After almost 3 years of constant price decrease ZCash managed to got to 600k sat. Where will this end? will we see 100k sat ZEC? Will we see similar story with Grin?
What is the reason for the constant drop in the price of Zcash in satoshi? I always thought that its price would rise in dollars and in satoshi, because this coin has a large community, a number of advantages and anonymity. But last year the price is only falling and it is not clear how the team plans to increase the popularity of the coin. the reasons for the constant price drop is: high inflation + the coin is over priced its overpriced since the beginning thats the problem - it started with hype you can compare the chart of ETC and the chart of ZEC, you can see that they are very similar the only thing is ETC wasnt over priced and over hyped since the beginning.. the high inflation will end soon and in 3-4 years it will be very very low so you can play a long game with ZEC and start buying from now every month a little amount or you can wait until the inflation is low but no one promises you that it will go down forever, it may be very close to the lowest point. Nothing goes down forever, Everything have a bottom. It is impossible that ZCash lose so much value as it lost in last 3 years. Impossible. But no matter that 3 years of bleeding is huge. |

Has anyone else noticed that the price of Bitcoin has dipped below the 50 week moving average?
I don’t know how significant this is, but it is unusual. The price has consistently been above the 50 week moving average over the last couple of years except when it was in a bear market.
I guess it left bear market a bit to fast. He owed to serve some more time under 50 week average. Since Bitcoin always pays their debts he went there right now. |

How to create a valuable altcoin
It needs to have an use case. You dont create a coin and then search for the use case. You have a use case and then make a coin for it. If there is no reason to make one then you simply dont do it. ICO makes coin less desirable. It automatically makes a coin a security. Some managed to dig out of that. But most countries are not that strict about that yet. |

I think many people in crypto are only considering the inflation of a crypto compared to itself but I think what is more important is the inflation of a specific crypto in US dollars because everything is ultimately priced in US dollars. Bitcoin's daily inflation in US dollars for example is over 12 million dollars a day now. But when it comes to Litecoin, this number goes to almost only half a million dollars! That's 24x less every day! I've made the following chart for example which shows the numbers for BTC, LTC, DOGE and SWIFT. Keep in mind that SwiftCash aka $SWIFT has a very small community and not even closely as big as something like BTC, LTC or DOGE but it's one of my favourites. Haters gonna hate! I made this table 5 days ago but it's pretty much the same today so I didn't change it! Let me know what you think below. Do you think the daily inflation in USD matters more than the inflation of the crypto itself? Or do you think it doesn't matter? Explain your thoughts! If anyone can change my mind about the importance of inflation in USD, I'll give them 10,000 $SWIFT lol  You need to be clear you are talking about emission inflation. It is much different then price inflation. |

They will be as soon as adoption ends. Until then since more and more people use cryptocurrencies they are over long term more like increase of value. Emission inflation under Golds one 1.7% grantee that. Bitcoin will reach that in 5 years time. Other cryptocurrenicies some faster other slower. |

Common thinking seems to believe 19k will be very easy to reach in the next two years. I don't want to influence the votes here, but please remember that the crowd can be wrong very often  If Bitcoin price will not reach $19k for even a moment in the next 2 years, then something will be extremely wrong. Biggest chance is that we have huge economic recession next year. Then that there will be found some bug in protocol. |

investors are invading some exchanges why not developers? i know listing fee can be huge but few exchanges are just scam practitioners, developers should take their time to check out scam accusation thread on this forum and see how many people are been ripped off by these so called exchanges e.g idax p2pb2b among others
For permissionsless cryptocurrencies you dont need anyone's permission to use them or put on your exchange. Anyone can do it and they do to earn profit from different fees. |

Oh shit, really? I just sent a small XMR transaction from one of my wallets to another. Is that gonna be any problem? Wasn't aware if there's a moratorium on TX while upgrade runs? Or...? Well it's only like twenty bucks worth anyway so no big deal if so. Fingers crossed I guess LOL Definitely not. Can someone pls answer this question? presently the problem of decentralized exchange is liquidity and enough volume, if people start leaving cex for dex will the volume increase ? if Yes then what is stopping people? because dex exchanges is the perfect answer to stolen fund on exchanges and exchange scam exits
Current problem of decentralised exchanges is to build totally decentralised exchange. This is sole problem. Yes some are on right track, but none is totally decentralised and have no point of failure. |

You can mine Monero with your CPU. Any coins where someone built ASICs you will not make much profit with GPUs. |

yesterday we heard about a hack on upbit and today we are hearing idax, is it a coincidence?
Time to move your funds from exchanges. For Binance to get hacked, I will never trust exchanges with my token again. Binance was hacked few months ago. 7000 BTC was stolen. Big question is, did they rebuy what was lost or they just hope all will be fine. |
