221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going down...now at $7,654.85 on: October 25, 2019, 01:57:42 PM
See its the nature of btc that it is too volatile and prices fluctuates from $100-$200 within few seconds as they have dropped now but soon they recover as pump is gain in the market. So we don't need to get panic over such normal drops in prices but hold our btc for long term when we are going to see halving next year bull run will hit the market and then prices will reach all time high and will cross $20k that time.Don't worry anything and stay calm under these times.
222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC still have any rally before 2020? on: October 25, 2019, 01:40:14 PM
We have been having a lot of debate on where the trend might be shifted to in terms of BTC price. The highest price this year almost reaches $14000, while the majority still believe that we might still get back to this price and even surpass that level, some still at the conservative position that BTC will hover between $7000 -$10000 maximum before the end of this year.

Is anybody here believe in any of these scenarios with valid points and if available an illustration that will establish the fact.
As we have already entered Q4 of 2019 and its only two month left for year ending and prices stands above $8000 and there can a normal rise of prices upto$8500 by the end of this year as bull run does not show any footsteps in the market but next year the halving will surely have affect on prices in a positive way and prices will surge in the market so wait for next year in 2020.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin freelancing is dead? on: October 25, 2019, 01:16:57 PM
I am not sure that freelancing industry is completely dead but what i think is that they have suffered loss due to the dump situation in market and ICO's also have been reduced but with the growth in prices and market recovery we the industry will also grow.Still we can find freelancers but the main problem is to find a legit project which litterally pays for the job as most of them are scams these days. But hope they will also move actively shortly.
224  Economy / Economics / Re: Private Coins from banks and governments on: October 25, 2019, 01:07:07 PM
The governments have praised blockchain technology and they want to implement in their economic system and it can be indicator that they might want to create their own centralized currency to compete with other digital currencies but it would not succeed until the fiat is in use as local currency.Other institutions will not indulge in coins like facebook libra is bud by the American governmemt and hinder its growth. So we should not worry about such things as btc and other coins cannot he replaced from the market easily.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your favorite way to receive money as a gift? Cash or digital.. on: October 25, 2019, 12:51:03 PM
I think most of the people who have choosen digital currency as a gift knows its importance and how do they actually works or say the importance of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. Moreover its good to see the increasing adoption and craze among people of these digital coins as it is not only mode of payment but can be used for varoius other things at ease so they prefer them more like an investment oppurtunity compared to fiat and gold which have less return over long time.
226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever been stolen or lost your BTC? on: October 25, 2019, 12:33:05 PM
Recently I've heard someone's speech about keeping BTC on the exchange is not safe. But the same thing may be fair to other types of wallets — it's all about the pros and cons, isn't it?
There must be a comparison based on the number of incidents, statistics, etc.
I mean, ok, let's consider this article as a detailed guide for different types of wallets — there's an explanation, principles of working, advantages and disadvantages — but how do you actually know, which wallet will be safe? How did you choose your current wallet?

Where do you keep crypto? Have you ever been stolen?
I have not personally experienced this situation like i lost my btc and i am thankful for this that it never happended with me.But i have heard from others like they deposit their btc in exchange and are unable to withdraw them due to scams or hackers attacking their online wallets and have access to private keys and btc are lost forever. So its better to preserve your coins in cold storage where no one have access to because its really hurt when you suffer this situation. So be safe as scams are always there.
227  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit a new low since 2018 on: October 25, 2019, 12:18:28 PM
Now some people on the Internet predict that bitcoin will hit a new low since 2018. Is this someone harvesting leeks and alarmist? Historically, there seems to be a similar voice every time prices fall. Our retail investors are reduced to leeks every time.
See we can just speculate about the prices from the past records but in reality we don't know what will actually happen that whether we will see pump or dump situation in future. But one thing we need to know is that stay away from negativity around us and keep calm without getting panic as btc always pump when bull run hit the market and we get our returns. So invest in it and hodl.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to avoid fraudulent projects? on: October 23, 2019, 03:07:01 PM
It has become hard to find whether a project is legit or not because the fraud or scam ones also look like the original one as they have also become advanced. But still if you do proper research and have knowledge about the market you can have a idea that this project is good or not. They generally offers high return in short span without doing anything hard and take advantage of greed of people and commit frauds. So you can try to avoid them with your skills and level of knowledge.
229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should move to BTC? on: October 23, 2019, 02:56:52 PM
Hi guys ! Thats a question i do to myself very often , and it always looks like the right answer. My main coin for now its XRP (like 3000) and a very few BTC (0.005).

I hold XRP from long time but i see BTC price raise a lot and XRP don't do much. They have a consolidated project but no matters what BTC price its still mandatory.

So the question is , should i sold like 2500XRP and buy BTC when this one have a price drop?

I know its something i had to decide myself , just looking for what you guys think.
Thanks!
See its your personal choice whether you want to exchange your coins or hodl them as both of them are good option.Xrp being a centralized coin has many growth and development oppurtunities in future which will eventually increase adoption and prices so you might regret at that time. The prices rise with rise in btc and if yiu want to exchange it with btc you can proceed with any exchange and hodl your btc for long run and when prices reach you satisfactory prices you can cash out your profits.
230  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this right time to invest in Bit Coins on: October 23, 2019, 02:44:27 PM
Hi All,

I am new here and i want to Is this right time to invest in Bit Coins.

Please assist me.

