2101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 19, 2022, 08:23:01 PM
cristiano is no longer interested in money (because he is one of the richest athletes in the world) he is interested in history and being the UCL top scorer of all time is a goal he wants to achieve before retiring.

stay at Manchester United or move to atletico madrid (as rumors are hot) I still respect cristiano, he is a legend. but it would be a pity if MU lost cristiano, because the current MU squad really has the potential to regain control of the premier league and UCL.
Ronaldo is too big to play in the Europa league. Manchester united just has to let him go so he can pursue his dream. I think Cristiiano Ronaldo is a class of player who likes to play in the UCL and over the years the clubs he has played for generated lots of revenue having him in their squad same with the UCL. If he remains in United one more season he might feel unfulfilled throughout the season
It would not be possible for this to happen if Manchester United still insisted on holding him.
Even though he is now being linked with several big clubs and currently being busy is Atletico but at this time with Atletico's financial condition are they able to give back to Ronaldo? Apart from the Champions League, Ronaldo's ambitions also remain for the domestic league and Atletico are now still unable to balance their clubs to be able to compete in the Champions League and La Liga even though they are in the Champions League this season.
2102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 18, 2022, 05:09:16 PM
Ronaldo has proven that he does not play for money by rejecting the huge offer from the Arabian League. Clubs like Paris Saint-German and Chelsea should now see the clear message that Cristiano Ronaldo is delivering. They should seize the opportunity to have the last years of a world star hungry for success. Maybe Cristiano Ronaldo can say goodbye to football under their uniforms.
What's the benefit of playing there even if the money is big he will not get the fame he is getting at like now in the prestigious European leagues.
Ronaldo clearly knows that when playing in a league that is still below even though the league is good but it will surely sink his name.
There have been many cases when great players played in leagues that were rarely exposed like Oskar or Hulk to the Chinese league and it only ended with their news disappearing.
2103  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: July 17, 2022, 07:03:16 PM
There is no way that bitcoins were created by governments. What would be the benefits for a government to create a competitor against their own fiat currency? First of all, in many countries there is political pressure to ban crypto currencies. They would never do this if the government would control it. Then secondly all the big central banks are developing their digital currencies. Why would they need them if they could control bitcoins? The independence of political influence is what makes crypto currencies so attractive. Especially now in the times of high inflation it's important to have access to an asset that can't just be printed freely.
Maybe some time in future - this would happen.
But if we talk about Bitcoins  -- not everyone is aware of bitcoins and how to use them. So regulating is not an easy option if the government even want to do it.
What do you mean by maybe it happened there?
The problem of regulating is quite clear when some people in power forbid it because they are quite aware that this is something that is difficult to control so they forbid everyone to use it so that nothing can break the rules they make.
In this case it is quite clear that bitcoin is something that is very difficult to regulate but if you look now it looks like the government has also started to soften and not as hard as the initial prohibition (in my country like that). They know the ban will not have any impact and it seems they will also make improvements to the rules even though not all are legalized but there are some that they ignore for the benefit of the government itself.

Anybody else think it’s a little low behaviour by Ronaldo? He’s effectively whoring himself out to anybody who is in the CL. Maybe he should just do his job & play for Man Utd.

I dunno, I just find it a little cheap behaviour.
I don't know why it seems that the news for Ronaldo in my opinion is too exaggerated.
Indeed in this case he says he wants to be in a higher competition and will join a club that he thinks is suitable but in this case I don't look at all the teams that are in the Champions League because obviously he also has his own criteria there.
A lot of the news is made up like when he said he was going to Barcelona just because Jorge Mendes went to Barcelona whose main purpose was to talk about B. Silva.
2105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 17, 2022, 05:29:03 PM
It is very likely that Real Madrid will win the La Liga title again this year. real madrid have the most quality players than any other team that competes in la league, actually i am a barcelona fan, barcelona also has a very good chance of getting the title this year with some new players like lewandowski, but this is not easy, if barcelona wants to To win the trophy, I think Xavi must have the right strategy and formula in order to be able to compete with Real Madrid
Agree with what you said. Currently with Atletico's preparations that still look passive and Barcelona which, although adding ammunition is quite crazy when viewed, Madrid is still one step ahead of them.
Barcelona are the most loyal team right now even with their current condition, but one season is long enough and I still doubt if they can get through without any obstacles with their finances in the middle of the road and maybe having expensive players there will backfire. for them.
2106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 16, 2022, 10:19:01 PM
It is ridicolous that America has banned a man like Xavi that is known all around the world, he is a VIP and doesn't deserve this treatment.  Roll Eyes

My big curiosity is anyway to see how he will adapt his game to Lewandoski, I think that this year at this point Barça could seriosuly compete against Real Madrid !
There are several reasons why he was banned and it's not referring to VIP or anything because that's the rule of America and I won't have an opinion on that because they also do their job well according to their SOP.

