2161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New FCoin exchange clogs the Ethereum network on: July 04, 2018, 01:47:31 PM
https://www.crypto-roadmaps.com/single-post/2018/07/01/New-FCoin-exchange-clogs-the-Ethereum-network

first i've heard of this. an apparent 17 billion in daily volume and strangling the ETh chain to do it.

we should've expected anyone from the old school chinese casinos to be coming up with impossible figures. that's what they do.
They are also responsible for all the token spam shitcoins appearing in everyones wallets. I won't ever deal with them or the shitcoins that have spammed my wallet.
I have seen so many new shitcoin contracts recently. They have been created hundreds spam transaction in every hour. I remember they are putting 400gwei to pay the transaction fees and is it having a relationship with it? I just feel curious about that even 100gwei means nothing right now.
2162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NANO (RaiBlocks) the best currency in crypto? on: July 03, 2018, 10:41:58 PM
The project develops gradually, but the price does not react to it, and continues to downtrend. IMHO the growth of NANO will start when BTC starts to grow too.
The same we can say about any coin from top300. Now you can buy absolutely any. And I'm sure that it will be pumped after BTC rally up. Nano is good. I watch for Raiblocks but don't participate in the faucet. And now I'm sad  Cheesy
There are so many small things here in crypto that we didn't give attention and if we know that there is a faucet of this Nano would you think you will take ut or younwill just ignore it because i have seen many stories that it was not available in the exchange on that years.
Remembering those days where you can able to earn XRB-Raiblocks now (NANO) thru faucets by means of solving captcha. Its still fresh on my mind on how did i earn those 50k XRB and just being sold out in pennies and later on i do see it did rise up its price for $30+ on ATH as far as i remember which do really give me a nightmare for how many days.
I cant deny the fact this that is indeed on of the best coins in the market due to almost free transaction cost and almost instant confirmation time.
Those are collecting it has become the next millionaire. there is a lot of blockchain with almost zero fees. IOTA becomes the superior of the NANO. But this time it has been losing a lot of value due to the demand has been moving to the new platform. Zero fees transaction is not everything right now
2163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Exscudo has been launched, what is the value per EON / Exscudo? on: July 03, 2018, 10:37:07 AM
after one year passed finally exscudo has released its products, many investors who have long waited for the launch of this exchange. but it does not seem as expected, if it's just like this, then I'm sure that eon can not last long and potentially will lose its community. eon developers have spent a lot of time and I guess everyone is hoping for something more than this.
But as far as i can see that a lot of investors have lost their faith to the excudo. Remember the ico of excudo has been held when the price of bitcoin was so chap. I will try to speculate the price will try to decrease a lot from the ico price. You can try to sell your eon as fast as possible.
2164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to secure your account! on: July 03, 2018, 10:31:18 AM
I usually protect my account as follows:
+ Use hard-to-guess passwords, large characters, and special characters.
+ Do not use personal information in non-trusting projects
+ Keep your computer and software protected ( up to date)
  + No public internet access
/ ...
Thank
If anyone has a good way, suggest sharing for everyone to use!
But for me i do believe to use the hardware wallet to make my amount safely from the hackers. Never try to clicking any suspicious link because there is a possibility it can redirect us to the scammer's site or downloar the file that contains malware. We need to be careful with our amount.
2165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google to ban crypto ads on: July 03, 2018, 10:28:31 AM
I think that's bad news. but I think that this will not affect the cryptocurrency market.
It is a bad news and this news wasn't new so if you want to know more about it, read these:

Google will ban all cryptocurrency-related advertising
GOOGLE BITCOIN BAN: NEW POLICY ON CRYPTOCURRENCY IS ‘HEAVY-HANDED’ AND ‘UNETHICAL’, SAY EXPERTS
Google bans crypto-currency adverts

But remember facebook has done a similar thing like google and some months later facebook lift the ban from all of the ico advertisment. I might think that google will be doing the same as facebook in the future. it seems very interesting thing. I will believe that will be happened.
2166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ⭐what about investing during [private sale]? ⭐ on: July 02, 2018, 07:57:05 AM
It's a tough question for me, when to join a project?
1) During Private Sale,
2) on pre-ICO / ICO,
3) or after it hits the exchanges

What do you usually choose?

that depends on the project itself. If im seeing a promising project based on my analyzation and then i will try to go to the private sale and get more and more bonus as much as i can because if it will be traded around the ico price and i will be getting a lot of money. The project will determine the result of answer.
2167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tezos Price??? on: July 02, 2018, 07:55:21 AM
tezos price https://www.coingecko.com/en/price_charts/tezos/usd been bad even with the positive news there?
People are loosing the trust from the tezos project and they are moving to the new promising project. Remember it has been a year for tezos and there is only betatesnet for the network and that's really bad. At the same time there is a lot of promising project just like zillia and ontology
2168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much you can profit from altcoins on: July 02, 2018, 07:34:56 AM
I want to find out why everybody wants to invest in altcoins, what I want to ask is, how much money did you get from altcoins so far?
For me personally, i just wanna earn fast money. I have invested in MTN and it has returned almost 3x from my initial investment. That's become one example of how much can profit from altcoin.
But it can give you almost 100% lost if you are not managing it safely.
everyone investing in altcoin because they believe they can earn more from there.
2169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should a person know and do who is going to become an investor? on: July 02, 2018, 07:32:34 AM
First of all,I think one must have financial stability. Have to take risk of certain amount that won't fall any impact in financial stability. What others thing one must know?

