1781  Other / Off-topic / Can you help me identify this movie?[paying for help] on: November 10, 2017, 06:11:58 PM
The movie ends with the whole family severely brain damaged in fenced in yard and a girl, maybe their sister has to take care of them for the rest of their lives. They are all italian, and if I remember correctly the brain damage is the result of a "job" gone bad

Its a pretty old movie maybe from the 80s or the 90s

Ill send you some silver if you are in the USA and can help me find it

New highest bid, I do not think this will hit the reserve!!!

Working on it, do you want to reveal the reserve since you don't think it will hit?

0.011BTC    Grin

I won't release the reserve but after looking at it, it is less than what the 1 bar that TBP sold on ebay. so It should hit, since this is two bars and much lower numbers

1784  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] Bitcoin penny rolls NOW SHIPPING OUT OF USA on: November 09, 2017, 03:28:17 AM
these are going into a more permanent storage where I will not have readily access to them for a long long time so this topic is closed and locked and these rolls will not be offered for sale for at least a few years

LOL...  Cheesy

Lets see the reserve is hit on the SN roll, I doubt it completely ;p
1785  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION #2] Bitcoin Penny™ MANHOLE COVER Physical Bitcoin No.6 on: November 09, 2017, 03:06:01 AM
I wouldn't have bid (and won)on the DIY pennies that where supposed to be not produced/limited edition but I believe to do "demand" you started mass producing them even know you started the auction for them you stated they would not be for sale again

I understand that you're frustrated, KY. However, I hope that you'll remember a few things.

First, you never bid on them. You never won them. They were never on auction. You simply bought them on sale like everyone else.

Second, these were never stated by any means to be a limited edition product. We only had a limited supply in stock. This was even explained to you by another customer of ours when you complained at the time...

These are not "Limited Edition" or "Special Edition" they are simply limited stock which means they can make more, at the time stock was limited like any other pace you buy stuff on planet earth.

However, as I said before, please feel free to refrain from bidding or buying from us, now and in the future. I won't hold it against you. If you believe that you were somehow wronged, and you wish to boycott any BP product from now on, then that is your right, and I respect it. I am sure that you'll find plenty of attractive crypto-collectibles to buy for fun and/or investment. There are many wonderful makers and products on this forum. Smiley

Regards,
Chris

IMPORTANT: Please understand that we only minted one hundred (100) of these prototype DIY coins, and some of the coins were used for experiments, so we can only fill the first eight orders. CORRECTION: After packaging the first eight orders, we discovered that we used fewer coins than thought for our experiments, and the mint sent a few extra to replace any "factory seconds" coins. Therefore, these prototype coins are limited to a few more than 100, and we are able to fill a few more orders than originally advertised. Thank you.

You stated they where limited to around 100 and they where in fact where not

Until I sell all of the bitcoin penny products I own, I will continue to buy the SN, classic, and short rolls to match the ones I already have.

Killyou might be talking about the ones assembled, loaded and resold by OgNasty, which have been (and still are IIRC) limited in supply and might have been advertised as such.

Edit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1710379.0 thread for reference.

I am not talking about those, (The bitcoin OG pennies) I was actually going to donate one of the rolls I won in an auction for OG to create another bitcoin penny but he refrained from doing so, because he does not "agree with their business practices"

Have you always not adjusted your items prices in BTC when BTC inflates/deflates. Because when you first took reservations for these BTC was way cheaper and the results of the first auction, with only one bid I think these are priced too high

What kind of question is this especially coming from you.  While I see you are back (who let you out i need their phone number for re-adjustment)what the f do you have in questioning a masterpiece that has been made.  You obviously won't be buying one so why do you even care

This guy is just mentally challenged. Sorry, but it's true, otherwise it's two people on the 2 accounts (killyou72/killyou73), which both seem to be scamming the same sig campaign. Tongue

I dont think its takes a gensis, or a quickseller to determine that I am obliviously involved in two accounts on the same signature campaign, but I obviously got permission to be enrolled on two accounts... Do you really think a campaign manager such as lutpin would un-knowingly allow two linked accounts to be in the same signature campaign?!

QUOTE FROM THE MAKER OF THESE

Hello everyone,

As many of you may have noticed I have not been as active around the forum and that is because I have been extremely busy with school and starting the Blockchain at Berkeley club.

If you are interested to learn more about the club you can see our website here: https://blockchain.berkeley.edu/

We are a student-run group at UC Berkeley dedicated to all things related to the blockchain. We host general meetings, during which we discuss recent industry, technological, economic, and bitcoin trading developments. We put on Bay Bithack every year, which was the first and largest collegiate bitcoin hackathon in the world. We develop open-source projects together as a club and contribute to the cryptocurrency ecosystem as well as collaborate with businesses to develop blockchain solutions to industry problems. We run workshops for people who are new to the industry, put on other events (like tech talks), and teach the only undergraduate cryptocurrency course in the United States.

I am creating 100 coins as gifts to give to guest speakers as well as teams and individuals who do exceptional things for the organization. The board has agreed to sell 30 of these coins to help fund the creation of the rest. Each coin will be numbered but only 20 coins are for sale as a deluxe version and an additional 10 are available without additional provenance.

Only 100 of these will ever be made and only 20 of the deluxe version that comes with a hand signed and wax sealed COA and a signed picture of the founders will ever be for sale!
