221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: December 03, 2019, 09:19:48 PM
In recent time cryptocurrency is not in a good shape. Many peoples are losing their money because of fraud but bitcoin is in a good shape and I hope in the year of 2020 bitcoin price will rise more.So it is the high time to invest bitcoin.
Welcome to the decentralized market, where you can see all kinds of good and bad projects. But the positive thing is, all you have to do is stay away from the bad. lol

You are right in your choice, the theme 2020 is related to BTC and if there is an increase, it will start from BTC first.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS on: December 03, 2019, 08:56:33 PM
Unfortunately it is. When someone in the telegram group asks a question about distribution they behave as if they do something shameful when he is a bounty hunter. I think it is the fault of these hunters, because they value projects more than they have, and projects think they have accomplished something bigger. Also, the lack of an "address" to complain is another factor that makes us powerless. Mistakes against hunters is often unrequited.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Altcoins do it alone ? on: December 02, 2019, 10:40:48 PM
We have often witnessed that the growth of altcoin is associated with the growth of bitcoin as whenever there is a pump in the value of bitcoin we have witnessed green days for altcoins too but how long will altcoins be dependent on bitcoin? Do you think altcoin can do it alone and have it's own pump and dump without being dependent on bitcoin? What will it take for altcoin to prosper without bitcoin's involvement?
Check the altcoins, how many of them can you get with USD? the amount can be count with fingers. That is why the price of most of the altcoins in the market is calculated by BTC, so the decrease or increase in its price immediately affects altcoins. Also, BTC decrease also causes to a psychological decrease, and the value of the altcoins may drop against BTC.

Their independent movement seems difficult at the present time. But we can see their opposite movements, which is possible when their reverse movement is stronger. If you check out altcoins' prices with BTC, you understand what I am trying to say.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of some Deflation tokens on: December 02, 2019, 10:09:37 PM
Deflation tokens also known as self destroying tokens are quite a new entered concept in crypto where supply decreases with the time and price is speculated to go higher if demand remains at least the same.
For example BOMB.
BOMB is one of those deflationary tokens where there is no real product and admins are just hyping the token over the concept of deflation. Have a look at twitter handle
twitter.com/bombtoken
Point for all the talk is these projects are just a waste of time and funds if you dont have any real product and rely on just creating hype.
And another lesson is these things cannot work and this concept is failed with no real product.
There is nothing to keep this project alive. The method of making money from each other, this method continues to some point and when the time comes, it explodes in someone's hands. I am sure there will be new and greedy ones at the explosion point, because the veterans know how to trade with such projects. Maybe the price increase may seem attractive to someone, but never be fooled. Absolutely and definitely stay away!
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Just a thought about bounties and bounty managers on: December 02, 2019, 09:47:58 PM
Yes, but also reputable bounty manager is not a warranty that you will receive your tokens.
I do not think so. Reputable BMs are not stupid enough to sell the trust they have collected over the years for a few bucks. In addition, they always know how to do their jobs well and not trust anyone. Therefore, they request that the sufficient amount be kept in escrow.

Generally speaking you are right, but I have met enough bounty managers that just scammed hunters after the end. Furthermore, not all bounty projects are managed by famous managers on this forum, a lot of bounties are held by their teams.
It is possible to face all kinds of BM in this forum, even one of the project developers can manage the bounty. It is good to stay with the reliable ones, they essentially work with good projects and they are safe enough.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A piece of an advice on: December 02, 2019, 09:24:53 PM
The money is yours, the choice is yours. By investing this in the "blind" research of others you take big risks or by doing your own research you take smarter risks. Almost everything in the community is paid, why should someone share with you the research that he has done for months for free? There are members like this around, but as they mix among other noobs, it is hard to choose. It is best to bear the consequences of your own mistakes.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10.000 Euro longterm (2-3 years) - in what 2 altcoins should i invest? on: December 02, 2019, 08:51:49 PM
Hello,

if i had 10.000 Euro, in which 2 altcoins would you invest longterm (for the next 2-3 years)?

