If you know ahead of time that the built-in keyboard is broken, and this should not happen in a working phone, then there must be a reason for this flaw.

As paranoid as I am, I wouldn't trust any keyboard on your phone. How long have you been using it, and what applications do you install besides a third-party keyboard? It's also important to consider which links you click on.
Alternatively, in the absence of other methods, such as a separate device, reset the phone to factory settings. But also keep in mind that some viruses remain even after recovery. Such viruses are usually installed in the recovery partition and are not removed in any way. Also, the virus may remain on your MicroSD.
And finally, you can try to flash the phone yourself.

2043  Other / Meta / Re: [Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban] on: February 04, 2023, 09:39:52 AM
Few days ago Loyce reported a shitposting newbie uche3235 who was word spinning in order to avoid being caught for plagiarism, but it obviously didn't work so his account got banned. Now he is back (this time with a completely different username uche6215 lol) but again shitposting like in previous attempt. I am sure that he will be back with another creatively named alt account, but can mods pls ban this account since his is obviously ban evading.

Word spinning newbie, please ban this guy: Banned!
Some people may ask, what are the risk in Bitcoin transactions?
And the risk are:
i, Bitcoin payment doesn't come with legal protection such as debit card and credit cards have a high rate of protections just in case something goes wrong ( debit card and credit cards it's traceable).
ii,  Bitcoin payment typically are not revisable.
iii, most informations about Bitcoins transactions are public on the net .
Most Bitcoin investors will not tell you about this.

The moderators have one more proof that the guy who was banned and the guy who put on the same nickname are the same person.
Besides the fact that he is stupid with the choice of nickname, Arabic numerals are still far from him. He uses only Latin throughout.

i. Day trading
ii. Range trading
iii. Investment
iv. Range trading and many more

If you want to do those you have to learn.

2044  Economy / Economics / Re: It is better to be the hammer than the nail on: February 04, 2023, 08:35:01 AM

On another note I think if we don't visit the malls regularly, it can make us subsceptible to falling for any little conviction at the point of sale especially when we have "loose" This is what I notice because some people don't plan or have a tight budget of their expenses when or if they are buoyant to the expenditure.

It is easier to visit shopping centers at a certain time and buy groceries for a certain period. So you make really necessary purchases, even if you pamper yourself a little. The more completely your house is filled with the necessary products, the less often you visit stores, and accordingly, you do not buy too much. Because we go for some little thing, we spend more, as we buy more "for the company."
But yes, I agree, there are times when we need to enjoy shopping, chat with friends, and thereby get a feeling of happiness if this is not associated with psychological problems. Shopping, in fact, can be compared to an addiction.
Therefore, those who feel guilty should limit themselves to going to the big malls for the sake of their health.
2045  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why I will never trust top exchanges on: February 04, 2023, 08:18:29 AM
I never trust any centralized exchanges bla bla bla Tongue

No matter what you plan to do on centralised exchanges, do not trust them.
I as a person stored so many important information on my smartphone e.g four different crypto wallets, passwords for centralised exchanges, 2fa Auth codes, e.t.c and I can't help but think what will happen if I lose my phone somehow what will I do? So I started practicing how I will recover my files, at least the most important files and information,

@OP if you don't trust centralized exchange for anything including just to sell and buy your coins, not for holding your coins. Why you're still using centralized exchange? it doesn't make sense for telling the other people to not use centralized exchange but you're actually use it.

I think many users in this forum are having 2 personality, are you have dissociative identity disorder (DID)? Roll Eyes

