What's the purpose of Bitcoin? There's no absolute answer to that question. Anyway, as much as I don't enjoy doing KYC, businesses must get customers' data for shipment and stuff. Anonymous transaction has drawbacks. Let's say you sell goods in the marketplace. You need more hassle to verify whether Alice or Bob did the payment (in Bitcoin you simply attach the link to blockchain explorer). And then Alice and Bob still cannot be anonymous because you need their address for shipment. Bitcoin is not anonymous, that's an old concept predates Silk Road, and other, now closed, anon businesses.
Yep, Bitcoin can replace the payment part of commercial banks with its P2P e-cash system, but I think we won't win the battle anytime soon.

I've beaten "Bonus Appetit" for the 2nd time! I doubt FJ will give me this bonus again ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) This time I manage to increase the "free" 5 mBTC to over 20 mBTC even after 40x wagering. In the end of wagering requirement, only 15 mBTC credited into my balance as per ToS. After the deposit requirement, I manage to increase my balance to 22 mBTC and withdraw it to my wallet. Yes, it took some time for the security team to check it, maybe they can't believe what happened. LoL Great experience this time FJ, looking forward to play there again.

AFAIK NWO needs not only one currency but also a complete control over it (NWO is a totalitarian regime). Thus, POW crypto such as Bitcoin won't be suitable for them. Perhaps they can use a centralized token like USDT.
In reality, they won't be able to unify world currencies, because they need to at least unify US, EU, China, and Russia, which is more of a fantasy than a rational thought experiment.

Jadi auto-RBF dong mau benar maupun salah. Solusi yang bisa digunakan itu ya pakai notifikasi pop up kek electrum itu, cuma nanti sebelum eksekusi, difilter dahulu: alamat tujuannya discan di database alamat yang diduga scam/malware, kalau positif, nanti keluar pop-up "apakah anda yakin kirim ke 3xxxx karena diduga xxxx ?" Bukan ngeblock, tapi cuma ngasi warning.

slot games definitely make millions of dollars for customers trying to hit the jackpot
That's why I don't recommend playing "real" jackpot slots the likes of Mega Moolah. The chance is extremely slim, and there's no guarantee the casino will honor your winning since the bargaining power of anon users is so weak. However, there are many jackpot slots from Pragmatic Play that are quite easy to get. For example, Wild-Wild Riches, 5 Lions Gold, and other medium volatility slots. I've won major/grand jackpot once, and I believe the God Gamer @roycilik also got it several times.

^Nice, now we don't have to do multiple small deposits that were quite annoying and costly for BTC/ETH users. I guess a $500 win will be enough to get a spot in the new max-hit contest. What do you think God Gamer @roycilik? maybe I should immediately allocate funds for gambling because during this month I have exceeded the estimated limit so I stopped a few weeks from gambling.
As long as you can afford it and still enjoy it, why not? There are many promotion contests as well.

Lol, I created the same topic on local Indonesia, and it seems people are still optimistic about Binance. Most users are not here when Liberty Reserve and Mt. Gox closed, so it's understandable Binance closure seems impossible from their perspective. Anyway, as much as I enjoy converting my coins there, I don't have coins in my Binance wallet in case of a sudden shut down. Remember the mantra, "not your keys, not your coins."

I used to own BET token but threw it away because they didn't deliver more games as promised. At that time IIRC, the token was automatically staked, users just have to claim via the website. If you are lucky, you can buy some tokens with some claimable balance, especially if the token spent its significant time on the market. Conversely, for chips.gg, you have to lock the chips once, but the reward is automatic.
Anyway, for slots players, Betfury has the fairest distribution mechanics, but the downside is no Play'n GO slots.

^Since blue Snow used Chrome, and it works, this issue may not related to your browser. But I still want to suggest that you use another browser, like Firefox or Edge. Chrome's performance has been shit in the past few weeks. It literally made me switch to Edge for better browsing experience. Even Firefox is better, at least based on my experience.

