Spondoolies Tech is the only company that funded itself for over 9 months and they launched a product without taking any customer money upfront.
Spondoolies is good, but don't forget, Bitmain did it first.

Here's the thing though, he got his refund because someone else paid for his unit.
Which means that AMT will refund you, IF they have the money. I don't think they have the money.
Yeah, it was an order transfer. I don't think eightcylinders is too happy with his choice now.

I am sure with a judgement which ever bank there banking at will have to give me the $
Every day that goes by means less and less $$$ in their bank account. Eventually it will reach 0. So time is of the essence if you want to get your money back.

On Why We’re Not Scammers the team was amazing. ... That first board was a dud. We just plain out haven’t recovered.
Amazing teams don't produce duds. Your first board isn't just a dud, your whole team is.

150w @ 120gh/s is 1.25w/gh at the wall (compared to 1w/gh had they hit spec)
Anyways what do you want them to do? Send the chips back to design stage and let us wait another 3 months? I'd rather just get my asic now.
it's almost the same W/Gh ratio as an ant miner wich is cheaper and available now. It's worse than both Bitmain and Bitfury, 55nm chips from last year!

I think it probably is worth it to do so since it'll cost you only $200, however AMT needs to bring in their expensive lawyer to defend the case.
This is AMT we are talking about. They won't show up and you'll win a default judgement. The trouble will be collecting on the judgement.

Getting strung along like this is getting kinda old. And I am a patient person. But that patience has reached an end. I just want results now.
I found AMT's business plan. They need patient customers: If patience is worth anything, it must endure to the end of time.
Be patient, AMT will get to you...somewhere around the end of time.

All Bitmain needs to do is ship the hashing cards uninstalled and bubble-wrapped. The S2 is not designed to be shipped.

I've got this 58 lb brick of government cheese in a box coming back to me from AMT. (actually at least you can eat Govt. cheese). Please advise.
Brian, someone will get there and pick it up, just calm down. That's like the other side of philly, its pretty much an hour drive but we're gonna get it, its not going anywhere and we're gonna take care of it but you gotta calm down about this.

it seems quite possible that the Chinese speculators (active exchange clients) own 80-90% of all the bitcoins owned by speculators worldwide.

KnC is dead. Their awesome reputation build over one year is destroyed in about 30 days. Nobody will buy their stuff again. Darn. I was hoping they'd do a really cool Gen2 20nm product too.
They don't want anyone to buy their stuff. They're done with retail business. Customers were just way to fund their massive mining farm.

and they launder their coins so they can't be traced back to mining.
This is a key point. Laundered coins from a "mining operation", is 99% a scam. If they had an actual mining farm, they would have generated coins with no history. Mined coins are completely untraceable. There is absolutely no reason to launder them. None.

The Bitcoin Society was able to put up cash in escrow with the companies legal counsel as a guarantee of service as well as provide legal documents showing that they have registered to legally conduct an escrow business.
Speaking of legally conducting a business, where is your legal registration?

Please do not write us inquiring about the Jackhammer miner, we are merely the escrow agent and do not have the information you are looking for. We are legally bound by an NDA that we cannot discuss anything that we saw, see, read, or hear in our dealings with Cyrious Technologies.
Who are you?

6. Plaintiffs’ claims are barred because the products in question underwent burn testing for a minimal amount of time and had not be assigned to a customer order at the time of the burn testing.
7. Plaintiffs’ claims are barred because untested products are not finished goods and could not be customers’ equipment.
Do I understand this correctly? They mine with hardware that will be sent to customers, but claim it isn't customer hardware because there isn't an order number attached to the machine yet, and it isn't customer hardware because they're not yet finished mining with it??? Only after they finish mining with it, then it becomes customer hardware.

Very simple question. Where is your company?
Scroll up, we covered this already. You will now be ignored on this thread, wasting my time and the time of everyone else trying to find answers who has to read through pages of crap from the troll factory. I don't see it answered. Please quote where you answered the question.

Sure thing. The building on the right is Wells Fargo at 1 California. The tree on the left is 19 California. http://s18.postimg.org/qfwsztdll/image.png![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs18.postimg.org%2Fqfwsztdll%2Fimage.png&t=663&c=7exXH36yAkCQ3g) P.S. If you're going to call someone an "ABSOLUTE idiot", you might want to figure out what the difference between "silicone" and "silicon", the difference between "you're" and "your", and how to spell "accusations".