You made me laugh. What do you want? There are a lot of storytellers here on the forum who own dozens of bitcoins, people who talk to themselves, and all this is done for one purpose only. Fishing, in almost 80 topics that I counted from the OP, cannot be said to be very effective.
So the OP is forced to deviate from his sequence.
But the expression "never" in your case, the OP, sounds a bit shaky. Smiley
2046  Economy / Economics / Re: It is better to be the hammer than the nail on: February 04, 2023, 07:32:14 AM
If you are a girl, then I can understand your behavior about shopping (joke).
The comparison of a hammer and a nail is not entirely clear; perhaps this is due to the fact that they are used differently in different countries. But what I understand is that you are easy to manipulate. This is exactly what happens in large shopping malls. I worked as a sales manager. Persuading customers to buy a particular product while adding another accessory and other small details is a great example of skilled salesman work. That's what marketing is all about. But you can plan your budget and strictly adhere to the plans for purchasing the necessary goods. In other words, the more you shop wisely, the more you save, or earn, by saving. There is nothing wrong with this. You can’t call a person a miser if he controls his brain because it’s really difficult not to fall for the bait of advertising and buy things you don’t really need.
2047  Economy / Economics / Re: I don't see this changing anytime soon on: February 04, 2023, 07:09:56 AM
OP, why are you even doing this? So be it. Bitcoin is meant to be its own bank. What do you care about other people? You can't save the whole world from stupidity; you always have to start with yourself. When an airplane crashes, you must fasten your seat belts first, and only then the seat belts of your children and others. If people want to be deceived, they will get it anyway, one way or another.
Your own awareness is enough; don't do it yourself. Not everyone learns from the mistakes of others; let people make their own mistakes to gain their own experience.
2048  Economy / Economics / Re: How to thrive with low income in a humble area - part 2 on: February 04, 2023, 06:49:20 AM
You contradict yourself. How can people who do not have a job, and therefore extra money to buy certain products, afford to buy them?
To organize any kind of sale of products, and I think you have semifinished products or baked goods, you must be sure that you can sell them. That is, the product will be in demand. And this product must be unique or very cheap, which again makes it meaningless to spend on it.
The same with the scheme: buy low, sell high. You didn't come up with this scheme. To buy a batch, you need money—free money. Does an unemployed person with a low standard of living have it? Anyone who wants to buy cheaper also knows the way to cheap markets, and in order to interest the buyer, your product must be very cheap.
I believe that the only way out is to enter the labor force. Selling yourself as a one-time wageworker is the most realistic way out.
2049  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My step to promote bitcoin (Part 2). on: February 04, 2023, 06:01:04 AM
If you are interested in opinions, then let me tell you that, for example, not all people will take the information on your stickers too seriously. Do you always click through ads when you see something like this?
I have a lot of respect for your volunteer efforts to spread the word about bitcoin, but putting myself in the place of the person who saw your stickers, I would have missed them.
The best example will always be live communication and an example of success. This is done by all those who have achieved something. Look at social networks and how information spreads there. Tell three people about what you have achieved, and these three will tell six more, and so on.
The dry distribution of stickers, at least in my country, from a lot of advertising, leads the recipient to the nearest bin to throw them away.
2050  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a beginner, what should I avoid? on: February 04, 2023, 05:22:57 AM
Reading is the most rewarding activity. Repetition of the same ideas, such as "Bitcoin is cool; invest in it," or the price forecast to rise or fall, is always very challenging for beginners. Any text can be determined by the sincerity of the writer. If you want to be interesting, be yourself and do not try to talk about what you do not know. It is from this that the advice comes that reading is the best thing to do to understand the mood of the forum. And only after that will you understand what should be done here and what should not.
2051  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk forum vs OpenAI - ChatGPT on: February 03, 2023, 11:11:57 AM

But unfortunately as expected you still need to register and login first to use the tool.

I tested it with some AI text in this thread and it answers likely written. I mean not convincing :p

Also another stupid thing you must input at least 1000 characters to submit.

Other than that, it's still quite raw. So don't expect anything out of the ordinary just yet.

But as the article says, it's still not an accurate tool. In the testing process, texts written by AI were identified by only 26%, and also erroneous by 9% in texts that were written by a person.

https://openai.com/blog/new-ai-classifier-for-indicating-ai-written-text/

But as they already write on the Internet, the creation of various kinds of AI tools acts like viruses. First, they invent it, and then these same people are looking for a "vaccine"  an antidote.

