Oh no, I have just received an email from AlterDice stating: Hello ******, We are sorry to inform that we will be taking down the site on February 25th until further notice. Please withdraw your funds by that date. If you have any issues please contact us at support@alterdice.comThere site shows a warning message with the same information as well. This could be very bad for CSC as alterDice was once of the exchanges that moved trading activity for it. I had received their email and withdrew the small amount of CSC I had in there just in case. I hope they don't close forever and can go back to trading. We still have a very reliable Alcurex where most of the Volume has been!

Ill get the website updated tonight and find an alternative for the Current chart since that website still does use Craptsy.
Once the Prypto API has Casinocoin integrated Csc-poker.com will have Prypto redemption as well! I'm also slowly integrating the old Casinocoincity(roulette) platform into the Poker one so the games can be played on the same website, and have plans to add Blackjack as well.

I did not know the Subreddit was active i'll be over there daily now too! I suddenly miss my 11K CSC sitting at Cryptsy... I hope you get them back and anyone else who might have got there coins stuck on there. On a side note for the website, Casinocoin.org is now https secured. Csc-poker is coming next. I have the first part of the documentation almost finished to upload. BUT If anyone is design/graphic oriented and wants to throw together a homepage mockup for the website I would be willing to take some suggestions on changes/additions and put them in place when I get my week off this month.

To add to the exitement, .... look what i received today These are Beautiful! I can't wait to get my hands on one. (pm'd on slack)

Are you still mining these days ?? no it's too expensive in japan. Besides it would make better sense to mine a different coins, autosell it, and use the resulting BTC to buy CSC. If i had a decent rig, I'd be hopping and cannibalizing other coins when they are more profitable. That's what I used to do, but I'd rather just set up something small/med to support the network. We need to get relisted on coinwarz again as well haven't seen us listed since the cryptsy fallout. (you can still visit the absolute url for the casinocoin page tho)

What is everyone mining with now a days ? It has been awhile since i've mined any coins after getting rid of my rig.
Our network Hashrate is still pretty powerful at 6+GH right now and I'd like to add to that.

I sent a message asking them to add Csc since the DOT votes exceeds there requirement to get listed. Still nothing yet.
|
|
|
As I understand it....Cryptopia, is reducing their usual listing fee to 10% of the usual and waiving the voting. Probably time to get on it.....its a good exchange.
Link please.

It seems like they're opening up alphabetically and passing CSC. Not a good sign. Maybe they are keeping most valuable coins for themselves.... but fingers crossed that everyone gets their CasinoCoins back.
They've also missed Bitcoin as well so that could be the case, but let's stay optimistic until we know for sure whats going to happen

www.mining-dutch.nlAdded Casinocoin to the pool Payouts every 5 minutes Happy mining, If you have any problems, please message me. Thankyou very much for your support! I believe the network hashrate is incorrect(its mh instead of gh). Funny to see that cryptsy just removed my pending withdrawal. They didn't cancel or changed some status. The withdrawal info is just gone. balance is reset to the amount before, so its not (yet) lost.
Can confirm my last withdrawal request is gone but I still show a balance in my cryptsy account.

casinocoin, You should tweak a little mobile view of casinocoin.org. Logo seems a little pressed together and check resource list - it cuts the words from odd places. (for online mobile view http://mobt.me/J9xP) Ahh yes thanks for pointing that out ill get that fixed up now!

Yobit adds in two days for .1 BtC.....start a fund I bet we can find some people. split 25 ways is just .004 BtC. and they do dice too so should be ok with the coin. Did you do the add coin page there.............also has a free version and I would think they would see an opportunity with CSC
I have done the free option yes and mentioned that cryptsy has fallen and users are looking for another exchange, but I still don't believe in paying exchanges for listings if someone wants to pay the fee no problem.

CasinoCoin had good volume on Cryptsy and good mining M/h's until recently. Surely it would not be too hard to get it listed on Yobit or C-Cex. Both exchanges are more widely used than others it is listed on. Bittrex and Polo would be great but would be more difficult.
I have been sending out messages, the more they receive the more likely they are to add CSC especially with Cryptsy gone. So send some messages if you can! However I don't believe we shouldn't have to pay to be listed on any exchange since they will be gaining revenue over time anyways. We were previously listed on C-Cex if my memory serves me right so we could try contacting them again.

I've just made another request to poloniex explaining the current state of cryptsy. Alcurex and alterdice are both fine exchanges as well we just need to get some volume going there.
I have been playing dice quite frequently but don't want to liquidate any CSC, and don't have any BTC to purchase more CSC or I would be flooding the markets!

We apologize for the current downtime. We are working around a ddos attack on our host and hope to be back up soon with better protection.
Have the attacks been mitigated ? The site is up again now!

The CasinoCoin web site at http:casinocoin.org still touts the support of Cryptsy. Dev, it might be time to change that .... ¿ What other exchange(s) are actually supporting Casinocoin today ?
Thanks for the heads up it's been removed now. There is two other exchanges currently. Alcurex (supports multiple pairs) https://alcurex.org/index.php/crypto/indexAlterdice (dice and an exchange in one playform!) https://alterdice.com/market/csc_btc

This warning now up at Cryptsy:
Important System Notification
Phishing Attempt:: There is a phishing attempt going around prompting users to go to a cryptsy-refund website. Do not go to this website or give your login details on any website other than the official Cryptsy website. There were two avenues of the Phishing attempt. One was via SMS, using our provider Twilio and gained entry into our logs and sending ability via a weak password on that account. The passwords on this account have been secured. The other avenue was via email using the same mailing service we use (Mailgun), but was not sent using our account. It is uncertain where the email list for this Phishing attempt was attained from, as we do not show any unauthorized access to our Mailgun account nor our internal systems. We are still investigating this matter. If you were a victim of this phishing, you should log into your account at Cryptsy immediately and do the following: 1. Change your password and enable 2fa if you don’t already have it enabled. 2. Check your pending withdrawals, we currently have withdrawals disabled so if you see one that shouldn’t be there you can request to have it cancelled. Regarding other issues that have been apparent at Cryptsy for the last couple months, I will be making another post to explain what has been happening in the next couple days. BigVern UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO DETERMINE EXTENT OF THE PHISHING ATTEMPT, ALL WITHDRAWALS ARE PAUSED
Nice cover story...
An annoying one, it's as if withdrawals haven't been paused..

You are right this is a major shitstorm now. Especially if people's details were not encrypted. I believe the most they have is my full name which I am not afraid to reveal. The fact that the website is already offline is very fishy. You are right this is a major shitstorm now. Especially if people's details were not encrypted. You have some sloppy whois entries linked to casinocoin.org. No worries nothing to hide here (i didn't want to pay extra again to hide the details)
