1221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Siacoin Epic Monster Moon on: June 18, 2020, 08:23:46 PM
Going steadily over 40 satoshis. Sooner or latter Siacoin will hit 1 cent price. There s no question about it. Only question is when.

Tell me why?

Why? Because Siacoin have use case and will be used 10 years form now. Price usually moved from 20-100+ satoshi. It was very low in last year and now steadily moving back.
1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coin Treasury keep minting coin why ? on: June 17, 2020, 03:03:56 PM
Stable Coin Treasury keep minting coin why ?

Minting new stable coins means that demand for them is increasing so people and exchanges are buying stable coins with fiat money. They cant give to people stable coins that dont exist or that someone else holds. All they can do is mint new ones and give them to people that pays them fiat. When these same people or exchanges come back and want to exchange stable coins back to fiat they burn not needed stable coins. They dont hold them to sell to others, but simply destroy.
1223  Economy / Economics / Re: A very positive sign: 39% of companies now have blockchain in production on: June 17, 2020, 01:16:51 PM
Deloitte reported blockchain adoption was more accepted in certain countries. For example, while 31% of respondents in the United States said they already had blockchain in production, this number was nearly double—59%—in China.

If you call blockchain a scam in China you can be trialled on court. So no wonder companies there take blockchain seriously. It is a directive from their government.
1224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DONT MARRY YOUR ALTCOIN BAGS on: June 17, 2020, 01:15:49 AM
altcoins are great for flipping for more btc but dont every marry a coin. When btc goes on a run past all time highs you dont want to be bagholding ALTS. You will watch them get crushed. I personally was bagholding alts from 4k-20K and they got demolished I even had friends saying man you must be doing well with those bitcoins you have Cheesy In the end alts went nuts and I did well but If I would have waited till BTC topped out I would have made more. So moral of the story there is dont marry a coin/project they and watch your btc shrink get in and get out after you make decent profits. Sure sometimes you can buy an alt an maybe 10x-100x on it bagholding, but there is 1000s of coins out there that wont make those type of gains. Anyway do whats best for you but dont be that guy married to a bag watching btc head to 50-100k or whatever the top might be

The moral of this story is that you will never be able to sell any of your alt coin at max and buy it at minimum. Ever. If you will bother about it you will just get crazy. Simply buy alt coin with a reason and then after some period of time check if that reason for those coins still stands. Do not bother with its price.
1225  Economy / Economics / Re: The stock market prices are fake ..hyperinflation is coming soon on: June 16, 2020, 06:52:48 PM
If we look at the dow jones index
https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/stock-market

You will see that from june 5 to june 11 it went down from around 27000 to 25000 ,now it went up to around 26500...somebody is injecting a lot of money in the stock markets around the world ...
The printing machines are working non stop ... i think we will go in to hyperinflation very soon ...

Stock market bubble and hyperinflation are both result of printing to much money. We will not have hyper inflation before negative interest rates. But it will happen really soon.
1226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you trade if you won't leave your coins on exchange on: June 16, 2020, 05:41:30 PM
We are told several times on this forum never to leave your coins on exchange, well I know the difference about low rated exchanges and high rated exchanges and I know that many traders prefer high rated exchanges for trading because of volume and Liquidity but my point is there is no way to be a trader without your coins sleeping in exchange wallets, why? Because sometimes while you are asleep bitcoin can hit a new price target.

For example BTC is trading at 8000$ and I put up a sell order at 9000$, most times this won't happen in an instant, sometimes you wake up the next day and your order became successful isn't it? Now for those saying 'don't leave your coins on exchanges' how do you trade?

Most people dont daytrade. I am sure most people tried, but then lost most and changed their mind. You cant trade something that is so easily to manipulate as is Bitcoin or other altcoins. You will get burned sooner or latter.  Most people buy use and sell.  Bitcoin was ment as cash, to buy stuff with it and not to trade altcoins. Or to get salary in it.

Beijing raised emergency response level II to III and closed all schools.

2020 will simply do not stop with surprises. I heard 30 Indian soldiers went missing yesterday. Only god knows what is the status today.
1228  Economy / Economics / Re: Growing number of institutionnal investors on: June 16, 2020, 02:53:20 PM
The only logical next step to happen is that institutional investors get bigger share of Bitcoin. That will be the fuel for next bull market.

Or the average joe sees the news, believe those investors will buy more, start buying more, pumping the price while the big guy is waiting for a perfect entry to exit the market as usual.

