Would you feel safer if it was ESCROW ONLY ?
Yes. 90% of the orders from tonight went through escrow.
So your scam was profitable today. +1 for being such a genius Syke, I'm so glad to see there are so many super intelligent people on this forum. You guys should be proud of yourselves...... Keep it to the troll thread....
Oh, we're just getting started. Ah, so you're an Australian company? Registrant Street: 19 California St Registrant City: San Francisco
No, wait, you're based in downtown SF. Strange, I don't remember a building at 19 California St. Why don't you post a photo of your building? Registrant Phone: +1.8669420494
That's a Yahoo Customer Service phone line. Now Yahoo is building bitcoin miners? PING cyrminers.com (208.131.151.181) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from slmp-550-119.slc.westdc.net (208.131.151.181): icmp_req=1 ttl=51 time=22.7 ms
And your server is hosted in Utah. So where is your company? You do have a real company don't you?

All other regular orders can be placed through the website.
Bingo. There's how they profit from this scam. They're hoping that some people will see the "escrow available" and go ahead and order and pay directly.

Pardon? I didn't ask them to modify anything. I merely asked if there was a timetable available. I was under the impression that was the business model spondoolies was pursuing.
They've stated just the opposite. They've stated that pre-orders are the only way to fund the massive production growth they are expecting.

Tradeblock doesn't work well past a few months. The difficulty is not going to keep growing like that. PBMining could easily break even within a year, if they last that long. I really doubt they will.

Gee, to listen to you, one would think companies never make a profit. That transcript you keep harping on talks about $2.5mil in revenue from 2012 for the FPGAs, and I highly doubt that it cost that much to produce them, so there had to be a profit. Are you trying to say it's wrong to use the profit from a company? I'm glad I dont work for you, you probably force your employees to pay to come to work. Kinda like your WASP project, pay to participate...
Let's see what the actual court had to say. Q. Now, should people who have company credit cards use them for personal expenses? A. They should not.
Q. All right. And so does that continue on, do you know,by -- by Mr. Vleisides? A. I -- I will say that it probably has continued.
Let me highlight the important comment from the court... A. They should not.
Hmm, who's right? bcp19 or the court...

Because I was a miner and I know what miners want.
Don't sell yourself short. You're still a miner since you're mining with customers' equipment on your own pool.

To think that the Monarch product didn't ship in March April 2014 is incredible. I guess Monarch customers can cross their fingers for April May...
FTFY Liar! It says right there, http://www.butterflylabs.com/monarch/begin shipments in February, 2014

How can the unit draw 1Kw and only have a 1Kw PSU ?
Because 1KW draw is not equal to 1KW output. Assuming 90% efficiency, a 1000W draw is only outputting 900W. PSUs are rated on their output, not the draw.

So the fee structure is not compatible with a price increase to say 1000x the actual value, because 40$ fees will be unacceptable for users but also unavoidable for miners. Did I get that right?
Fees are not required by the protocol, so they can easily change over time. When the exchange rate goes up 1000x, the fees expected by most miners will adjust accordingly.

Well, yeah, but your actual rate isn't $0.064313. That's the base charge. They also add in several more charges. Base: $0.064313 Fuel Charge: $0.021836 Transmission Charge: $0.011165 Environmental Cost: $0.003136 Energy Efficient Rider: $0.000538 Property Tax Surcharge: $0.001106 Subtotal: $0.102094 Francise Fee (3%): $0.00306282 Local Sales Tax (1%): $0.00102094 Actual rate: $0.10617776 Which is actually 65% higher than you first estimated.

Based on TODAY'S difficulty and TODAY's price 8000872135 / ~$450
I calculate it's still producing ~0.09 BTC per 30 days = ~$40.
@ 275W @ 24/7 @ 30 days my power cost is $0.064313 per KWH
Costs $12.73 per month to run.
Now. I did these calculations in just a few minutes and I could be GROSSLY mistaken... so if I am please correct me. All numbers are fairly approximate.
Sounds about right. You have unusually low power costs, which is why you can stay above water. Most miners have significantly higher costs, especially when you including cooling costs.

Like is said though how could we possibly prove that BFL is mining on EMC?
They've already admitted to it. It's in the court record, straight from BFL's lawyer.

Its still double the price of the S1 per thash even with the coupon. S1 is the best bang for the buck right now.
And S1 will survive shipping. Bitmain needs to fix the S2!

Only 2x more efficient? I thought your chip is more than 10x efficient than any other chip out there.
Just ignore him. Mr. "in two weeks" doesn't understand how numbers work.

Is that true that you get a 2 for 1 for KNC neptune order?
Sorta. You'll get the second one months later, after difficulty has skyrocketed.

They are registered in Delaware. In most cases that is enough. If they have the proper tax forms and licenses put in which are not necessarily public record, then they are fine.
They are "incorporated" in DE. PA requires registration as a "foreign business". Business registration records are public. Not only is AMT not registered to do business in PA, but they are using the name of another business. By your logic then Microsoft, Google, Apple and just about every fortune 500 is operating illegally out of their home states.
No, because those business are correctly registered to do business in other states. Let's take a look at how a fine upstanding business does it. Incorporated in WY: https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=149144214231010201167112190255028042109060235081Registered in KS (perform business entity search, search for "bf labs"): https://www.kansas.gov/bess/flow/main?execution=e2s1

Our payment was sent to AMT so we cant sue Zipkin directly. Now if he truly didn't make a LLC or some other proper business entity then yes, the same lawsuit would apply to him directly. Either way, the owners personal assets would be assessed as well for payback even if they declared bankruptcy.
AMT is not registered to do business in PA, so yes, they do not have a proper business entity.

That we're trying our best to create refund/upgrade options that will satisfy our current clients in the end.
How do you do that? You either have the money or you don't. If you have the money, the law states you must provide your customers with a prompt refund. If you do not have the money, you are simply running a ponzi waiting to receive money from new customers to pay old customers. You have not been following the law and providing prompt refunds, therefore your business must be a ponzi now.

Dalkore,
Your first order of business should be to see that HashFast_CL gets terminated. He will undo any progress you make in improving the situation.
