Glad to see one of these up for auction, they don't come up nearly enough these days.. It's loaded with 0.01 as well, right?

Also, does anyone have any idea on how many they sold of these? I know they minted 2009 of them but they were having a lot of them left but then they were out all of a sudden. Wondering if they really did sell them all or if they perhaps put some away or even peeled them.

I can't do a vouch copy of the Economist, sorry, it would be too expensive for me, I can only provide a vouch copy of a Magazine Subscription or The Washington Times, or if you give me your ZIP, I might be willing to provide your local paper as a vouch copy. Otherwise, I could do 50% off of the Economist.

I can get Playboy, yes, 2 Year Subscription for $8, And sorry, I can't do a vouch copy of the NYT as it would be too expensive to provide enough of them to make people comfortable. importprivkey problem happening, because of Java-script in the online walletgenerator based on the old EC library, and library in the new
bitcoin core is more strict. Thus, some keys, generated online, can be rejected with a new wallet.

Since new library is more secure, and standard for Bitcoin, we will continue to use a new one. If needed, lets online generator updates their code.

Currently, as tentative solution, I can suggest you two ways:

1. After generation, try to import this key into an empty wallet. If successful, you can delete a wallet, and send EMCs to the address without problems.
2. If you already got some EMCs on the account - use old wallet version, i.e. 0.3.7, import key as Fixx suggested, and thereafter copy wallet.dat to new client.

 

It does look gorgeous, with or without the original packaging. I would love to pick it up, but my collection is on pause at the moment. I don't know why there are so many comments about your pricing, it's an auction with a reasonable start price - if you don't want to bid, move along.

I do have one question though, is it possible to replace the battery on these devices?

you should use bbcode with the img tags open bracket [ the word img then closed bracket ] then the link  to your photo then closed tags which are the same as opening plus a forward slash such as [ /img ] - without any spaces of course so excluding spaces it should be:  [ img ] link to photo [ /img ]

Finally one of these up for auction! I missed out on buying them straight from Chris when they started selling (I believe they sold out..?).
