2161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL on: May 27, 2022, 12:07:17 PM
My portfolio is a wide net. 50% BTC & ETH. It's fascinating watching altcoin behavior in this downward spiral. Some unexpected surprises... Braintrust 😉. I haven't invested more than I'm willing to lose. Though down about 55% I'm in for the long term. HODL !!!
Same.

There's no catch or anything to do right now if you're just holding. I'm also holding and looking at the losses I've got, it's discouraging just looking at it.

But if I'll be calculating all of my gains before the bull run, they're more than the losses that are projecting on my tab. I would say that I'm still in profit despite the market situation right now.

Hello admin I just wanted to ask about the sport booking in your casino is it up now and if not when can we expect the lunch on winz, sports betting is what makes most casinos popular since gamblers can easily predict football outcomes.
You can visit their website and personally look if there's the sportsbook already but if you go through, there's no ATM.

I just hope most of the scam accusations are backed with proper evidence against winz.io as this casino has not been fair with their players and that can be seen in how their handle things around here, not only does the admin to don't answer questions here but they have blocked my account also.
That's the same complaint with the others before you. So, if your accounts have been blocked and disabled by them, there's a need for them to explain the cause of it and tell the reason why it happened.

You guys just want clarity and more complaints have come to them and have to be answered.
2163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a new sportsbook gain trust? on: May 27, 2022, 09:10:40 AM
I think it will take time to gain the trust of fans if the marketing performance is good and the approach is also good the sportsbook will be known to the public and will be used by its users
and remember you must have a license for your product so that something doesn't happen the next day
It is why the role of the marketing managers is vital. They're the ones that will be the first to be trusted by their customers and the community that they're known of.

And then if they're trusting the sportsbook and they're working with them, that's easier for the casino to be known because there's someone behind them that's ready to back them up risking and betting their reputation for them.

If you are making that item on a normal rank game then people would really be laughing at you but for a tournament or major then everything could really be done and this is where OG outshines
I've done many crazy stuff in pubs and that's for sure that your teammates will surely report you if you're doing some not meta items and strategies.

But when a pro player starts to do that, that will be the start of it on pub games and it's going to be just like normal thing since everyone is just following the pros and the metas they create.

I don't think ATF only do this on the pro scene. He is known as troll on pubs so maybe he already experimented that shit before he use it on Majors Finals. They have coach to watch there item build during the game so I doubt that Notail will allow it if ATF don't know the outcome of that newly build item to that particular hero.

Player on SEA is worst than that and they are also very good on thrash talk and blaming when lose with the crazy build.
I don't know.

I'm not tracking their pub games so yeah, there's a chance that he did it first on pubs and experimented it there and also possible on scrims that they've made against other teams.

A practice game.

It's really possible that he did it before but it's not shown through private practice games.

How many projects will rug pull in 2022?
Too many to count.

The recent that I know of is the monkeypoxinu. Well, the name itself clearly says that don't invest on it. It's just made newly and was made after the new disease that's been on the news and currently spreading in some countries.

There are many projects that will face the same fate as Luna project but I believe we are able to raise voice on Luna CEO because he is popular and well known, what about projects with invincible CEO? There are tons of Defi and metaverse projects with invincible team, I think their case will be much worse than what we've seen.
I think this is the worst of them all.

Just weeks after reaching its ATH, the price totally dumped to 100% and I considered it worst because it's one of the top coins and seemed to be reputable.

i will update in 24 hour
What's the update?

Upon reading back pages, the official rep from that site had replied on this thread and that's a good sign that you'll be taken cared of and hopefully the issue that you've brought them will be solved.

As said, they're waiting for your response and I guess you already did replied to them and you're in talks already. Wishing a good outcome on this  conversation.
2167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So my portfolio is down %70...too late to pull back now I guess on: May 26, 2022, 06:45:20 AM
It happened on 2018 when the market too low and dropped a lot which had made a lot of people too wary about the market condition by that time.

