221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income on: July 26, 2021, 11:29:24 AM
I suggest you go to Liquidity mining rather than staking. It generates more income than staking profit. Some are offering up to more than a 100% APY and those are really legit. Yield farming is really a thing in this hard times. I suggest a yield farm called DeFirex but still do your own research before entering.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are the things you are doing right now on: July 26, 2021, 11:26:17 AM
I am accumulating more and more undervalued alts. I have lost most of my generated income in the last bullish market but still my positive outlook in these situation is overcoming any negative ones. Just a little update, BTC has now recovering to 40K area and now being bullish again. Some alts are recovering now too.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is cryptocurrency bullish in the long-term on: July 26, 2021, 08:19:07 AM
Who wouldn't? I saw the potential in cryptocurrency growth within bullish market and saw the opportunity with it. Rather than spending money with games, I realized as a teenager that investing for my future is a must. Many of us are careless and probably not worrying for the future, but with cryptocurrency it helped us to invest easily without hassle.
224  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon's future plans on: July 26, 2021, 07:41:37 AM
Oww that's probably the reason why the price action for Bitcoin today was super bullish. Furthermore, its a good news for crypto world specially that one of the biggest e-commerce company in the world is realizing the great use of cryptocurrency. This news could potentially touched those others e-commerce big or small company to think about this big step.

226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High discount in presale on: July 24, 2021, 08:30:26 AM
Is 75% discount in presale of a project way too high? What do you think will happen to such project giving away too high discount for a presale? Will this cos huge dump or you've seen projects that survives after such massive discount

UPDATE

I meant 75% not $, that was a mistake and thanks for understanding
Yeah, some investors took always get their profits but those hardcore investors do not. They hold until the project got reaped up and that's where they sell. I haven't seen any projects who offers that kind of big discount. I saw 50% but not 75%. It could surely make a temptation for early adopters.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ask yourself about the coins and tokens you buy on: July 24, 2021, 08:25:25 AM
I have been there, yes, we buy tokens with the fine intention of getting 200% plus in a week... and sometimes it does happen, and most times it does not. But apart from purely gambling to this, sometime there are projects out there that really seem to have a future. You have read many times: look at the team, the code, the community,... but there is something you really have to look into and this seems to be forgotten many times: the economics.

- A coin or token that is limited stands a better chance of gaining in value with time. However, if no more is produced ever, there may be growth problems as people think they are out and would rather support some other newer projects.
- PoS and PoW are both payments for safety of the network. Safety only matters if the network is used. - Demand is key.
- The so called "DeFi" and others will not work unless they are stable - nobody wants to owe 200% more next month.
- If you are getting "yield" by staking, that needs to come from somewhere. Either the system is printing tokens - coins or it comes from transactions. Does the transaction level justify that or will it ever?

Just think carefully if you dare to hodl for the long run.
I buy coins for future purposes and hold for it in years not for only 200% a week. I studied these coins vision and look for its creators and the team behind it. Most good coins offers utility and not just liquidity. These new coins who offer yielding with so much supply are very suspicious in my eyes using DeFi and other protocol. Its just a matter of doing research before entering one.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Meme Coin Will Survive Long on: July 24, 2021, 08:20:42 AM
Meme coin? Surely doge will survive longer than these new ones. Doge is getting mainstream views even for normal people due to Musk tweets and influence. No other meme coin comes near doge and most probably even in a decade or so.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you really miss it? on: July 24, 2021, 08:17:42 AM

Whenever the market enters a bull market, there will be many currencies that have doubled a hundredfold. A currency that has risen a thousand times in ten years may also exist. But the problem now is that it is difficult for us to have such a consensus to discover these currencies. If you want to succeed, you must study in depth and strengthen your conviction.

There will be new opportunities in the future. I am willing to learn more about this market and find the next "Bitcoin".
Yeah its a challenge where to find these gems are. I've spent many month trying to find these ones here and any other forum but it still comes to point where WE ARE THE ONE WHO DO our research and judge whether this could potentially reach the moon or going to depth of the oceans. I even tried these payed telegram groups who offers gems+ but its quite pricey.
230  Other / Meta / Re: If Bitcoin crashes would this forum still exist? on: July 24, 2021, 08:08:29 AM
Bitcoin crash always exist dude and this forum never even had a pinch. This forum is mainly consist of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency global enthusiast and this forum bind us all for common knowledge that every newbie could find here. This is where you could learn about cryptograph and current events happening in crypto world. From politics up to announcements of new alts.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how can i find alt coins before they explod on: July 24, 2021, 07:59:29 AM
You simply cant. As said here there are factors affecting the sudden price action. Another thing is that coins that have a potential price rising needs a good news from the project team and probably a breakthrough product added by good partnerships that could help hype up the coin and make headlines.

There are various things that must be used as consideration before try to invest in the altcoin

1. YOu must find the hyped coin
2. The liquidity must be big to attract more and more buyers
3. It was running by the trusted team
4. The project will have a good news will come soon

In my opinion there are no indicators that accurately predict which coin that will be going to the moon but this based on what i have seen on some moon coins.

