in order to win or not to lose everything. Sometimes even if i am lucky as long as i have enough profit i call it a day. Thus, the result i am positive profit from gambling.
Having a control in gambling can be proven if you have the ability to stop when you are winning or you are losing, it is necessary to minimize your loses and to stop with a profit, stopping all the time at a lose is not a good sign of a positive gambling activities, with it you will be accumulating big loses and might be frustrated towards your journey in gambling.
yeah have a control in gambling are really important to avoid something terrible like being poor due you are addicted to gambling etc. but the fact that the human nature in ourselves never let us to stop early when we are in profit , it's always want more and as for the result you have no control and keep gambling like a mad. most people have no control in gambling including me.
2015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: December 25, 2016, 11:28:43 AM
It's christmas day try to play gambling in long run they will change the script they will be giving coins bitcoin for free you will have bigger chance of winning lol just kidding. It always depends on gambling website and your mode if you feel luck today then play till christmas happen i want to become one of the greatest gambler soon. Also You need big initial amount to gamble you will able to make it when you control your self by betting too much.
lol , always hard to make gambling as your source income and keep getting profit everytime , but with bankroll management i guess it's prevent you to have a negative profit stats. you would gamble carefully as you know and you can see the profit or loss you have made by managing the bankroll , it's not a good idea at all .
2016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inside The Mind Of A Bookmaker on: December 25, 2016, 10:38:40 AM
I personally feel the bookmakers are at big risk too. Most of the people who make big bets, are either addicts or people who are like tippsters. With the tippsters they take a lot of risk, and addict gamblers are where they sort of make it up. A lot of casinos even like DB were hit by this guy who won big amounts, which I am sure would make any bookmaker worried.

So yes a lot of these bookmakers play around with things like odds or max bet amount which can give them the edge they need to stay in business.

I don't know if they have that much of a risk. Maybe they can't really control parlays. They might be hard to win, but they sure pay big amounts when people hit them. On single bets, I think they have all under control, or they should have if they do things properly. They control the odds and the max betting limit, so they should always have their profit even on all outcomes, no matter what happens I guess.
Same as other members here i quiet confused regarding on this matter on how bookmaker could able to generate profits regarding on this field. They cant really control parlays and i dont think that they have the full control on single bets. Some members said that they do experience risk specially when huge winnings do happen on a particular player.
There was a study already that tells, the more you have many legs in a parlay your possible winnings might increase but your chances will be lowered, so the line set was carefully studied, and if you are a sports bettors who love to make parlay bets, you can tell your percentage of winning and say to yourself that bookmakers are doing an awesome job in every line they set.
that's true bookmakers know what they are doing , they set a tricky odds to mislead everyone who look at the numbers. if you have gamble for long time enough you may feel on how there is something odd in every lines that bookmakers provided, if you careful enough you'll always find a crack and win every bets, at least have a good winning percentage.
2017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: looking for a partner to open a btc gambling website on: December 25, 2016, 10:14:28 AM
I was thinking about 15-20K.
i really like the coingaming.io platform. no idea how much it costs
15 to 20k USD? it's around 18 to 24 bitcoin or so, i don't think you can go with coingaming platform if you want to create a casino with live dealer games. you need at least 250k to 350k to start a strong bitcoin casino business , or if you insist want to build a bitcoin gambling site , you better have a fresh game that never exist before in bitcoin gambling site. with 20k you can go with it.
2018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: looking for a partner to open a btc gambling website on: December 25, 2016, 09:43:38 AM
hey guys
i'm looking for a partner to invest in a bitcoin gambling website.
I don't have the knowledge but i do have the management skills and money to invest.
regards
first of all you need to mention how much your budget to build this business , a rough budget of course. if it was a low/limited amount you may just can build a small site . but if you talking about building a casino like fortunejack (click on my signature below to look inside) you need a lot of things to be prepared. i would welcome to you to discuss with me here , by pm or skype as long as i have spare time i'll share all i know about building an online casino.
2019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much bitcoin price now is affecting your bets? on: December 25, 2016, 09:12:29 AM
My bet size would really depend on the bitcoins price because i usually make equivalent to the dollar rate itself. It does really affect betting size because of bitcoins price movement. It does depend on the gambler but i dont think this thing does really affect too much since we could able to adjust anytime regarding on our bet size.
yeah just simply adjust the bet amount if you used fiat rate, not much affected. it makes casino owner have a bigger bankroll in USD (if they hold a lot of bitcoin before) , and just be a problem for those casino who run out of bitcoin and have to buy it in higher price now. everything has a risk actually , but if you know what to do , you can take advantage on this situation.
2020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: December 25, 2016, 08:40:31 AM
recently Ive just won approximately 0.5 worth of bitcoins and having that large sum of money I want to push my luck and said to myself what I'm gonna lose I just started small but unfortunately luck wasn't on me this time I lose the 0.5btc and additional 0.1btc from my own wallet , maybe based on my experience that worst mistake in gambling that I made is being too confident that I will always win  and wanting to 'win' more.
I've also tasted victory, and then I came back to play, and it resulted in further losses. Well, I think it is a problem that is always in the face by the gambler. the feeling of wanting to play again and thought that makes us want to win, be a major problem in the victory. maybe I'll make a new principle within me, that stops when you're winning.
gambling without bankroll management will cost you lost more and more every time you come back. you will never get profit without a clear plan building your career in gambling , unless you don't care about how many your losing amount. it's just gonna be another mistake if you gamble for profit but have no idea with the plan.