This time, it's the same and you're likely in the same shoe just like everybody else on that particular bear market. If you're holding bitcoin, you need to be patient and avoid unnecessary purchase with altcoins that do not have the potential because it will potentially add losses.
I think it's still safe to ask him to hold for the long term without selling anything if the OP only has bitcoin in his portfolio. But if he has a non-potential altcoin then I'm not sure if a long-term hold will bring it all back for him later. Obviously bitcoin has great potential to score new ATH in the future so the best advice for that is to hold it.

I can think that the OP's losses are cumulative from the altcoin and bitcoin because it looks like the OP would never have lost that much if he had only bought bitcoin on ATH last year. Nonetheless, I think hold is the best advice for him right now especially if the altcoin he owns have good potential to come back at the highest price.
We all do have the same opinion about bitcoin's future and it's possible that it will reach another ATH because that's what we've seen in the past. It won't be stopping to the last ATH that it did and it shall be greater than what it has reached.

And when it does, those who have prepared and held for a long time hoping for the comeback of bitcoin together with their holdings, they'll all be winners and so are we.

Just don't sell at losses and if you're too patient, you don't need to do anything but only hold.

Those that are investing all that they've got are looking at it like a lottery ticket.

But, it's still important to remember that there's a need for them to do not push themselves that far. Because as they invest, they're taking the risk that they might not even take in the future.

And if they insist, well, it's their money and investment and only them and losses can stop them.
2171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: needs suggestion on: May 25, 2022, 11:37:19 AM
I’m personally intrigued by the exciting gameplay and cinematics of MK.  So I’d suggest you all to tune in, and enjoy killing !
It's because you're probably one of these;

* an investor and player of the game
* part of the team

Either of the two, and that's why you're personally hooked on that game. To tell you honestly, the market isn't looking good for NFT/P2E games because most of them have been stomped by the bear.

Also, the experience of others looking at these projects that have rug pulled makes them not curious anymore instead scared of investing into newer ones.
2172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 24, 2022, 11:34:14 AM
Yeah, ATF is the man.

He's consistent but if you remember, he's being flamed on their game with Fnatic through tipping because he's very quick tempered and can lose focus if he's being tipped.

That's the mental game that Fnatic did but still they've lost. This new roster of OG got the guts and showed that there is something that everyone has to wait for with the upcoming TI on Singapore.
New Gen OG is something but of course it is because  Notail is the coach and a former member ceb do really give out big impact or factor in overall but of course these kiddos could really make a good damn fight.

As for Ammar then this guy is good on versatile position and situational items just like on what he had done on DK with Aether lens and Forcestaff against TSM in finals
I agree that he's really that impulsive but for sure he would really get used to it.
Yeah, they got the real OG, I mean OG means original gangster that are kings that have won 2 TIs.

They've got unlimited coaching from these two and they're guided properly on how to become champions like the old roster does. That DK with a surprising build has got its purpose.

And as they say, even it is crazy but it is working, then it's not a problem. They're always playing unorthodoxed.
2173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you saved your bitcoins in multiple wallets? on: May 24, 2022, 09:51:31 AM
Got most in my hardware wallet and have some spare on other wallet.

I've been doing this for years and I can safely say that this strategy works for me. I don't have to split it all other wallets like 3 to 5 and a few would be enough for me.

It's all about the management and how you keep your private keys/seeds and if you're good at it, even you haven't split all of it that much, you're good with how you keep it.
2174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $1.6 billion dollars turned to $2,200 - The Luna effect on Binance Assets on: May 24, 2022, 08:16:41 AM
It's likely that the Terra foundation has given a huge chunk of Luna as they've became listed to Binance. CZ didn't saw that coming when the price plummets so fast and he probably thought that it will recover.

But looking at the perspective and recovery plan of Luna and UST, there's no hope as he said it from his mouth. Yeah, he might be poor again as a meme but he's still a billionaire.
I hope LUNA can recover in time no one will know not for now. I feel sorry for CZ, even though he is a rich person with a lot of money, but he has sacrificed his life in the crypto world, known to many people. if she felt relaxed in yesterday's circumstances, I think there might be a private conversation between CZ and the founder of LUNA, if for example LUNA can recover gradually why can CZ relax
I don't want to crack your nut but it's better if you don't expect anything from this project anymore because it's almost dead. CZ is still fortunate and rich despite the losses that he has got with Luna.