What is your opinion or idea?
A lot of things should be done before investing into something like stocks, currency, commodity or cryptocurrency, etc. First you should understand it before investing on it, and a lot of people are not doing this, they just want to invest because of the hype, not because they believe that it has a good future. This is why also there are lots of people that invested on cryptocurrencies are getting hacked or scammed, because they don't have enough knowledge on how to secure it. Of course financial stability is given, you can't invest if you don't have money to put into something. Risk is also given, there is no investment that has no risk, so before investing make sure that you can take the risk.

Yes, i am also agree with you. Some can drive well without reading book but there is risk of accident because of lacking knowledge of traffic rules. So, the perfect one is who read book and also practice properly.
Thanks for your valuable opinion.
 Smiley
But your past experience will have played a very important part at this case. This time how the majority of new comers are only following the trend. When someone dumps a lot of coin to the market and they are scared to seeing it happened. I guess to build a mentalism becomes another important part too.
2170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Favourite coin to HODL right now ? on: June 16, 2018, 10:18:06 AM
The question says it all...what coin has the brightest future and is worth HODLing ?

Easy, Ethereum.

Ethereum is the only way to go because of all it's always-fresh and active development team. I love how Ethereum as a platform tries to solve world problems. If you take a look at their roadmap, they are one project who is really poised to make a difference in our world.
Yeah, I see vitalik actively share his concern in regard of his own Ethereum in which in this case reflects their activeness and passion. I must say that the only coin that could hold really long and obvious is Ethereum.
Because why? not only being used in ICO for many company but there's also so many benefits of using it more than what bitcoin have.
2171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Price is up, volume is down, Is this a bull trap? on: June 16, 2018, 10:00:45 AM
Noticed the volume is still in decline but the price is increasing, could this be another bump before we test $6k again?

I think it is most likely right, if you see the charts than there were a large number of bottom shorters that appeared at 6300 the number of total shorts almost hit the all time high from back in feb, i think this was largely due to the fact that funding rates for shorts on bitfinex/ bitmex had become and perhaps still are  pretty cheap. In general from what i have seen these are tell tale sign of an upcoming short squeeze which is probably thwhat happened with the pump to 6800.

this is another bulltrap. But it has been passed. The daily volume trade of bitcoin goes down a lot. But it looks like there is a reason behind that. Remember mtgox trustee has a lot of bitcoin to be dumped to the market.

It's a bit difficult even bitcoin can't be considered as security. .
Yeah mtgox still has plenty of bitcoin that it could affect the market heavily if just they trying to dump it all at once but I heard they are going to sell it outside market even though Im not sure about that,
EOS dumping ETH also another factor that makes the market becoming bearish for a long time, the silly thing is that they are wasting their eTH to pump their coin but failed.
2172  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bull run of BTC start soon? on: June 16, 2018, 09:58:54 AM
Yes i think bulls will be back in the market in june and august and then again we will see some correction and consolidation before the market goes parabolic in november and december, so basically it is all about holding tight at the moment, the holders will win, patience will pay off.

the possibility is so because I know now the price of  BTC  in decline and in the near future BTC price will go up and can go back up and can get profit then I am sure  BTC will soon bull and run

That's just your biased though and merely an opinion though, the price of bitcoin could go up and the market could become bullish but no one knows when. Just like in the past when bitcoin suddenly go up until reaching its latest ATH, I guess people are waiting for it, although it seems that the whale has already dumping their bitcoin massively so I guess we'll see it soon enough.
2173  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason we pay taxes and why we should on: June 07, 2018, 06:46:33 AM
Taxation is theft. "But who will build the roads" argument is really old and dumb, people are not some stupid monkeys who can't figure out things if no one guides them, there's nothing that can not be done privately and through voluntary cooperation (which is the same as privately). Roads, military, science and so on - all of it can and is done privately around the world. Government is exactly why Bitcoin was invented - you can't trust people with power and believe that they will do as they've promised, and even well-meaning leaders do stupid mistakes that cost billions. Just like Bitcoin have decentralized economy, some day people will decentralize power to the point when every individual will be independent from others.