I thought about investing 5.000 Euro in Ethereum and 5.000 Euro in Iota, or do you find two other coins more reasonable?

If I have already invested 10k on BTC (should always be a priority), I would diversify the other 10k between ETH and others. Like BTC, ETH is a altcoin that should be included in every portfolio. I would diversify the rest between top altcoins (this includes LTC, ATOM, IOTA, ADA, XLM, XMR and etc.). The more coins the investment is divided into, this means the less risk and better quality portfolio for me.
228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Help in Trading on: December 01, 2019, 11:20:03 PM
I am trying to secure my gains by doing this. I have an exchange that I use. I convert from FIAT To BTC
I will exchange USD to BTC when I see Green and when it goes red i try to secure those gains by going back to USD

Still seems i am not earning. numbers keep going down. what am i doing wrong? suggestions please?
You may not have done the transactions on time. Perhaps, the price has risen 5% today and you just invested at the end of this increase. You need to get BTC from the down and sell from high. Or the amount is very small and earnings are spent on trading fees. Anyway, gather more information about trading, you will perceive mistakes as your knowledge increases.
229  Economy / Economics / Re: Does halving really create deflation? on: December 01, 2019, 10:38:16 PM
So, the question is, does the Halving event actually cause deflation, or is it just some bullshit theory?
Nothing to be overrated, each theory is bullshit unless we consider it as a major innovation. Such news appeal to the community and when we see it as a high grade innovation, we buy and price rises. Halving is also an innovation like this, and when that happens, it will be more difficult to mine BTC, and looks that will be enough for market to be affected.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You think that governments might adopt cryptocurrencies to replace fiat currency on: December 01, 2019, 10:16:39 PM
Currently, in this day and age, all governments around the world have adopted fiat currencies as a means for its citizens to trade with one another and to trade with other nations around the world. However, would it be possible for in the future for governments around the world to create a cryptocurrency as a means of trade to replace fiat currency?

I can see that fiat currency has many flaws as all types of currencies before it, but with the new “government cryptocurrency” would it be able to solve the problems that fiat currency has and make a better economy? I’m not really sure myself as I can’t really predict the future.

Considering that fiat currency replaced all the previous currencies before it, would cryptocurrency replace fiat currency in the future?

Before paper money, there was another payment method that people used to. Cryptocurrencies will also be used, as paper money is used because it is better than previous. Obviously, I doubt that governments will choose one of the crypto's on the today's market. I think the money of the future will be the digital variant of the current money created by them. Or Bitcoin, who knows...
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Top 5 Staking Tokens on: December 01, 2019, 09:46:40 PM
I'd be more interested to see cheap coins for staking though. Probably less than $0.10 of a price will be more suitable since I don't have much budget for it. People are less trusting to altcoins and I'm just one of them. $200 is probably just the max I would spend to stake tokens for a passive income generator altcoin. OP should have mention the minimum requirements for each coin. ICON (ICX) is the closest cheap coin so far.
You can choose Algorand with a price of $0.26 and an annual gain of 12-14%. The minimum deposit is 2 ALGO, which is almost $0.52. With an investment of $200 this is almost around $28. IMO if you do not want to take risk with more money, do not try it. Try trading instead.

I've never done this before but I'm interested on staking with altcoins now. I do trade on altcoins and fairly gets enough with it, and honestly losses from it is very much low compared when trading with mainstream coins. I got to decide which coin I would prefer the staking but more likely with Komodo it is a bit interesting than the ICX though. But I'll just get the minimum requirements, if I get satisfied with it then why not try maximum?  Sometimes you gotta see the vacant lot behind the building.
Also, consider the risks. The amount you deposit is frozen for a year and there is a possibility that the price of altcoin may fall during this time period.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to zero? This guy is dreaming! on: December 01, 2019, 09:22:44 PM
Anti-crypto campaigner and perennial Bitcoin basher, Nouriel Roubini, is at it again. But this time around, he’s after Ethereum (ETH). According to a tweet by “Dr. Doom,” Ethereum is still a long way from its “fundamental value” of $0. Just like his previous criticism on Bitcoin, Roubini is certain that in the long run, ETH will hit a $0 price mark.