As for Xavi and Lewandowski they have known each other before and they have experienced playing even as opponents and I think Xavi already has plans for adjustments regarding Lewandowski.
2107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 16, 2022, 10:03:08 PM
Rumors about Ronaldo never ended, before were Chelsea and now Atletico Madrid? I don't think he will accept this offer because he was a Madrid player before
You can imagine how Madrid fans will hate it if it really happened, It's the same when last season he was rumored to move to Manchester City until finally Man United became the last choice.
I bet Ronaldo won't move both to Chelsea or Atletico Madrid. He won't ruin his reputation by joining the rivals. It is only a rumor, there is no official announcement that Atletico Madrid makes an offer to sign Ronaldo.

This seems to have passed because now the news that Ronaldo will move to this team is no longer new and only focuses on issues.
But if you look at last season's move from Juventus to Manchester United this will be something interesting considering that at that time there was also no really hot news other than in the last few days rumors about a move to City but a few days later it was immediately officially announced by MU.
It is possible that there will be surprises like this again now.

But in this case I actually still have other beliefs in myself.
I saw the OP had registered his account in 2018 and obviously it was several years ago and of course the OP already knew about bitcoin and Crypto so created an account here.
It would be very strange if the OP liquidated all the money he has now because if he wanted the OP could actually liquidate it in 2018 which clearly bitcoin was still very cheap at that time.
But indeed there may be other calculations from the OP and this is just my wild thought.
2109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 16, 2022, 08:53:32 PM
I think Erik Ten Hag will bring some  quality to the squad, already we are seeing some changes in the team, they play better now with good link up, they attack together and defend together, this is something we rarely see from this united side. With time they will improve and play better. I just hope this will not end like the other managers which didn't end well. Hopefully he will be given enough time at the club to prove himself.
This is everyone's hope because indeed we know after Sir Alex's Era there is no longer a coach who can really bring United to the peak of glory and with Ten Hag now having success in the Eredivisie it is clear that this will provide very high expectations and hopes for United.
But it remains to be seen how Ten Hag now carries out his duties whether he is up to it or will he just become a scornful coach like Ole and Rangnick.

Manchester United have finally announced the signing of Christian Eriksen. In fact, with this transfer, they also announced their transfer policy in the new season. They will go after players who do not have high transfer fees. With this policy, it is not easy for them to become league champions next year. So, Cristiano Ronaldo is right about leaving the team.
The riddle about Eriksen's future is over now and he has agreed a contract although it's still verbal but this may be just a matter of time as there has been some news about medical tests and it's even been rumored that he has agreed a contract duration of three years.
now in this case it means that there is a reliable midfield and it's just a matter of waiting for Lisandro Martinez.
2111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUD Has Finally Taken Its Toll on Me on: July 15, 2022, 10:11:48 PM
When it bothers you then you don't need to be there because the analogy is when you live in an area and you find an oddity that makes you not feel at home there, will you just be quiet? in this case it is also the same when you are not too sure about bitcoin for what you want to bother being here because this will only make you always worry and events like Panic Selling always happen again and again.
2112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 15, 2022, 09:34:04 PM
Barcelona is unlikely to sign Lewandowski this season. Barcelona does not have enough money. And it is difficult for Barcelona to raise the amount of money that Bayern Munich is demanding for Lewandowski. On the other hand, Barcelona has picked Raphinha from Leeds United. If they were still interested in Lewandowski, they wouldn't have Raphinha in the team now. Barcelona will probably sign Lewandowski for free next season.
Their focus was interrupted by bringing Raphinha at a price that was even greater than Lewandowski. I was actually wondering when they could bring in Raphinha but it was difficult to negotiate the Lewandowski issue.
But indeed talking about their finances it seems they always take this lightly which makes this a ticking time bomb for Barcelona.
2113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT drops profitable? on: July 15, 2022, 09:03:47 PM
As time goes by, especially when prices are dropping everywhere, it is indeed very difficult to say that NFT is still worth it for now.
They grow because the hype is indeed very fast in its pace but on the other hand this fast hype stops quickly.
I haven't even seen a good NFT project for a few months this week.
The market is in need of new things. If people are being feed with the same thing for a long it won't interest them. People need different things, and such an effort is the NFT. Initially it feels tasty due to the hype, but very few lasts whereas the majority go valueless. Even now it is possible to see different NFTs around, but to own an NFT that is worthy we need to be lucky or else we should have the perfect knowledge to estimate the market for the specific NFT.
Now to improve NFT again, it seems that there are some who are indeed making collaborations with several public figures or Influencers which people will definitely look at to make personal gains like when I saw Binance collaborating with Cristiano Ronaldo and even Khaby Lame which does have a large fan base. definitely a lot.
But on the other hand, this is only temporary and increases the rating for some time.

