Poor Ukrainian soldiers. Now they will have to live with lost limbs, and try to take care of themselves without funds... funds that are going to fight the war. Anybody have statistics like this for Russia?

WSJ: 20,000-50,000 Ukrainians Have Lost Limbs Since Russia Invaded
...

The figure is [...]

Cool

Of course, there are official statistics for Ruzzia. No soldier has been killed, nobody in Ruzzia has lost any limbs in the war and not only that, the soldiers that went to the front without limbs have managed to grow replacement ones thanks to their great morale in the front. This is the official statistic coming from the same official Ruzzian sources that claim to have destroyed more planes that Ukraine ever had.

~

So, what evidence do you have for your statements that Russia essentially hasn't been harmed by the war?

Russia flexing their naval strength... practicing in the Baltic Sea.

Shouldn't they flex their muscles in the Black Sea? Just my 2 cents (two rubles right now).
Oh but wait, their flag ship is flexing but we can't see it since it's 2000 meters on the bottom on the sea playing strip poker with Ariel!

~

Russia could exercise all around the Black Sea, over and over again, and not once run into any American coastal cities. Baltic Sea exercise gives them the practice they need to cross the Atlantic and attack America.

I think you have been eating to much deer meat lately, but hey, go start your own insurance company with your criteria - I like testing theories.

Actually, I haven't been eating enough ruminant meat. And people who do would be a lot healthier if they ate it raw, but didn't eat any of the blood. Everybody knows that cooking destroys nutrients.

Generally, people who are called conspiracy theorists, don't call others conspiracy theorists. Who calls some people conspiracy theorists.

Take a look at the main stream news media. Often every major broadcaster says the same thing. Their people say the same words, verbatim. And, they call people who are against their views conspiracy theorists.

But when they all say the same thing verbatim, aren't they a conspiracy? How else could the all guess the exact same words besides conspiring to SAY the exact same words.

And when mainstream media calls anybody who disagrees with their conspiracy, a conspiracy theorist, aren't THEY simply being conspiracy theorists, themselves.

It's time to recognize that being a conspiracy theorist is the way to be. It's called 'freedom of speech'.

This is actually new data and is obviously important. The claim is pretty expansive.   We also need to stop identifying specific chems as sole source apps.  that cannot be true.

a better concept is a principle app with useful modulants producing a gentle and safe improvement.  Such a formulation combined with a sound diet could be expected to heal and fully restore a damaged organ.

We need to apply this empirical concept to our whole range of plant based therapies.  They all tend to work gently instead of abruptly like our drugs.

Avocado flesh is one of nature's nutritional powerhouses of healthy fats, but its leaves have also gained attention for their high nutrient value as a natural therapeutic alternative for restoring the body's major organs. In a study published in the International Journal of Phytomedicine and Phytotherapy, researchers discovered that avocado leaf extracts significantly repair the liver, kidney, and heart from injuries. The preparation involved rinsing avocado leaves in distilled water, air-drying, blending them into powder, and mixing them with 80 percent ethanol for three days, followed by freeze-drying into an extract.

Um…. no thanks.

Hey Bud, when Sydney Kraken Powell gets indicted you should start another thread about Hugo Chavez election interference and space lasers and such.
Call it "The Kraken Rises Again, Almighty God will smite all things Biden and Crown Trump as the 2nd coming!" (because Jesus was busy with other stuff.)

That's where your mistake lies. You won't watch the videos I suggest, so you don't know that Powell will be vindicated by Trump (and his people) proving that he was in the right all along.

Your second mistake is not believing in God.  People who were praying for Trump to win in 2020, didn't realize at the time the amount of evil they and Trump were up against. Two of the things they have done are to change the voting methods of their State so that it won't be as easy this time to flip the votes electronically. The second thing they are doing is to double down in prayer, not only that Trump wins, but that the wicked Dem plan fails.

The future is in the hands of God, of course. This is my disclaimer. So, if Trump fails, things will work out even better in Trump's direction for government than if Trump had made it in.