The LFG has a lot of things to fix beacuse of this fiasco that they've made. Even if they deny allegations that they've never profited nor benefited from this issue.

It is for sure that they can't change the mind of people regardless of what they tell, a lie or a truth.
2175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding my horses for now on: May 24, 2022, 06:36:33 AM
Usually this is the problem of everyone who wants to get the idea if the current price is the dip. But, you'll never know if the price is already the bottom of it unless we see that it's moving up ahead and leaving the current price level.

There's a solution to this but this would depend on how much budget you've got. I think others have been doing already the DCA on this problem you've addressed.

So if you think that the current price is low and you worry that there will be a lower price soon but you truly want to buy, just buy like a portion of it. Maybe 5% or 10%, 15% or 20% depending on how much you're willing to buy for the moment.

And then just do it again if the price goes lower. This sounds easy and not a good idea for the others, but is there any other thing you could do upon spotting the lowest?
2176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could inheriting Bitcoin from love ones be that difficult? on: May 23, 2022, 09:26:18 PM
That is why it's better to teach your loved ones how to access wallets and with the entire crypto market.

It will give them the idea on what they should take care of and what are the essentials that they must do. You're not directly teaching them to inherit your crypto assets.

But you're giving them a new learning about this new fin-tech that everyone must have at least a background of it.
Rather than giving them the passphrase to recover the wallet, it is good to educate them the way to access wallets. This will ease the process, and surely they'll look for the paper wallet backing secured on the family vault. I'm not sure about others, I've got a file that is being kept secure on the vault. This file carries every detail about the wallets. So, at any instance one can make use of it after my death in a much easier way.
I haven't done that yet and I don't think that I'm on that part.

But I'm trying to educate them on how to do things like making their own wallets, keeping the seed phrases and almost everything that I know. As for now, they're not interested because I haven't given them a small amount to keep.

Someday, they'll remember that when I'm gone and all the things that I've thought them about wallet creation, how to send and receive and how to import the private keys.

Damn, what a journey from OG.

It should have been Nigma that have that tag for "upper bracket are for?". Coming form the lower bracket, they've just made it to the top against all odds.

Congratulations OG!

Notail and Ceb really rocks but I think even it is misha, the same outcome would have come.

Nigma didn't complete there run during the TI while OG flawlessly execute it properly and made a reverse sweep victory to the same team that put them in the lower bracket. I feel that Timado and Bryle are already pressured and can't play properly on game 4 which makes the game for OG easily seal there Majors Championship. Saberlight choked too after giving an impressive performance on game 1. ATF is so good on this tournament, OG can't do this impossible run if ATF didn't improve from his old toxic game. He is now consistent and playing like the old Topson during there prime. Watching the game is so good even if it's already 3:00am in my country.  Cheesy

2179  Economy / Economics / Re: The main harm of existing “Stablecoins” this is a pyramid scheme on: May 23, 2022, 08:03:10 AM
Yes, it's possible to make a stable coin without even real back up of fiat.

But those type of stable coins are likely to get exposed when someone audits and look at its history. Well, those that are backed for real, they're audited and said that they've been registered and verified that they've got an actual backing fiat.

This is what's scary in stable coins lately, even they're reputable, it cannot be removed in the minds of everyone on what happened to UST.

UST is algo-based and no backing of actual fiat. So for me, this is more risky as compared to stablecoin pegged at fiat. As UST crumbles, it goes to show that algo-based stablecoin is hard to trust your hard-earned savings. But it may be the same with stablecoin backed by real fiat, because if it is centralized, the team has the power to manipulate their code. But the crash may not be the same as algo-based. Bottomline, it is hard to trust stablecoin whether it is algo-based or fiat-based, because the future of the coin depends on the dev team themselves.
CMIIW.

AFAIK, they've tried to backed it up with their weekly purchase of bitcoin but it didn't do good. Yes, algo-based or not backed up with real fiat is a danger to those investors and holders that are looking forward to save their wealth through a stable coin.

This debacle that came to UST/LUNA won't be passed by everyone who's been long on this market. It's only built by trust and then they've lost it in a span of weeks.
