1301  Other / Politics & Society / Matthew McConaughey Wants To Change The Term 'Gun Control' To More Gun Control on: August 02, 2023, 05:43:20 PM
What is gun control, really? Well, it isn't making more laws against guns. Rather, it is teaching people how to use guns better so that they have more gun control!

McConaughey doesn't seem to realize that better than 95% of the people don't want to be attacked by people using guns. How do you stop the bad ones? Teach the good ones gun control so that they can stop the bad ones... or make the bad ones so fearful that they don't use their guns to do bad.

McConaughey gets it. He understands that if you want to be popular with the Deep State, you have to do the things they do and say the things they say.

Matthew McConaughey Wants To Change The Term 'Gun Control' To Pass More Gun Control

https://www.dailywire.com/news/matthew-mcconaughey-wants-to-change-the-term-gun-control-to-pass-more-gun-control
McConaughey, who was vocal in advocating for change after the Uvalde, Texas, shooting, made the remarks during an interview on ABC News' "This Week" with Jonathan Karl.

McConaughey announced his new Green Lights Grant Initiative that he founded with his wife Camilla to help schools access federal grant money for safety and security.

He said that despite Congress passing the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) last year, which approved funding for mental health services and school security in response to the Uvalde shooting, the money has not gone out to the schools.

He said that 12 schools in the area had applied for the funding but none had received it.

"What are we doing?" McConaughey said. "That's a zero percent success rate. One, way too few applications. Number two, the 12 applications, we went zero for twelve?"

"The government admits that it shouldn't be this complicated. You got 14,000 something schools," he continued. "This grant initiative is going to connect those districts to those billions of dollars that's there, available, and wants to be used to make our kids safe."

McConaughey said that the reason that more gun control has not been implemented after tragedies was because of the way that the debate was being framed.

I'm trying to find any military reason for these drone attacks on the business center, but unfortunately I can't. And a repeated strike on the same building in Moscow City refutes the version of the Russian Defense Ministry that the first drone was suppressed by electronic warfare, these were targeted Ukrainian attacks on a skyscraper in Moscow, in which there are no military facilities. Simply put, this is pure terrorist attack.

I understand why Ukraine resorts to terrorist tactics - because its counter-offensive is failing. I understand, but I don't condone it. It is impossible to defend democratic values by terrorist methods. Soon even its most zealous supporters in the West will turn their backs on Ukraine, because support for Ukraine already smells very shitty.
I have no idea why this building was attacked. There is Ministry of Industry and Trade or Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media is located in MIBC, but it doesn't sounds like targets. There isn't even guarantee that these drones were released from territory of Ukraine, after all distance to Moscow isn't such small.
Anyway, it's fun to see Russians complaining about terrorist attacks, when their country is doing it almost on daily basis and on much higher scale. And BTW, didn't you said something similar about West turning their backs on Ukraine if they won't show significant results of counteroffensive before NATO summit?
Haven't you noticed the decline in support for Ukraine in the West since the counter-offensive didn't go according to plan? Or has the taste of disappointment already washed off Zelensky’s lips at the results of the NATO summit in Vilnius, which left Ukraine in limbo by canceling the NATO membership plan and offering no clear entry algorithm in return? Grin

Do not worry, this problem is already being solved during the special operation, Russia has a very rich experience in the successful fight against Nazism.
You are confused, obviously.  Cheesy
Your braindead war criminal dictator, Putler, is actively financing fascists all over Europe, like he's financing Germany's AfD as well.  Roll Eyes
Get your facts right, you Russian war crimes apologist.

Perhaps sanctions do not work well if Putin manages to finance the European opposition. Grin

That's an interesting point. Russia actually HAS been supporting Nato countries to some extent. But she is getting better in return. Total sanction backfire.

Putin says Ukraine attacked Russia first. This is true?

The real question has to do with, does anybody know how to do research... even simple research on the Internet. If they did, they wouldn't have to rely on the opinions of other people in this forum. And, they might even have some references for the things that they, themselves, profess.

What do multiple indictments do for the indicted? They make them more popular, and they waste their time. But they often, easily backfire on those doing the indicting.

The below article shows that the Deep State is scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas on how to  get rid of Trump without actually assassinating him. How does doing this work? It makes some people back off with supporting Trump, because they think he has already won.

If you are in favor of Trump, don't stop your support of him, now. Rather, double your support.

CNN Grudgingly Admits 'Very Real Possibility' Trump Could Win in 2024

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/07/cnn-grudgingly-admits-very-real-possibility-trump-could/
Writer Harry Enten seems surprised that voters don't really care about the never-ending effort of Democrats to investigate, indict and prosecute Trump over the last six years.