I don't understand how you define this category but at least to say this project is bad should be based on what you find that makes it look bad.
If you look at the list, there are even some projects that other people considered quite good in the past few months, such as Matic and Sandbox there.
As for what I see now, it can't be said that this is getting bad too because from all aspects it is now bearish and they will not be able to grow well until bitcoin starts to squirm.
2116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 14, 2022, 09:30:30 PM
It was not easy for him before that either. The Barcelona fans were clearly dissatisfied with him because of his poor play and low goal-scoring record. He seems to be playing better now, but if he does get replaced, he must understand why this happened, but how to prove that you are better - I do not know, because his situation is not good to say the least.
With so many injuries he can obviously affect the performance and make the fans not too happy.
But indeed in this case if we look at actually he can still be rotated because it is certain that even for the attack line there are Auba, Raphinha and Ferran but still this cannot be played forever and there needs to be rotation.
Actually, compared to Dembele, I regret more if young players with potential like Ansu Pati and Ferran don't get a place, although Ferran now will definitely be a priority, but it's different from Ansu, who still has to compete.

Manchester United are finally finishing their centre-back transfer with Lisandro Martinez. Arsenal seem like no longer a rival for them in this race. Manchester United are expected to pay 43 million pounds to sign him. After this transfer they will need to sign a midfielder also. I don't know about Frenkie de Jong yet as Barcelona are still not too willing to sell him. But if Manchester United are ready to pay the amount Barcelona want then this deal is likely to happen. But Manchester United would need to pay a sum like 85 million euros in total.

Finally we will see Maguire on the bench, Grin.
Some source said that Barcelona has already agreed about the price and other stuff, but the big obstacle is still Frankie de Jong personal choice, he seems eager to stay in Barcelona, but then again he doesn't want any salary cut.

https://metro.co.uk/2022/07/14/man-utd-reach-agreement-with-barcelona-over-frenkie-de-jong-transfer-16998658/
I didn't even see him on the bench and the list of players written on the bench for Maguire, but still in this case he will still be Captain for next season according to Erik Ten Hag's words who officially announced that Harry Maguire will remain Manchester United captain .
If it's true about De Jong staying then I think this is one of the wrong decisions, especially with Barcelona's current condition.
2118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: July 13, 2022, 11:13:37 PM
It is a really nice start for Manchester United. We can't consider them great by only an unofficial match of course but this still shows some good things about them. This kind of victories before the start of the season can be helpful for the team to motivate themselves more. However Manchester United haven't still completed their needed transfers on the other hand. After they complete these successfully we can hopefully see a solid team in the Premier League this time.
At least this result can be an encouragement for them, especially with a new coach with new nuances and schemes, it is clear that this will be a pretty good hope.
Even though it's not official and Klopp says it's too soon because their players are still adjusting there is something different about United at the moment. They are still equally lost in terms of possession, but they can take advantage of the opportunities they have now unlike this season with the previous coach.
2119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: July 13, 2022, 10:52:18 PM
The problem is, Bayern Munich are trying to strengthen their squad this season. And they are recruiting a lot of talented players, spending a lot of money. Because their main goal is next season's Champions League. And now if Lewandowski leaves the team, Bayern Munich will not be able to fill this gap at the moment. And so they want to keep Lewandowski in the team. And so if Barcelona wants to get Lewandowski in the team, they have to pay the high price demanded by Bayern Munich.
In this case I see no such thing.
Bayern have indeed strengthened their players on various fronts but if we look at the previous transfers regarding Mane, this is intended to provide rotation especially there are rumors that are still different it is likely that Lewa will leave so there needs to be a replacement there.
On the other hand for De Ligt they also have things they want to do because last season they were strong but they always conceded in defense.
2120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: July 13, 2022, 09:06:50 PM
In terms of performance I don't see a bad one there because indeed their performance was very good but when talking about the Champions League even though they played well but of course we also have to look at the opponents they are playing against clearly have good experience too.
In this case I will not blame PSG in terms of performance but in terms of tactics and strategy they clearly lost.

Yes, certainly the flaws are still in force, I don't know if the problem is technical, because clearly the players are not, with such quality in a team it is almost impossible, however not everyone knows how to deal with so many stars, who have experience in having many stars in a team is Real Madrid, however if PSG manages to master that detail well, it will be an unstoppable team.

If you look at this season, even though it is small, there are some obstacles there, such as when problems arose in the middle of the season between Neymar and Mbappe or indeed some who criticized Pochetino for being incapable.
But seriously, from an individual point of view they are very strong and maybe even for almost all the big clubs at the moment in other leagues they are the strongest in terms of individualism but in terms of cohesiveness, obviously they are still difficult to do that.