Exit to where?  There is nowhere to exit. Bitcoin is safe heaven. They are allready full of gold. What they will buy shares that are in huge bubble? Real estate that is in huge bubble also. They will keep fiat that will devalue soon. Bitcoin is exit.

Where did Trump fail?   I'm listening.

He simply dont have a character to be a president. Not everyone can be a country president, so that is not a fail. It is a fail for those that nominated and elected him. He is simply guy that people and press dont like. And he is incapable to fix that.

1231  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Riots after Death of Man in Minneapolis Police Custody on: June 16, 2020, 12:42:41 AM
This has absolutely nothing to do with the current President. The person in that seat has very little influence on how any cop does his job.

It has nothing to do with one cop. Or 10 cops. People just had it enough. When you become president you become president of whole country. Trump simply failed there. And was just adding more shit month over month. It all get packed with covid-19 lockouts and then, ....    This riots would happen sooner or latter. And if by some miracle Trump stays president for longer and continue what he is doing there will be more and in way bigger scale.
1232  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Riots after Death of Man in Minneapolis Police Custody on: June 15, 2020, 11:03:39 PM
To me it seems that all this violence happened just because of incompetence of the country president. 4 years of bullshit has to show somehow.

The funny thing that I am noticing is that suddenly black in USA are realising they are actually "racist" feeling they are better then black people that live in Africa. All this revealings will open many yes.
1233  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where next major war or revolution is going to happen? on: June 15, 2020, 09:58:04 PM
Where next major war or revolution is going to happen?

It will happen somewhere where you the lest expect it. Mayor today mean global. So will basically escalate to everywhere.

Vitalik Buterin: Blackmail Is Behind ETH $ 5.0M Transaction Fees

So he is saying that criminals use Etehreum? Does that means that Eteherum will be desisted from most of the exchanges?

Growing number of institutionnal investors

The only logical next step to happen is that institutional investors get bigger share of Bitcoin. That will be the fuel for next bull market.
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GRIN: Thoughts? Good investment? on: June 15, 2020, 07:31:14 PM
I recently wanted to look at some privacy coins and looked at the typical mainstream ones, but then stumbled on GRIN. I decided to put a couple hundred into it and see what happens.

GRIN developers dont count GRIN as a privacy coin. More as a coin with a good scalability. You should definitely read and learn more about it.
1237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: June 15, 2020, 12:06:53 AM
Monero is one of my favourite cryptocurrencies. The price has increased since the last 3 month from $38 at 30March 2019 to $65 today.

Yes. I guess we are exactly 3 months from the covid-19 stock and crypto crash. Time flies fast. Without that crash price would be most likely close to $100 now.
1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [AEON] Aeon Speculation on: June 14, 2020, 11:08:59 PM
aeon consolidating not so badly its recent price increase:

https://www.coingecko.com/fr/pi%C3%A8ces/aeon#markets

What are AEON use use cases? To adopt the use of AEON will mean innovative thinking and collaboration and partnership.

AEON use case is same as Monero. If opaque ledger cryptocurrencies will prevail, then AEON will have much higher marketcap and will do perfectly fine.  If something bad happen to Monero and AEON have few things different then Monero have and I am sure will have more in the future, then AEON will super moon. That is how I see it.
1239  Economy / Economics / Re: The Looming Bank Collapse on: June 14, 2020, 10:22:49 PM
Bank collapse? We are in a declining global warming, I doubt we will see until banks collapse, we will have sea levels rising to a level where humanity can't survive in most of the land and rest of the land will be dry for any agriculture. However, let's say banks will collapse, is it really that bad? I know for a while everyone's money will be gone and humanity will be at the blink of starvation and many people will die etc etc which is horrible.

We have technology to fight global warming and its effects, so as we have technology to fight bank collapse and hyperinflation of all mayor fiat currencies.  It will not be end of the world, but it will be a big change and struggle for most. Those that will realise it faster and start adapting faster will end up less harmed then the rest.
The real effect of global warming is not the sea level increase but season changes, we need food to survive no matter what and if there is no rain then we can't grow anything which will result into serious drought.Well banking collapse has pros and cons because most of the people run business with loan money so if there is no bank then only people who have assets can do business. The advantage will be we will have decentralized currencies so no inflation, no buying powerloss.

We have technology for everything. And research is constant. In 10 years time we will know so much more that we know right now. Probably double or triple. I am totally not worried with that. All that will be needed is society will to do it.  And that will happen when some huge ecological catastrophes will happen in Europe or North america.