Perhaps people are simply looking at what Biden has done with the country and are comparing it to what the country looked like under Trump.

Breitbart News reports:

CNN Warns 'Very Real Possibility' Trump Could Win It All in 2024

There is a "very real possibility" former President Donald Trump could win it all and return to the White House, CNN warned in a Sunday piece, observing the former president is in a "better position to win the general election" now than he was in 2020.

A CNN piece authored by Harry Enten warns the possibility of Trump winning the general election and returning to the White House is "very real," despite the narrative of critics who surmise that the radical left wants Trump to be the nominee– a narrative wholly rejected by many conservatives, particularly in light of the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) relentlessly targeting the former president and GOP frontrunner…

Despite the continued targeting of trump, CNN observes that "Trump is not only in a historically strong position for a nonincumbent to win the Republican nomination, but he is in a better position to win the general election than at any point during the 2020 cycle and almost at any point during the 2016 cycle." It cites Trump's domination in the polls, as he is garnering majority support in the primary in national and state-level polls.

In general, the only conspiracy theorists who are right all the time, are among the ones who don't make a bunch of conspiracy theories.

In general, the conspiracy theorists almost never go deep enough with their theories, meaning, there are way more conspiracies, and deeper ones than anyone talks about.

The idea that covid is a conspiracy theory is totally wrong. If you want to see the proof, look at the videos starting in 2002 at this site - https://www.bitchute.com/channel/okiFK5CwQrZS/. There are many other sites with loads of doctors and professionals and experts who show that covid is conspiracy, not a theory.

The reason why evil conspiracies fail is, the conspirators are not smart enough to out-think God... and in many cases, people who are against them.

Many people fully vaccinated for covid are now going BLIND

https://vaccines.news/2022-04-28-many-people-fully-vaccinated-covid-going-blind.html
But there is another concerning side effect occurring in the "fully vaccinated" for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) that is rarely mentioned: blindness.

The latest data out of the United Kingdom suggests that a growing number of fully jabbed people are losing their eyesight. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) Yellow Card system currently shows 163 cases of total blindness among people who got jabbed with the Pfizer-BioNTech needle, along with an additional six cases of central vision loss and four cases of sudden visual loss.

Twenty-one people also reportedly now suffer from "blindness transient" specifically caused by the Pfizer injection. This adverse reaction involves visual disturbance or loss of sight in one eye for a few seconds or even minutes at a time.

Another 20 people beyond that are reported to have suffered from a reaction called "unilateral blindness," which is when a person got blind or blurred vision in just one eye (Related: Roman Abramovich recently suffered temporary blindness while attempting to broker peace talks between Russia and Ukraine; was he recently vaccinated?)

"In total, there have been 8,016 eye disorders reported as adverse reactions to the Pfizer jab as of 6th April 2022," reported the Daily Exposé.

Is it worth possibly going blind just to feel "protected" against a cold?
The AstraZeneca injection, which is one of the COVID jabs currently available in the U.K., is also linked to cases of blindness.

As of April 6, the MHRA has received 324 reports of blindness, three reports of central vision loss, five reports of sudden visual loss, and 29 reports of blindness transient among 14,895 eye disorders, all specifically linked to the AstraZeneca needle.

Moderna also jabs people in the UK, though at a much smaller rate than the aforementioned companies. Still, many people who take the Moderna needle are now blind as well.

The MHRA shows that in conjunction with the Moderna injection, there have been 34 reports of blindness and 56 reports of visual impairment. In total, there have been 1,519 eye disorders reported as adverse reactions to the Moderna jab.

And it was obviously not the end of malevolent countries

He couldn't have predicted an Al-Qaeda hit on the WTC (9/11), because it didn't happen. It was a US hit on the WTC, directed by Federal Reserve Bank owners, and other world Elite... and allowed by the US government and military.

It got rid of certain banking records, allowed gold to be secretly reclaimed from Fed basement bank vaults, got a bunch of insurance money for Larry Silverstein, and managed a whole bunch of other covert government and Super Big Business operations.

The Ukraine war is doing the same kinds of things. The WTC was only a test to see what the American people would really put up with.

Both, HCQ and Ivermectin work on covid, and even better when combined. If HCQ or Ivermectin were accepted for covid, there could be no vaccine.

The whole medical thing about covid was a lie and a coverup.

It is God Who prevails in everything. The US, particular the Zionists who control the banking system, are all failing. They will attempt to win in other ways, but they will ultimately fail in them, as well.

God loves all people. He loves bad people as well as good. He loves them because they are people, not because of what they do.
Cool

God judges everyone according to his deeds and all will be rewarded according to their deeds.

