We would have assumed that in the XXI century those practices are part of the past, but it only takes a look to the current wars and conflicts in Africa, and recently the Russian offensive to realize that probably the violence will continue to be a tool to conquer people and land until Humanity disappears from this planet.
Even though, we can praise democracy for being among the best options for the people to govern themselves, it is a fragile system which is only holds in place by the assumption that people in key positions will keep oaths and do the right thing. People is faulty.

The best way I have seen is government by the family. When national crises arise, families select temporary leaders to get together to form larger government to combat the crisis. When the crisis is over, government dissolves back into family rule. This keeps government small so that evil politicians can't take over the whole land.  Actually, I am not sure if I would call the United States to be a country under a dictatorship, because if it was one it would not have been possible to the Republican party to take back the house of representatives or the Governor De Santis to win in Florida and command the policies there. In my personal definition of "dictatorship", there is no actual room for opposition and there in the USA, you have laws about civil and political life, which are very robust. I believe that in the best case scenario, you would see your co-citizens as part of your family, but polarization in politics would not allow that to happen. Officially the US is not a dictatorship. However, it's a dictatorship by a group... Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court - and those who pull their strings. Dictatorship might not be the correct term, but Biden is certainly understood to be a king by many people, even though they wouldn't use that term. When making post like this, don't generalize it. Even though you have valid points, I still feel saying Africans as a whole are still in their slavery mentality, that's generalization.
There are good number of African countries that are doing good in terms of development, good governance, honest leadership etc.
Next time be specific and name the countries, this will make them improve.
Regarding slavery, much of Africa has some form of slavery. None of Africa that we see in general news has any official slavery. It's hard to erase hundreds of years of tradition. In places like Western Sahara, there almost doesn't seem to be any government enforcing anti-slavery, even though 'no slavery' is on the books of what little government there is. It's the wealthy slave owners that seem to rule the land, and they are as quiet as possible about slavery when talking to people from the outside. Further, the slaves often don't know any other life. They have been born in slavery, raised in slavery, and for them slavery is all there is. They have a difficult time even understanding what freedom means. However, and here is the big part. In places like the West (the US, Canada, and all of Western Europe), even though the people are reasonably free, they are all slaves to the banks and governments after a fashion. And their enslavement is bringing wars to them, and bringing them to wars, as we see with their Ukraine involvement. |

I think that this happened last year and it has settled the problem which happened that time was effective for many people where affected but right now I don't think that that issue is still in existence so I believe that's why now the problem or the fight between the both country has been negotiated and be settled amicably

The concept of natural law is extremely old, I do recall that even some old Christian theologists of the middle ages argued the existence of an absolute law embedded in the fabric of humanity, etc. But it is absolutely insufficient for modern complex societies. If you chose to control your own life in full, then yes, you would need to live on your own... even in your own world, because the moment you live with others you have to concede part of that control to a set of rules of convivence. You may enjoy a great degree of self-determination, never a full one. In the extreme cases, all is ruled by the " great Leviathan". Natural law is basically simple. It is, "Love other people as much as you love yourself." This law is often found in the words, "Do to others the things that you want them to do to you." This second rendition can be interpreted in selfish ways, however. Before Jesus died on the cross, there was a second part that was more important than the previous paragraph. It was, "Love God above all things." The laws were combined when Jesus died and arose on the third day after. We are again children of God, and we have always been brothers and sisters of each other. Regarding the Supreme court... These Justices have a difficult job. They act for a whole major nation regarding some of the foundational stuff in the nation... the basis for national law. US law is built in 3 basic parts that all affect each other: 1. Statute Law; 2. Judicial law, sometimes called common law; 3. Real common Law, which supports and is supported by Natural Law. The justices need to balance all these 3 (4) parts/kinds of law together. They can't use natural or real common law when the cases are brought to them through attorneys and representations. They can only use natural or real common law when people bring a case to them.. unrepresented, and without use of statute law. |

You might be right with your first decisions,but to me it's not 100% right, I know you came up with this decisions based on the happenings in the country through the government, but sincerely it's not every government (politicians) that is against it citizens, though we know the good ones are few, believe it or not we still have government (politicians) that mean well for their citizens, I don't think we have to judge all of them by declaring that they are all the same and they are against their citizens of the country..
Your second decision is still not 100% accepted to me, but though you are correct, I'm saying this because I know there are some government that can favour the people and can't be controlled because
1.They know the wants of the people and are willing to attend to it
2. They are the government at the top and their decisions are final and can't be tempered with..

The thing that shows that I am right is the banking system. - The banking system loans money to the people. This looks good, because this helps people to grow. - But, according to literally written law in the Uniform Commercial Code and elsewhere, the loans were prepaid before they were even given... paid by the loan paperwork, the promissory note. So, when people are forced to pay the loans again over the years, there is great criminal activity done against the people by the banks... stealing their money through deception. - What does government have to do with this? They won't change the banking system so that this doesn't happen to the people, even though they know that it is true. And if they don't know it is true, they intentionally ignore it, even though money is the foundation of almost every activity in a nation, and the world. - Why don't the 'good' people in government get the banking laws changed? Because government would lose too much power over the people. - Meanwhile, government continues to borrow more money into existence to use in wars (Ukraine, etc.). And it adversely affects the people through inflation... which is stealing. So, the people get hit twice: A) Paying the loans back two times (or more when you consider interest); B) Inflation. - And most of the people haven't even heard of this, and don't believe it when they are made to understand. So, I am WAY right, and the video in the OP is a BIG example of how it happens... even around the world with many governments. |

It uses things that are good, things that were made to be used for goodness... and in so using, evil destroys not only the good, but the evil, as well. In other words, it will take the destruction of everything to destroy all the evil, even though the good will be destroyed at the same time. Some leaders are good by intent; some are evil by intent. That's why we need wise, good leaders... so that they know how to improve the good, and weaken the evil, especially in themselves. Trump and Biden are examples. Trump had/has evil in himself. If he didn't, there wouldn't be all those people who found some evil in him. But his intent seems to be to build up good. We can see it in the many ways he made America better and stronger. Biden has evil within himself. We can see it in how he is using American money to provoke WW3 by supplying Ukraine. We can see his destructive effects on America - inflation - and in the way he is supporting general morality breakdown in individual Americans. It would be nice if these evil things were not intentionally done. But it's difficult to see how Biden's intent is not evil. Same said every ruler, and, in fact, every man or woman. |