Are there places on the Internet where children are not allowed to go today, but where do they go anyway? This forum is much better than the banned sites, especially for teenagers. Let your child learn about bitcoin rather than browse porn sites. And of course, if you have mutual interests, your son or daughter will always have something to discuss, and thus you get more trust. And this is critical so that the children trust you more and do not leave for the company, where they may develop bad habits.
2053  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Clipboard malware affects phone users? on: February 03, 2023, 06:20:45 AM
In the Russian-speaking segment, news appeared that sales of the Hook Trojan had begun on the darknet, which attacks many banking and crypto wallets on the Android system.
The malware can completely capture the device and control all actions of the phone owner. It also has remote control capabilities.
The hacker sees the screen of the smartphone and can remotely perform any action, including managing crypto wallets.
The hook is currently distributed as an APK file and disguised as the Google Chrome browser.

2054  Economy / Economics / Re: Monthly or weekly pay? Fixed or percentage earning? what is your prefrence. on: February 02, 2023, 11:55:40 AM

I also know that there are companies that, although they pay a fixed monthly salary, also motivate their employees with additional bonuses in the form of a percentage of sales. In this way, people who work in direct sales are motivated to try to sell as much as possible, because in addition to a regular salary, they can also expect additional earnings.

Yes, I worked in the field of sales, where there is a guaranteed payment, and it is much less than the percentage that the boss determines after successful purchases. It's really motivating. Just a guaranteed payment, which implies that you can do nothing, in theory, in the absence of buyers, and you will still not be left without money, is not so calming anymore, and there is always a desire to work better, call and invite customers, and engage in full product advertising.
In addition, with a successful sale, there is also a moment of tipping, with which good and generous customers very often thank sales managers.
Therefore, a fixed salary is nice for me, but it must be accompanied by good bonuses.
2055  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to store BTC on: February 02, 2023, 11:12:07 AM
An interesting point is that the OP has already once been interested in a similar question, and we can say that he received several full-fledged answers from competent people. But after suddenly waking up after a while, the OP was again interested in his problem.
OP, what brings you to this question? Owning wallets, in and of itself, implies the competent storage of seed phrases and passwords, and you, as a person interested in all the advantages of wallets, should be clear on this.
Are you not the real owner of the account?

2057  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: February 01, 2023, 02:46:26 PM
Of course, the best way to maintain your normal well-being and get a good night's sleep is to not use credit at all. It is better to deprive yourself of something than, as you say, fall into a debt trap. But today there are a lot of banks offering their services, and people are tempted to want to get money faster, sometimes not thinking if everything is in order with how they will return it. Having a stable income also does not guarantee that everything will go as we would like. But life on credit is a part of our lives, and either you sleep peacefully without debts and know how to relax, or you are constantly under the yoke of debt, which, if it is impossible to pay on time, kills your health every day. Everyone has a choice.

WHAT AFRIGO IS ABOUT

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has barred the payment of dollar charges on domestic transactions through its newly launched Nigerian National Domestic Card Scheme, AfriGo.

Domestic transaction fees on all cards would now be paid in naira, except for international transactions.

CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele said AfriGo would help reduce operating costs and charges while preserving foreign exchange.

“Your existing cards are fine. You can continue using them, but given that charges by foreign cards are in dollars, we will no longer pay dollars for the charges on those cards,” Emiefele said

According to him, AfriGo attempts to provide more options for domestic consumers and not discourage international investors from operating in the Nigerian payments space.

He also said it would be less expensive and increase financial inclusion.

2059  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: are all beginners like that? on: February 01, 2023, 09:10:29 AM
It all depends on which channels and which social networks beginners use to receive information about cryptocurrencies. Quite a lot of news background, which acts on greed, is completely unsupported by logic. Someone is offering a quick paycheck that doesn't take "until tomorrow," hence the thousands of scam complaints. Beginners who follow trends are not always oriented correctly, and instead of checking and understanding how risky their actions can be, they very often take the wrong steps.
However, it has always been Haste is a bad adviser.

The Netherlands IP address is very popular, even with free VPNs.
It's not clear why this thread is being created. It can be assumed that according to the content of all the posts, the moderators will not be interested in restoring this account at all. Since the owner of the account is no different from all the shitposters spreading the idea of investing in bitcoin everywhere and nothing more.
OP, what's the problem with creating a new account?
