2061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: June 26, 2017, 01:20:37 AM
I think that trading is better as opposed to gambling because with trading you will always have something instead of nothing, even if its millions of a shit coin alt currency with gambling you can bet all your btc and lose it.
2062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: June 26, 2017, 01:14:15 AM
I think that gambling should just be done as entertainment only unless you can figure out a way to always make money. Most of your extra money should go toward saving and investing. That's where you'll see gains and profits.

Most will say its impossible to always win when gambling but it is when you beat the system, like here

But normally investing is gambling but you have no control over it, where pure gambling you have some control.

How do you prove that the live blackjack is fair? I don't see anything anywhere that proves it
2064  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BitDirect on: June 26, 2017, 12:55:39 AM
Are you accepting escrow? Would you send first to trusted members? Why are you selling it so cheap when you can sell it on yobit almost instantly?
2065  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SELLING] Bitcoin penny rolls on: June 26, 2017, 12:48:40 AM

2066  Economy / Gambling / Re: ChipMixer.com betting is now provably fair on: June 26, 2017, 12:42:27 AM
So it wasnt provably fair before?

How much btc is on your website for mixing? Because if it is not large enough than you cannot mix coins for large bets.
2067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: June 26, 2017, 12:36:32 AM
If you think it is a sin to gamble than you also believe in religion? If you believe gambling is a sin do you follow every other rule of that religion? I think it is hypocritical to say that gambling is sin if you don't believe cruseing is a sin, which almost everyone has done.
2068  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Killyou Koins Komplete Kollection (Series 1 & 2) .999 Silver Coins on: June 26, 2017, 12:26:02 AM

2069  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] The Big 12x12 World Coin Auction - 3 days left! on: June 26, 2017, 12:23:36 AM

Thank you! Bid confirmed.

Can any of these coins be used today? Or do they belong to governments that are no longer? I wish you posted a description of each coin because I do not know what any of them are
2070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Many Casinos Are There in Your Country? on: June 26, 2017, 12:12:55 AM
How many casinos are there in your country, state or city? Any nearby ones that you frequent?

Well according to this website

https://www.statista.com/statistics/187972/number-of-us-commercial-casinos-since-2005/

There are 510 casinos in all of the united states, and there are 7 in my state and they are all in the same town and I have only gone a handful of times because I would rather bet online and bet $1-$2 a game as opposed to the casinos where it is $10-$25 per hand
2071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: June 26, 2017, 12:08:36 AM
Though experience doesn't warrant winning in gambling, it helps when it comes to make wise decisions that will either make you win or stop you from losing very heavily.
You are right, Experience doesn't help when we talk about games and events. It help to know the right moment to stop and don't throw all your money in some hard games. Maybe experience can control a lot and learn you to relax.

Experience matters when it comes to games of skill in gambling such as any type of poker, if you do not have the experience of playing it at all you will probably not win at all. But games such as dice or roulette I do not think experience matters at all because it is luck
2072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: June 26, 2017, 12:07:10 AM
Is not that BTC is getting too expensive to gamble with it is the fact that most casino sites have a minimum bet of 1 mbtc.

I was just wondering the price because you said 25 keys and I do not know what a key is worth and I figured if I didnt know there might be other interested parties wondering the same thing
2075  Economy / Lending / Re: Lend: 2.4BTC - Can pay back 0.70BTC Per Day. on: June 25, 2017, 10:58:35 PM
Looking to lend 2.4BTC, can pay back 0.70BTC per day as that's my limit on poloniex (first payment can be made later today once my withdrawal limit resets.

Open to offers on lending rates?

Proof:

So its been two days since you have posted this, and if what you say is true than you would only need a loan of 1 BTC and in two days you wont even need it so maybe lock this thread?
2076  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] [Experiment] Auction of an unfunded 1000 BTC coin on: June 25, 2017, 09:13:16 PM
Hey guys

Thank you for the interest. But as I said this is an experimental poll.

Also, if it was a real auction my starting bid would be 8 BTC (no interest in USD even if 8BTC  = 1 USD, hypothetically ).  And I would use Minerjones/Blazed as an escrow for this.

Best regards,
Edi

Is coblee still selling his for 14 BTC? Because if that is the case than this is a steal!

2078  Economy / Goods / Re: Would There Be Any Interest in Luxury Watches ? on: June 25, 2017, 08:58:50 PM
I've seen a few expensive watches being sold here before, not sure if anyone actually buys them through the forum though. It'd be better if you link to an online shop that can accept bitcoin as a payment record, makes you look more professional and less likely to be selling fakes..

I believe buying via forum is more safer as many security measures can be used like an escrow, plus i have transacted a lot here on bitcointalk successfully

Well I am more interested in how you can supply new watches that are cheaper than retail? and how can we all be sure they are real

I'm able to get some charges off that are added to each watch when they are being sold. Offering customer below retail price while also making a small profit on each sale. Each watch will be purchased from an official authorized dealer all papers and documentation will be included as well as the warranty being activated at the date of the purchase.

So it would be safe to say you either have a retail shop, or access to someone with one? I assume you would be interested in using escrow? So I could purchase a XYZ watch off of you, take it to XYZ store with the papers have them look at it say its real and escrow releases funds to you?
2079  Other / Off-topic / Re: How Much Money Can You Make on YouTube? on: June 25, 2017, 08:55:09 PM
I think you need more than 200k for earning some decent money and also views are important.

The length of your videos is also important because if your videos go over ten minutes long than youtube can play another ad and you would inturn get more money
2080  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Killyou Koins Komplete Kollection (Series 1 & 2) .999 Silver Coins on: June 25, 2017, 08:50:20 PM
Do i have to pay you anything to keep these?

Pay me .05 BTC, and I'll gladly keep them. (Pay me .1 BTC, and I'll send them to TMAN.)

I'll buy them all at silver spot price.

Yeah, I'll take them to at spot. What do they weigh?

I'm assuming they weight a total of 2.5 ounces, but I haven't weighed them.

Regards,
Chris

I would assume they weigh just under 2.5 troy ounces because I would assume the engraving takes just a tad of the silver off.

good luck selling
