Any idea what happened to the top board? Roasted VRMs?
I'd offer 0.75BTC for the pair if there's no further information or pictures of the innards as a reference for the damage.
I believe it is the VRMs on one set of ASICs. They fried, so now the power supply just turns off everytime it spools up. I was told it can be removed and ran on the bottom PCB just fine. can you do 1.0 BTC + Shipping? I can take them apart and get pictures, but I really wanted to avoid that as the screws are small and putting them back together sucks!

I have 2 SP10 units that have damaged top boards. I am told that these can be run with just the bottom of the two PCBS, but I have not the energy to start hacking away.
I have no idea what these might be worth, I just want to get them out of my DC. I suppose best case scenario, you are looking at 700 GH/s per machine....unless you can somehow repair the other PCB.
Say .75 BTC per unit + shipping?

Fellow miners:
My business partner and I have a unique opportunity that may interest medium to large mining operations. Dues to some unforeseen limits on procuring our own hardware, we have a decent amount of rack space available for lease.
We are willing to lease up to 6 blocks of 50KW for one year at $67.50 per month, or 3 blocks of 100KW for $65 per month. Mix and match up to 300 KW. This price is all inclusive....power, cooling, internet, security, etc. A true plug and play solution at a great price.
We are offering 10KW blocks, up to a total of 300KW. Each KW will cost $67.50 per month, all in.
VPN can be provided for a negligible fee, and we are located in the USA.
A one year term is required, though we may consider a shorter contract if one miner is interested in the entire 300KW.
Please post any questions to the thread, but contact me privately if you are a serious buyer.

KVA is equivelent to KW?
I thought there was a conversion involved.....
Nope, generally when you use KVA you're talking about the rating of equipment, while when you use KW you're talking about actual power usage. Make sure to load each phase evenly otherwise you'll cause harmonics. BTC address: 1KDDR9VrkjXugxrsnT4BjDWbNbyYDwSCC1 OK, you win. Coming your way.

These are 2100w ??
just under 2,000 at full throttle. They become much more efficient if you tune down the power stepping a bit.

I am slowly phasing out my Cointerra's in search of greater density.
All of the units offered in this sale are in perfect condition, with no issues. Each hashes at 1.6 TH/s+ and has the latest firmware. They are from the last batch, and are approximately 6 months old.
I have up to ten available, and am willing to negotiate a bulk sale.
Asking 1.8 BTC, which includes shipping to the lower 48 USA.
MAKE OFFER!

What the hell happened to the Antminer S4 support thread? Am I blind??

Not going to be able to get insurance for that kind of hardware and price. Sure you can. Many of us do it all the time. Just takes the right amount of premium to justify the risk. I have a very large business policy on all my equipment. It's just standard practice.