This topic may be more suitable on the altcoin board, as the mentioned games aren't gambling games. Anyway, in a broad sense, yes, if it involves heavy speculation, it's gambling. However, in a narrow sense, it's not, since speculation like trading NFT and crypto involve skills, not only chance. You can win if you have " a very particular set of skills."

By the way, I notice something funny with the bonus buy battles. Don't pick the one that has a "gambling feature", where you can spin wheels to get more free spins, or busted. The chance is, your enemy will use it (go big or go home), so if you win the battle, you'll likely get 0 from your opponents.

gambling is a way of making passive income well the both are right but how we handle our responsibility matter in our entire well-being.
Passive income is "doing nothing" by its definition. If you get some income via gambling, it's still active income (even if you use auto play feature). Passive income in gambling is when you invest in the house bankroll. Gambling is the "game of greed." Without greed, there's no gambling.

@Oshosondy @alpamar99 @Rabi3 @Fredomago Yes, I understand that stealing money is a sign of gambling addiction, just like this thread's title. However, I just want to say that the sign isn't 100% reliable. Stealing money and then gambling may just be a one shot desperate attempt to win something because he really needs the money.
IMO addiction is more about frequency, about how often someone spends his time gambling. But still, you should go to the psychiatrist to determine (with higher accuracy) if you have this addiction problem.

Would anyone of previous price prediction change there mind cause of the latest weeks…?
No, I spent 20+ years developing my straight 2 line method (tm) Look at this graph: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ibb.co%2FhKCXJXp%2Frocky.jpg&t=663&c=iQ_D3jAKDIXflg) The current price is still within the range of my previous model. LuL

“suffering”?If it makes my life better and better, I would rather “suffer”.Not unemployed at home.
Is it? You rather go here? Even though the crackdowns occur continuously and get severe punishments, it seems that the corruptors are always looking for loopholes to commit corruption.
Do you seriously think Xi Jinping and his inner circle will commit a suicide? but we can see big countries such as China that carry out a communist system, where equality for the entire population is going well.
Really, how do you know? Based on data given by CCP? There's lack of openness there, garbage in, garbage out. Communism in China had raised their country at top position with respect to business, and integrity of their competition along with other countries who developed quality products.
Repeat this mantra: "Cheap product from cheap/slave labour." Definitely not quality. They become a strong country because the government is very serious about eliminating corruption, the death penalty for corruptors certainly makes the government clean And investors are not afraid to invest in China.
Do you seriously think Xi Jinping and his inner circle will commit a suicide? #2

LOL this coin is always getting attacked, the hate is real! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I read like they had three or four re-orgs in the past one week or so. You may make huge profits though. It is a bit of gambling. Lots of people made huge money buying shitcoins before. Maybe its your turn to win.
Pretty tempting, but I think there's no exchange that can process their deposit/withdrawal atm, probably more delisting will occur as well.

If welcome bonus he is referring to is a deposit bonus, I doubt people will try to abuse it due to its wagering requirement unless there is no wagering requirement for the deposit bonus but I doubt there is a casino that offers deposit bonus without wagering requirement.
I think if the wagering requirement is still "make sense," people will still abuse it since free money is still free money. Rather than playing on their old account and get no bonus from wagering, they will create new accounts to try their luck. Well, that's how cheap gambler make money lul. But that's only my opinion if there's incentive to create new accounts, people will go to take it if we assume people are rational.

This is a good question! Unlike Bitcoin where Satoshi left the development so there's no central point of failure, in ETH, Vitalik seems still controls the development. If he steps down in the near future, I think there will be a civil war in ETH community. However, ETH community will mature over time, so in the event where he steps down (when he gets old, retired or something), I think the development will still continue. BUT the question of survivability isn't entirely about him since there will be smarter people born every day, and may come up with greater idea than ETH. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