Note that you don't have any rationale against God.

Cool

I cannot argue with that, it seems that indeed being indicted by the Department of Justice lately has driven Republican voters to support Trump, in detriment of his primary opponents, like De Santis.
However...

There are many Republican Rinos that don't support Trump. And the reverse is that there are many common-people Democrats who have become 'DINOs' (Democrat In Name Only). There are even a lot of Dino government people who support Trump. Who and what is a "PINO?" Political parties are becoming useless, as people are beginning to see all the bad stuff being promoted by their particular party. PINO - Party-member In Name Only.

If there is something to learn from all of this, is that in politics the passion of those who believe to be victims of wrongdoing can indeed move the scale of power, which is rather a sad thing to witness from a country like the United States, which is supposed to be a light to be followed in the darkness of authoritarian regimes.

Passion and Reason.

With all the Pinos and Dinos around, the great disadvantage at the polls is that , some States won't allow you to vote in a member of a party that is not their own registered party. In some States, if you are registered 'Democrat', youi won't easily be allowed to vote for Trump. And people won't figure this out until voting time comes, and they won't be able to vote because of it.

Russia Launches Large Baltic Sea Naval Drills As EU Officials Push "NATO's Lake" Rhetoric

https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/russia-launches-large-baltic-sea-naval-drills-eu-officials-push-natos-lake-rhetoric
Russia's somewhat regular drills in these waters are often in response to NATO exercises in the region, in tit-for-tat muscle flexing. Some EU policy wonks have of late begun to call the Baltic "NATO's lake" in a direct challenge to Moscow.

"The Ocean Shield-2023 naval exercises have begun in the Baltic Sea," Russia's Defense Ministry (MoD) confirmed in a statement, detailing that in total some 6,000 personnel are taking part, operating 30 warships and boats, along with 20 support vessels.

"During the drill, measures will be worked out to protect sea lanes, transport troops and military cargo, as well as to defend the sea coast, the statement added. "In total, it is planned to perform more than 200 combat exercises, including with the practical use of weapons."

The Baltic Sea coastline is also very important to Russia as its strategic Kaliningrad exclave sits on it, sandwiched between two NATO members, Poland and Lithuania.

The timing of the new drills is additionally important lest Brussels begins to see the Baltic as "NATO's lake"—as Politico recently referred to it, echoing policy thinkers in Europe:

A resurgent NATO is set to tighten its grip on the Baltic Sea, complicating a vital transit route for Vladimir Putin's navy in Russia's backyard...

"[Sweden and Finland] make NATO much more geographically coherent. The Baltic Sea becomes a NATO lake, which is generally useful, also because of the Arctic's increased importance," said Ulrike Franke, a senior fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations.

1275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase CEO Says SEC Told It To Delist Everything But Bitcoin: Report on: August 04, 2023, 07:35:38 PM
Perhaps the first reason why Armstrong didn't heed the SEC was that it was all just told to him. It didn't seem like an official order. Can it be legitimate that way? If I were Armstrong myself, I would just dismiss it right away, even if it were relayed in the form of a veiled threat. If it were an official communication from the SEC, then perhaps the CEO of Coinbase could have dignified it a bit.

Other than this, of course, Coinbase can afford lawyers. They can wait for official steps by the SEC and challenge them in court if need be.
Even if it was an order Coinbase has all the rights to refuse and have their day at court, I mean delisting hundreds of coins so suddenly was bound to affect its operations and its customers, most likely causing it to fail at some point in the future, Coinbase as a business cannot accept this so they are going to fight with everything they have for their right to list all the altcoins they want, will Coinbase succeed? I doubt it, as the majority of the altcoins out there do seem like securities to me.

This brings up a great point. If it is an order, where is the authority behind the order that anybody has to obey it? They should ask for this authority, so that they know where they stand.

For example. If a cop gives you an order, where is his authority, especially if you ask for it? If he says it wasn't an order, then you don't have to do what he says. He just told you.