However, there are several channel in TG who could help you but very aware of those projects. Satoshi street bets are also good one telegram group.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: What kind type of market player you are? on: July 24, 2021, 04:43:02 AM
I am purely an investor. I am trying to find good videos and tutorials about trading but it seems like trading is a gamble. I played it safe and holding any of my investment assets for years to come. It is most probably the best thing in cryptocurrency world where most of the alts are significantly going upward in price motion within years and not just months.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: What event could trigger new bull run and ATHs? on: July 24, 2021, 04:39:57 AM
A major hype should be established. There are many factors affecting the bullishness of market but one big company could somehow start it. Like tesla's announcement of accepting BTC and more institutions adopt to it.
Another thing is halving of mining BTC, it occurs every 4 years and it really helps the scarcity of Bitcoin and eventually helps its price to go up.
234  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: July 24, 2021, 04:34:35 AM
I agree with some of your points and I truly believe that somehow crypto will be playing a big part in the Future. Somehow, crypto isn't built for that. Cryptocurrency is mainly identified as a payment to buy goods and services and not purely as an investment. Its price is derived mainly by its utility and trust given by its community.
235  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you decide to invest in for the long-term? on: July 24, 2021, 04:28:41 AM
I've been trying to find the most undervalued coins in these past few months specially this bearish season isn't coming to its end any time soon. I've found some interesting coins and probably good for holding. For me, I've invested heavily to Bitcoin native coin called SOVRYN. The DeFi for Bitcoin isn't hardly recognized up until now. I'm holding my coins up to 4 years for full profit added by accumulated liquid SOV by staking.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why the hate on binance exchange on: July 21, 2021, 04:08:49 PM
There are several factors affecting this hatred. Some hate binance because of Conspiracy theories where they are trading against its own users. I heard this from one of the biggest trading channel in TG specially the Futures product of binance. It somehow true, where I tried to bought some BTC when it dropped below 30K and wasn't been able to bought some. I don't know but there's something into that exchange.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still use ETH? on: July 21, 2021, 04:00:34 PM
You talking about something that's already been fixed mate, Ethereum transaction fee is no longer a problem and August is close which we will see even better and cheaper transaction fee on Ethereum network, the headache is already over, as for the question you asked many people just prefer ETH and you and I can't change their minds
Yeah and Eth2.0 would probably be much greater to this fixing. It could match the low fees of Smart chain and could potentially bring back investors to decentralised network. The Eth's fee's was truly a robbery specially to bounty hunters who earns less than what the fee is.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why altcoins are rampant in the market on: July 21, 2021, 03:56:41 PM
When people saw the value of Bitcoin, they also created various altcoins. It will run away after harvesting and have no real value. Although these coins are not reliable, there will be some people who are willing to bet that altcoins can explode. Some people who make a profit from investing in Bitcoin will also choose to invest in altcoins.
In such a messy market, how should we invest in cryptocurrency? What should do with these altcoins?
You should not judge and generalized all these alts. First is that many alternative coins are used and have utility that determine their prices. Some of this alt coins are even richer in feature compare to Bitcoin. I know many projects are coming out scam after being successful and that's where our investigative instinct should appear.
239  Economy / Economics / Re: The first rule of investing is saving on: July 20, 2021, 03:53:55 PM
It is fairly obvious, but there are people out there that have written 200 pages self-help books and made a fortune out of them by simply stating this simple fact of life: "you can invest your savings. If you ainīt got any, you ainīt gonna invest". (I admit you could argue that you can borrow but still nobody ainīt lending ya if you ainīt gonna givvet baksh).

The basic concepts that will save you a 15 bucks book:

- you invest so that your money works for you. Even if you cannot drop your job, you can still live a bit better with extra income.
- Investing is sacrificing something today to get something tomorrow. This is just a definition. You save x today because you want 2x tomorrow or in year or whenever.
- The first step to invest is saving part of your income. No savings, no future.
- If you have credits unpaid (other than mortgages or other asset backed credits), you pay those first because they charge you a lot.

And from here we could start speaking on how are you going to save regularly, if it is going to be 10% of your income, or 5% or 50%, how are you going to learn about investing, etc...

This is the most basic step before investing. What happens after you got money? You invest. But before that, you have to know the risks and possible consequences of your actions. Probably the best advice before investing is that, you allocate an amount that you live without and invest it. Each month you should allocate a part of your hard earned income and invest what you can afford to lose in your savings.
240  Economy / Economics / Re: Vietnam Becomes Latest Country to Turn to Crypto on: July 20, 2021, 03:48:18 PM
Chineh, the 62-year-old leader of the country's main communist party, called digital money "an inevitable trend." .
He's probably right. The future is clear and there's no doubt that digital currency will grow. The earlier you adopt the earlier you succeed with this adoption and your country will probably have an edge compare to those who don't use this technology.
