Any chance you can do a full refresh at the start of each month?
I do a full refresh each day.

Ah OK.  From your initial wording, I thought you did one dump, and then just the new data every day.  Smiley

Any chance you can do a full refresh at the start of each month?  (you're late!)

And then each file after that I assume is incremental?

Lightsail services from Amazon are FAST and super easy to set up.
https://aws.amazon.com/free/compute/lightsail/

Sorry everyone, I got the products confused.

While Lightsail is a great service for those on a budget (not that fast), it is only free for one month.

The better solution is https://aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk.   It is very fast and free for at least a year.  It's what I'll be using for my Club services.

You only pay for what you use - CPU, storage and bandwidth, and the free tier limits are quite generous.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.   I am studying to be an AWS cloud consultant.  Smiley

Is there any KYC required to use the free tier? And what are the capabilities of it?

I currently use Heroku free tier, I can have 1 web server running 24/7 and there's a free database limited to 10k rows (this sucks). Does AWS offer something similar or better?

Also, Github has free hosting for static pages (sites that don't require server-side logic), this can be pretty good for beginners too.

https://aws.amazon.com/free/free-tier-faqs/

I don't think any KYC is needed, other than the credit card and billing address should you go over your free limits.  They just sell services - they don't do anything with crypto.

There are no limits - it scales instantly as you need it.  You only get charged for what you use.    Free tier can have you run a web service and 20GB relational database 24 hours per day.  Smiley

Notice the free up there?  You can actually access a lot of services for free for a year:
https://aws.amazon.com/free/

Use their free tools to build what you need (website, database, bots, etc) and then apply for $1,000 in free AWS credits:
https://aws.amazon.com/activate/

^^ It's very easy to get, as long as you are a real person with an idea.  They are not going to give it away for scams.  Smiley

We are not a corporation so I'm not sure I could give you any helpful advice on where to set up your corporation.

Wink  Cute, but I'm sure you realized what I was after.

When I was 13 I started up a window washing service.   Never paid taxes on my one client, but I was 13...

I am pushing crypto legitimacy, but I don't want to police every startup, esp in this pandemic - working from home is the best.  As long as you are honest, you won't attract any attention from me.    Thanks for having a civil discussion, and good luck!
2126  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: aether.org Bitcoin Social Community Platform + Affiliate Program on: August 01, 2020, 01:16:08 AM
If your questions regarding registered & legal information are regarding aether.org you would need to contact the owners of that website.

We are not the owners of aether.org, we are just the developers.

Hope this helps clarify things for you.

In the first post, you claimed you developed and launched aether.org.   So it doesn't clarify, it confuses.

Software development is not something that requires registration where we live, it is legal for everyone to do.

So your country does not tax you on your income?   Which one is it - I want to register my corporation there.
2127  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Lower the Reporting Buffer Period on: August 01, 2020, 01:05:51 AM
I'm using suchmoon's script.

??  You mean I reported 3,274 posts manually?   I'll have to look into this script, as I am sure my numbers are very low compared to users of a script.
2128  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: aether.org Bitcoin Social Community Platform + Affiliate Program on: August 01, 2020, 12:53:01 AM
We are freelance software developers.

Are you asking if we charge tax on software development services?

Or were you asking if the social community platform charges taxes on purchases?

So you are not an actual company that will protect our information?    "We" is just a bunch of friends? that decided to play with coin?

If any of you are registered and legal in any way, post your info.  Otherwise, people would be stupid to give a bunch of kids personal information.

Are there any honest projects anymore?   Sad

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Are you a "legit" business, or just a website?  Are you registered and do you charge tax on your purchases?
2131  Other / Off-topic / Re: Mistakes Companies Make in Their Blockchain PR Campaigns on: July 31, 2020, 03:17:56 PM
When was the last time you clicked on an ad when you watched a Youtube video or just googled something?

When I was interested in the product that was advertised.

We find out about most new inventions via advertising.  And advertising works, or companies would not spend money.

2132  Economy / Reputation / Re: Zazarb unreasonable and greedy. on: July 31, 2020, 12:44:56 AM
The most absurd thing here is that I didn't even try force him pay me more, I just said that by my calculations his refunded amount is unfair and explain my point, then he started attacking me with personal messages and neg feedbacks, I decided not to go into further discussions and I stopped communicating.

This thread is stupid, so I didn't bother reading fully - however, I believe zazarb.  I see the proof here in this thread that the OP is childish and immature.
2133  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump is asking for a delay of the election. Should we do it? on: July 30, 2020, 11:22:39 PM
With the above being said, there is also no reason to not have in-person voting with voter ID.

Reason:  Thousands of hotspots where activists will harass people wearing masks.

Why can't the government digitize the voting system?   Esp with all the verification options available.
2134  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old R9 270x mining card still good for Full HD gaming on: July 30, 2020, 11:11:50 PM
I found my old graphics card amd radeon r9 270x, which I used in mining rig 6-7 years ago

Memory flash!   I think I made most of my later coin with a R9 290X.   I never really was into mining full time, preferring to play games.  :/
2135  Other / Meta / Re: VOD should be removed from default trust for systematic abuse of his position on: July 30, 2020, 03:29:43 AM
OK - new information.  I claim you don't need to trust someone that sends to you first.  Do you disagree?

If you want to discuss that, I will.  Otherwise, your troll tactics no longer work on me.

2137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Official Bitcoin Calculator Release on: July 29, 2020, 01:23:57 AM
The calculator is still a work-in-progress  Grin. If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement feel free to drop them in the comments! Cheers!!

Please allow selection of the date for the calculation. Then I can stop what I'm working on.  Smiley

For example, I could add 5BTC on Jan 2019 with 5BTC on Feb 2019.
2138  Other / Off-topic / HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA! on: July 29, 2020, 01:16:39 AM
NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs return to Edmonton tonight!   While everyone has to watch it on TV, a few of us higher ranked personnel get to watch it in the Sportsnet Lounge (7 floors above the ice and no access to players.)   All air is blown out the top of the building, so maybe I'll get Corona by Conner McDavid!

Or maybe I'll be on TV tonight (2030 MST) if the camera points out our face mask party!  Smiley

WHO MISSES HOCKEY?
2139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should there be any age limit of Gambling? on: July 29, 2020, 01:08:20 AM
Young guys learn the strategies and experiment it to get the best output, and these guys are really lucky. Very few are unlucky and even ends their life on spending continuously without realising the reality of gambling.

If that were true, the old, experienced, rich traders would be hiring high school children.
