Can you make an option where you can either get notifications for all transactions, transactions above 0.01 BTC, or no transactions? Because I regularly send/receive transactions under that.

I don't know Inputs.io future plans, However due to the (arguably) inevitable future BTC price spikes crashes + panic selling (read bank runs). This might become an issue if they (or someone else) were to be tempted into doing the fractional reserve thing.