For some time now, Dr. Doom has been bashing cryptocurrency with his skepticism of several financial markets, including bitcoin.

Maybe he thinks he can achieve something with this step, let him think. We can not condemn anyone for his personal opinion. And if some are badly affected, let the poor ring to pop.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a question on: December 01, 2019, 12:12:05 AM
Can someone pls answer this question? presently the problem of decentralized exchange is liquidity and enough volume, if people start leaving cex for dex will the volume increase ? if Yes then what is stopping people? because dex exchanges is the perfect answer to stolen fund on exchanges and exchange scam exits
Simply yes, the volume of CEX will flow to DEX. But the main problem is to direct the community to DEX, if so, they will develop not only in volume and liquidity, but in every subject. On the other hand, the majority do not change a god like Binance to any DEX. They have a option like making easy money in Binance, but DEX does not offer a option like this.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum staking concept 2020 (Proof of stake) on: November 30, 2019, 11:17:53 PM
If developers can achieve this, we will surely see more robust ETH and price. Already those who interested in staking recently began to increase, everyone wants to make money from the easy way like this. Being best in this regard will affect the demand, and that means a solid future. Lets not touch the wallet and wait for the brighter next year for it.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors are getting smarter but why not developers???? on: November 30, 2019, 10:47:13 PM
If the developers consider about the project except making money, maybe they can succeed. Everything is fine until the money is collected, promises are given, everyone is treated well, but the result ends with the listing in shit exchange and the disappearance of group admins. I agree, maybe they do not have enough money, but that does not mean they can bankrupt project. This should not be the case if they value their own projects.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just earned my first 9$ in Bitcoin Cash, how can I grow it? on: November 30, 2019, 10:23:17 PM
It is impossible for $9 money to grow in a short time by trading, maybe it can happen if you really are a protrader. If you want to make money fast with $9, you better browse the gambling section, there you will find a variety of gambling sites to play but remember it's worth the risk you get later.
I do not think so. Gambling is not the right orientation. If he trades patiently from the right way, can succeed as time goes on. Also, $9 may be less for you and me, but in some countries $2-3 is enough to live even per month. If he lives in one of these countries, can cover own expenses with little tradings and can continue to trade with the remaining amount.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When next bull run happen?? on: November 29, 2019, 11:32:01 PM
what you think guys , before halving , after halving , no bull run
The price in the old ones increased after halving. However, there is always the possibility that the old ones will not repeat in this uncertain market. I think the price will increase before halving, then this increase will slow down a bit (maybe it may decrease) and then it will increase again. Nevertheless, this is a prediction based on nothing, and we must wait for having time.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a scam attempt? Or Nothing to panic? on: November 29, 2019, 10:47:56 PM
I do not want to give any idea until the situation is clear, because there were also problems with idax recently, but it was solved. At that time everyone started to declare that idax was scam, but at the end they were ashamed.

Therefore, we all suggest that you should not keep money in the exchange. No matter how much these events happen, there are still those who lost their money.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it time to buy Basic Attention Token (BAT)? on: November 29, 2019, 10:20:01 PM
Is it time to buy Basic Attention Token (BAT)?
You are too late for this question, you should have gotten it when brave was announced. Look at Brave, not only you, but millions of users use it. The next increase will continue slowly as time passes by, depending on the development of the brave and the market. BAT is a successful project and should be tried to invest in long term.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signal Premium?? on: November 29, 2019, 09:32:30 PM
Is it profitable to join the premium trading signal ??  I was offered by my friend to join him on the note having to pay a few dollars, I am still doubtful about this but I want to get into the premium signal once to find out the trade in it.
If you are looking for more resources for spot trading, then yes. More option is more successful trade. But if you want to join premium signal groups because you think it is effortless, my answer is no. Do not think that the signal groups are not going to provide continuous gains. You also should know how these signals work.