Thanks

Each time we asked the same question and the answer remain the same that its good when you decide to invest in bitcoin when prices start to dump and then hodl until they rise to certian level to cash out profits. Now the prices are at $8.2k you can buy or wait for another correction because we will hit price surge by end of this year and will rise approximately to $12-$15k crossing $10000 zone.So invest in it before its get too late.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: First Bitcoin ATM in Venezuela on: October 23, 2019, 02:25:22 PM
Its great news for the community as a whole because this is the first step for mass adoption of these digital coins and many more ATMs will be opened soon.Bitcoin hepled Venezuela to rise out of economic crisis by boosting its economy and now its heping people living there by providing crypto related services to them. Its good when you can conevert you btc into fiat with the help of atm cards at your convience. But the withdrawl fees will be high which can be a major issue for them but still its good news.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: Global economic and trade crisis on: October 23, 2019, 02:00:21 PM
As countries' economies face major challenges, the biggest economic crisis in history will come out in recent years. What methods will you use to avoid the biggest economic crisis in history?
I am not an ecomonics expert but why are we talking so much about another economic crisis as its not beneficial for any nation as they will suffer losses and developed nations can survive it due to good monetary policies and reserves but others will face huge looses. So we pray that time never come.
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's acceptance in the World on: October 23, 2019, 01:48:13 PM
There is a major issue which is becoming resistance in the way of Bitcoin to be accepted globally and it is its "Volatility".
In the near past we have seen Bitcoin dropping more than 15% in a matter of 3-4 hours. And there are a number of cases in the past like this.

This property is too much dangerous for any entity which is holding Bitcoin. If a company sells products/services of 10000$ and receive payment in Bitcoin, and bitcoin loses 10% in one day then basically company has lost 10% worth of their products.

Scenarios where gross profit margins of the companies are less, this property makes nearly impossible to accept payments in Bitcoin. If volatility of bitcoin is decreased in the future, it would be  a major step ahead.
See btc volatility is key feature of bitcoin that have been in the market from the years and it will be adopted by only those companies who knows it working and use.The company can profit when the prices pump which is beneficial for them or if they don't want to loose they can set up a certain fixed amount which has to be paid in btc in respect to fiat or local currency.Volatility is not much bigger issue but soon companies will accept it as mode of payment.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin can not become a global currency on: October 23, 2019, 04:47:53 AM
There are problems related with every currency and money laundering is also present in usage of fiat so we cant blame bitcoin for such activities as criminals who conduct such crimes are responsible for such acts. The governments do not favour btc because of untraceable transactions and being decentralized currency they have no control over them and they will never regulate currency which cannot be controlled. So its hard for btc to become a global currency but still there are chances when volatility reduces and blockchain technology is adopted by governments these coins can be exchanged or act as a medium of payment in legal system of nation.
235  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020? on: October 23, 2019, 04:34:28 AM
Hy all. How are you. Bitcoin will rise to the moon in early 2020, do you know the reason? One reason is that more and more people are familiar with crypto and the digital world. Thanks. Cool
In the coming time bitcoin adoption will increase as most of the prestigious institutions have started to accept btc and crypto and blockchain technology in their system like United Nations so prices are going to rise soon and we might see another bull run hitting the market by the end of 2019.Moreover halving is coming next year which will reduce the supply and only 2 million btc will be mined in next 10 years which will create shortage in supply and prices will be to the moon.So just hodl and see growth.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 22, 2019, 05:38:18 PM
If any game where the favorites wont win I would think it would tottenham as their football of late has been dismal.
Put alittle on the red stars to take this one from them but with over 2.5 goals for sure! Wink

Haha, you really depreciated Tottenham so much. Although Tottenham not doing good in recent matches but still it is capable enough to beat Serbian side. Moreover, Tottenham is playing at home which gives them advantage (I am not intending sarcasm here Cheesy). I think match will end as 3-1 and Tottenham will win this one easily.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Betting : A big problem to crypto? on: October 22, 2019, 04:38:42 PM
I once came across an article where it was stated that over 60 percent of most crypto transaction were used for betting. I don't see anything wrong with that. But don't you think it portrays crypto in a bad way?
No crypto gambling is not anything bad unless you are related with any illicit activity commited to crimes. Its only your viewpoint that what you perceive in bad or good way but crypto gambling has become a trend in the market and many new users found it interesting and enjoy this way.So we can say it has enhanced the business of cryptocurrencies in the world of online trade.
238  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 22, 2019, 04:27:26 PM
Yes it will be to get out of this zone but it will take some time say in mid of november when prices can cross $9000 as we behind $8.5k and prices today are $8.2k but bitcoin has the potential to rise fastly and in the Q4 of every year we have seen some positive growth in the charts so hope for its betterment soon.
239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now Bitcoin today on: October 22, 2019, 04:09:27 PM

I make a point that today and tomorrow are the last days of cheap bitcoin. bitcoin is forming a falling wedge pattern which means that when the downtrend line is broken the btc will likely return to the price of 8500 - 9500.
What do you think?

some predictions that I have made https://www.tradingview.com/u/pamsugas/
you can follow me.
Thanks.
What i actually think is that we might see another correction before we hit the pump in prices and this time prices can go low but not even low to $3000 as its too low point of prices. You can buy now or wait for some time but soon the prices will pump and we will witness prices going almost to $15-$20k anytime.
240  Economy / Economics / Re: What are some not so obvious things that damage a country's economy? on: October 22, 2019, 03:55:37 PM
Things that damage the economy indirectly.

For example I feel that fast food and an unhealthy lifestyle leads chronic health problems that probably affects the economy not just monetarily.

Of course we can't just deny these people care, just promote a healthier lifestyle.

What are other things that we can change that will affect the economy in a positive way?
The economy of every country depends upon its youth and if they are dismotivated the economy cannot grow or gdp will fall. The basic reason behind this can be umemployment, drugs, poverty, ill affect of social media which is promoting the negative activities or crime rates around the world. The governmemts need to take step to motivate them by providing them employment or training in vocational courses so that they can lead better life. Moreover they should made policies so that foreign investment increases in country which will generate foreign income reservers which can be used for development purposes.