But you seem to forget that the best deed that anybody can do is to believe in Jesus-forgiveness for all their bad deeds. So, when they believe in Jesus, they don't have any deeds to be punished for any longer... like Putin... in his understanding of Western hypocrisy - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-FeO5Sz__g.

Cool

May all be rewarded according to their deeds. And it does not depend on whether Putin lights a candle or not. He'll get his due for killing thousands of people.

Everybody will get their due for things they do. Zelensky is way worse than Putin when you consider the short time he has been in office.

The difference is that when you believe in Jesus, and attempt to act righteously, like Putin, the bad things you have done are forgiven by Jesus.

You can search Youtube and find at least several videos where Putin condemns anti-God, corrupt behavior. But you can't find Zelensky claiming anything like this. All you can find for Zelensky is lewd and crude comedian videos, or all the bad things he is doing in the war. And he doesn't seem to have changed to be in on God's side.

You are supporting the wrong side. This makes you an accomplice with Zelensky in all the wicked things he is doing. And if you don't change and believe in Jesus, and prove your faith by what you write/do, you will get the punishment you are talking about for Putin.

Well, I think Putin might lie in other occasion but he said he will attack Ukraine and he did... that seems to be truth from him.

Alas, you do not know, Putin says that Ukraine attacked Russia.

Well, Ukraine DID attack Russia... when Ukraine attacked Russians and Russian Ukrainians living in both, Ukraine and just across the border in Russia. This started at least in 2014.

Thank you. Exactly what I mean. These piddly little examples of barely any beneficial improvements, are essentially disasters when you consider the greatness that Trump was making America. How can you tell? Go to the grocery store, and compare the prices of food with Trump days. Or look at the price of gasoline. Or look at inflation in all the things that people buy.

Trump was avoiding war. But the way Biden is making war in the Ukraine shows us that Biden and his cronies are the ones causing inflation. How? By borrowing more money from the Fed, and putting it into the economy by giving it to Ukraine. If a president needs to borrow money, why not give it to the American people to offset inflation?

How does more money make more inflation? More money means less value to each dollar. Since people don't generally eat money, the value of the food they DO eat remains constant. It's the money that devalues, so that food seems to cost more.

Now, I'll be fair. Nobody can see the future. And nobody can tell what would have happened if Trump had a second term. Things might have gone bad. But we sure can see what is happening with Biden getting a first term. Things have for-a-fact gone bad... and way, way, worse than Trump could have made them if he tried.

I know that you are not that dense. You know this stuff without me telling it to you. So, are you simply a troll?

And you cant tell me who/what created your "almighty" god.
(well you probably will, but it will be all your typical supernatural godswill mumbo jumbo, complete with silly holy babble quotes)
It must be turtles all the way down.

Where was God before He made the universe? Certainly He wasn't in the universe, then.

We have the physics laws of the universe, by which the universe operates. We know what some of these laws are, but we haven't figured them all out, yet.

If the laws of this universe operated in the place that God exists and existed before He made the universe, God would have been in the universe before He made it.  But God was outside of the universe before He made it.

In a simple way, it's like when you build a house. You are outside of the house before you build it. You can be inside or outside after you build it.

The point is that God's habitation is different than this universe. It doesn't follow the laws of this universe. And nobody created God, because God always existed and always exists. That's why when talking to Moses He said, "I am that I am." Even God's name is "I AM," because God has always existed and always will exist.

God kinda likes you. I mean, even God enjoys a little bit of entertainment now and again.

How it is going with North Korea and Africa poor countries, the only nations which are still doing business with Russia,I hope well as even some delegations from Africa did not attend the Russia-Africa summit, from 43 just 17 delegations and they even call on Putin to revive the grain deal as soon as possible.

No matter how long it takes it has started and it will continue for as long as the zones are liberated meanwhile how are my fellow Moscow people enjoying the drones, yet there has not been casualties but very soon there will be and at a huge scale, just wait, that is what will make Russia people think that this war has also got to do with us and will remove their opinion so far that this war does not belong to us.

The bigger war that Russia is winning over Ukraine, is the one where they are holding Ukraine at bay, and are resisting the temptation to make this a world war where billions would be killed. We all owe a debt of thanks to Russia for not retaliating against the US with nukes.

Russia China trade deals are growing, as are Russian trade deals with many countries. Large amounts of  Russian crude are being refined in Poland and Hungary, and are being sold to Ukraine. Russia got Ukraine money for their crude, which is being used to fight Russia. US dollars are being used to purchase it (through Hungary and Poland) by Ukraine. The US is actually buying Russian crude (indirectly).