If the cop says it WAS an order, well, he gets paid for following the orders his sergeant gives him. So, you should get paid, too. Invoice him. Make the invoice big, because you didn't agree on an amount ahead of time. Take him to court over it, and stand your ground.

Same with Coinbase.

Why is Trump doing this? To take down criminals in the US government, and to see a good country become the best that ever was... America.

The Legal Cases Against Trump Explained

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/legal-cases-against-trump-explained
Never before has a former president been criminally charged—much less a frontrunner in another presidential race.

As the remaining investigation gets closer to possible charges and the indicted ones inch closer to trials, Mr. Trump has repeatedly pledged that he would continue his campaign even if convicted.

Defense Documents

The most developed case so far involves Mr. Trump's keeping of documents from his presidency. Special counsel Jack Smith charged Mr. Trump and two of his employees with 37 felony counts, including illegal retention of national defense information, obstruction of government, and lying to the government.

While the trial is set for May 2024, some legal observers expect further delays.

The case traces back to Mr. Trump's January 2021 exit from the White House. His belongings and some of the documents from his time in office were packed in boxes and shipped to his home at the Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The indictment argues that it was at this point that Mr. Trump committed 31 counts of illegally retaining national defense information because he "caused" the boxes to be moved. While this crime, under the Espionage Act, requires criminal intent, no evidence has emerged so far that Mr. Trump was aware the 31 documents in question were in the boxes.

It appears that Mr. Trump was under the impression that he could go through the boxes at his own pace and keep whatever he deemed personal.

We are finally finding out just how dangerous lockdowns were/are. Though the artile is for the UK, it is true all around the world in every country. The other things that Zero Hedge talks about are equally accurate, and equally important, as well.

HALF of all UK children are PERMANENTLY DAMAGED by covid lockdowns, study finds

https://www.naturalnews.com/2023-08-04-half-children-permanently-damaged-covid-lockdowns-study.html
The Institute of Fiscal Studies has published a study showing that one in two parents in the United Kingdom has at least one child in the family showing serious deterioration in emotional and social skills ever since the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdowns.

Children between the ages of four and seven were found to be more likely (52 percent) to be affected than 12- to 15-year-olds (42 percent) in terms of the damage caused by the stay-at-home orders that were enforced during the Fauci Flu.

Young people whose parents were either furloughed or forced to take a leave of absence during covid were also found to be "significantly more likely to experience a worsening in their socio-emotional skills than those whose parents had not been furloughed (51 percent versus 45 percent)."

In short, children whose families experienced any kind of hardship during the lockdowns – poor families, in essence – were significantly more likely than the rest of the general public to suffer serious developmental issues.

(Related: During the Chinese Virus scamdemic lockdowns, military spooks were spying on their critics.)

Covid lockdowns caused irreversible damage to the next generation

For the study, children were asked whether they had become "easily scared," were "constantly fidgeting or squirming," or were "generally disobedient" during covid. The poorest and the most down-and-out children reported the worst symptoms in these respective categories – though children of all social statuses suffered.

"During the Covid-19 pandemic, children from all backgrounds saw their social and emotional skills worsen considerably," commented study author Andrew McKendrick, an IFS research economist.

Archer also confirmed "yes, I can definitely say that" then vice-president Biden knew there were officials in the room when he got on the speakerphone with Hunter Biden - the 20 or so times that Archer recalls.

Note that conspiracy theorists are almost never right. Why not? Because any two or more people who get together are forming a conspiracy. Friends who go out to eat are forming a conspiracy at the restaurant table. Families who eat together in the dining room are forming a conspiracy. Conspiracy theorists aren't right, because they limit their talk to theory, not conspiracy. So, the conspirators who call others conspiracy theorists, are conspiracy theorists themselves... the real conspiracy theorists.

Cool

In other words, conspiracy theorists aren't the problem. The problem is the conspirators who call others conspiracy theorists without explaining things with solid proof. Those conspirators have banded together with other conspirators of a similar mind, to attack only one class of conspiracy theorists... while at the same time are in a far bigger class of conspiracy theorists themselves, which they don't focus on.