I believe that it was a theft because not all the governments are really using the funds for the country but it is going on their pockets and that is the reason why there are people today who are choosing cryptocurrency because in this way they can earn more income.
Actually if the government are really good at investing the money they gathered from taxes and industrialize the whole country, they can free people from taxes, but whatever, a country's annual income from taxes are set to achieve certain target and that's why they will never stop taxing us. However, I'm not really bothered as long as they can use the tax money properly, otherwise, it's theft as you said.
2174  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can be useful for a troubled economy on: June 06, 2018, 09:31:01 PM
I honestly never think that bitcoin, which is easily manipulated by whale (as for now) and which majority of the coins hold by minority of bitcoin community can solve a country's troubled economy but instead isn't it going to make the economy even worse? especially when the pump and dump occured, it will be a disaster for the country that consider bitcoin as their national currency.
2175  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: June 06, 2018, 08:48:11 AM
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

if you already have some bitcoin you should sell one or two coins for us to use in other investments like real estate. why should we invest in another business because we do not know cryptocurrency will last till when? real estate is a good investment option. because the value of buildings and land every year always go up.
Not true that real estate or property investment will always go up overtime, you need to read an article about property bubble, things that have value could deflate or inflate just depending on the market but I guess it's not wrong to invest some piece of your cryptocurrency into property since it's also have functional means for living place, so yeah, that's fine.
2176  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin - Can it boost or break a countries economy? on: June 04, 2018, 07:47:12 AM
It really depends on where the country focusntheir riches. If it is goods and services then crypto currencies can help tremendously in economics since crypto currencies create wealth andd such wealth could be injected whitin the country and actually rise up the government's influence over them
Nah, bitcoin is not a wealth injecting tools, instead, it's just like any other currency but transaferable without limitation, whether bitcoin could boost or break economy is heavily depends on the countries economical condition such as market capitalization, how strong the country local currency and many more. But the blockchain technology behind bitcoin could gives efficiency to many instituiton and country, and they are already started adapting this technology.
2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investment is dead? on: June 04, 2018, 07:44:34 AM
Granted there are scams out there but its foolish to think that ico investment would be dead because of it. This would only incentivize better projects, prove successful ones, and create integral awareness and caution in the investors, which just seems to pont to a win win situation.
ICO investment is dead? I think it's not dead but it will surely die if the scammers continue to create such bad things just to earn easy money. And I think, there is hope that ICO will recover if the regulations and security ends up being very good. In ICO, you are the one who will adjust to avoid scams.
Well, this kind of fundraising tend to attract scammers a lot!, see any kickstarter and fundraising project out there, atleast hundreds of scammer has scammed people ever since.
Just curious what those scammers can do except scamming people and being garbage, just a world without them will be better.
2178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Portfolio is Down on: June 03, 2018, 09:09:43 PM
Well atleast you learn from your experience that when you sell your coin, that means you lost it. In cryptocurrency HODL is always a solution, whenever the market falls, this kind of behaviour also that could affect the bitcoin price since if everyone is trying to hold instead of doing panic sell, the dump won't be too much and the price can recover easily.
2179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which factor is the most important for you when you evaluate an ICO? on: June 01, 2018, 09:56:22 PM
As of now, many ICO is launched everyday. And as we investors, we dont want to be scammed by any ICO, so we want to make sure that the ICO that we plan to invest is a legit and has a promising features. May I ask which factor is the most important in evaluating an ICO.
The most important factor for me is the project team and team of advisers. I think it's basic
Quite agree, the team is what makes an idea become real and it's a really vital thing, maybe there's plenty of not well-known people out there that has the ability to make the project success but I'll always stick my investment to people who are professional and well-known just incase to prevent scam or a failure projectm im not gonna risk it to someone else ofcourse.
2180  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: June 01, 2018, 09:28:39 PM
A lot of people believe that for example hardware wallets are the most secure way to store Bitcoin and they are wrong. Both TREZOR and Ledger had some serious bugs. Unfortunately, there is no perfect solution and it has been already proved. Even software wallets such as Electrum or Bitcoin Core had some vulnerabilities in the past. I would recommend anyone to use a cold storage (for larger amounts of bitcoins) and a mobile wallet in case it was possible to spend Bitcoin in a local shop.
Nah not really recommended using mobile wallet, since when you acidentally throw the app to the trashbin, puff, it's gone and the fun fact is, people tend to accidentally delete application, so using mobile wallet will be more dangerous than hardware wallet, however, the hardware wallet's bug that they have is kinda hard to be used to jam people's hardware wallet. It needs more effort than just stealing a private key from someone else's desktop wallet so using hardware wallet is still recommended whatsoever, or if you want total security, buy raspberry pi, set it up with bitcoin wallet and after installing the wallet there, never connect it to internet.
