Hello, I have 48,000 XRP for sale.
I'm looking to do a quick trade for BTC. I'm looking for 7 BTC for 48,000 xrp.
Rules
1.) Send me a PM with your stated interest and provide a valid XRP address.
2.) I will reply with a BTC address to which you will send the 7 BTC.
3.) You must pay first to receive XRP.
4.) I will send XRP after the 7 BTC have arrived in my wallet. I will probably wait for 1 or 2 confirmations before sending XRP.
If you missed out on the Ripple Giveaway, here's your chance to get some Ripple quickly, easily, and safely.
So, who wants 'em?

I am a newbie and would like any feedback. I have looked through the threads and have seen things all over the place. If there are things that work better than others, let me know. Thanks.
Don't ask for a 1,000 BTC loan (>$100,000 USD) as a newbie. Nobody will take you seriously especially given the extreme lack of detail provided in your request. 1) Build up your reputation by successfully completing numerous transactions and compiling your positive feedback. or... 2) Make a better "elevator" pitch, but forget the elevator. You need to come at us with detail. Convince us without a doubt that you have a means of paying back the loan within the given time frame, and with a loan this size, be transparent about your identity. People will want to know -- also without a doubt -- that they will be able to track you and find you if you fail to repay. Edit: Better yet, just imagine what it would take to convince you to give me a 1,000 BTC loan. I am "the joint" and you know nothing about me.

Remember, anonymity is rather useless unless you're a criminal or a scammer (or if you suspect the other person will kill you).
Here's a tip: call the guy!

Wow, these sold out fast (approximately 2-3 minutes after I posted with a price updated, a single buyer scooped them up like hotcakes).

Lol, you just trolled yourself so hard that your done with it. This is too funny. ooooookaaay. Backing slowly away now.... Are you sure YOU'RE not the one that's stoned? lol At least I can handle my weed. Yup, pretty sure. Unless the local Papa John's been adding something to their pizzas. And, you might want to re-assess your ability to handle weed. Lol, I'm pretty sure I don't need to take weed advice from the guy that obviously hasn't learned anything new about it since health class in middle school Aids in creativity? Sure. Helps inspire the imagination? I'll give that to ya. Improves reasoning ability? Doubt it, home slice.

So, why can't we just build the robots instead? What's with all this time-wasting coin business?
Because the robots need to be invented, and the people that would invent them are too busy working or starving or being in jail because they didn't want to work or starve. So why don't we free them and give them bread? What's with all this time-wasting coin business?
|
|
|
Suppose we achieve your Utopian dreams and we partake in a totally mechanized society. What then? What do you need coins for? To buy goods and services? From who? Robots? You really think a robot fucking cares if you pay it a Bitcoin or a Litecoin, or pay it at all? I've never heard of a robot getting pissed because he got stiffed on a few alt-coins.
The overall end would be no money. At all. Everyone supplied with the means to survive, simply because it is available So, why can't we just build the robots instead? What's with all this time-wasting coin business?

Hello, OP.
I'd like to inform you that you're wrong. Moreover, it's difficult to explain why you're wrong because you contradict your own arguments so many times that a flow chart of your thought processes could be depicted as a ball of yarn. However, I'll leave you with a simple consideration.

I figured that running them 24/7 was the best way to deal with hot cards.
Certainly... You made me 'lol' at my own comment.
|
|
|
what's so cool about lying that you didn't overclock the gpu's? I am sure you broke a law or too and that's definitely a fraud, hopefully you'll get what you deserve
...Like an accurate receipt of my original purchase so I don't have to walk the employees through the warranty process?
|
|
|
Eh not exactly the kind of thing I would be boasting about.
It's good they honored their warranty. Having bought extended warranties 2x at Staples I know to never trust those lying asshats every again. I just would have answered honestly about the overclock.
90C+ at 100 fan? WTH you got the cards humping each other?
Yes, they're practically humping each other, although placing some clothespins between the cards to space them out reduced heat by about 4C on the hottest card (I should mention the air circulation in my basement is terrible). I figured that running them 24/7 was the best way to deal with hot cards. As far as the boasting, Tiger Direct can suck it since their employees tend to know nothing about anything (I basically had to explain their own warranty policy to them). And truly, the post was meant to be informative under the guise of being boastful. I figured this would be something miners may want to consider.

Okay, so I've been at work all day, and I come home to this? Really?
Am I the only one who thinks today is rather...well...yawn?

Lolz, I bet they were like, wth did he do to them? Lolz. Good win on this though.
"No, I never overclocked them."

So, about a year and a half ago I built a mining/gaming rig. It had a badass mastercooler case, a >$300 ASUS motherboard, i7 2600k, 16 gb corsair ram, 1200 thermaltake psu, etc., and also 3 6970s. My line of thinking at the time was something like, "Well, if Bitcoin goes to zero, people will still want to buy a gaming rig." And, of course, I purchased the 4-year in-store warranty. I had to...you know...just in case my cards fried themselves out. Well, after 15 months of running at >90C temps and 100% fan, my cards were finally starting to get a bit unstable at stock settings, so I took them back to the store under warranty. TL;DR: Now I have a nice 3x7970 upgrade at no cost. Can't wait to do it again in 15 months Microcenter or something? Tiger Direct.
