441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China's President Xi Jinping said, Blockchain is vital for China’s future. on: October 30, 2019, 02:56:07 PM
President Xi Jinping in his Thursday speech said, Blockchain is vital for China’s future. Following this statement, the Chinese tech share prices surged.

Read here: https://coinpedia.org/news/xis-accelerated-blockchain-adoption-pumps-chinese-shares/
We have been saying this for years, but no one shared about us. lol

China is one of the governments that economy has been rising, and if they do not want to limit this increase, they should choose the best. The important issue that interests me is mass adoption, it is progressing well, there is no longer anyone who has not heard about cryptocurrency after the latest news.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China can easily launch a coin while Facebook is having a hard time on: October 30, 2019, 02:29:15 PM
All the talks this week are all about China launching its own coin, they can easily do that because China's main man Xi Jinping is the one who wants China to create one, while Facebook's Libra coin is having a hard time to convince the Congress to let them launch Libra Coin,

It's different between the two coins, one will launch easily while the other is having a hard time with the regulator
On a positive note, I think China's plan will be considered of those who are opposing Facebook plans to launch their coin but of course, it
will be highly regulated compared to China's coin who will be under the supervision of China's Central bank.

What's your thought on this?
Libra and the Chinese government are not competing with each other. That is why Libra's issues are not an advantage for China. These two coins will help us no more than mass adoption. Indeed, I think that will be enough for us, we will do the rest ourselves. Already both will be coins managed by someone, which is not what we want.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't let Margin Trading make you poor! on: October 30, 2019, 02:04:39 PM
So Binance introduced margin trading up to x125! Great for some, horrible for most. Why? Because this is an open market and people without experience can actually go ahead and borrow Bitcoin without knowing half of what's going on.

For that reason, I wrote an article to give a good introduction to margin trading, Bitcoin lending, as well as Bitcoin borrowing (if you wanna make some passive income). It's by no means that the best post on the topic, but it does give a really good overview.

You can read it here and decide if going down the margin road is the best thing you can do: https://paybis.com/blog/bitcoin-lending/
Margin trading requires long-term experience and large amount of money. If you trade a small amount of money with 125x leverage, the reverse operation will immediately reduce your balance to zero. An inexperienced person should not take this risk and give superiority to learning. The 125x is so big and not appropirate for this kind of volatile market.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Do We Still Have Legit Altcoin Bounties? on: October 30, 2019, 12:02:49 PM
A friend introduced me here with the aim if doing Marketing and promotion for ICO & IEO companies to earn some funds however, my research got me so much discouraged as I noticed most of the ICO projects I intend to work with as planned are scam. As a result of this incident I have spent all my time here earning nothing at the moment though I have picked interest on trading. It will be my pleasure if anyone can actually tell me the means or platform where I can get real and legit project to work with. I can work perfectly as Community Manager, Ambassador, Marketing and Promotion etc.
You should be active in the bounty section for what you are looking for. Even if most bounty is not scam, the reward given is worthless. Therefore, the listed ones are better in every matter. Bounties like this are not always available, that is why you should always be active to find them. There are even those who pay fix USD. Consider the time you have lost so far as the experience gained and try to be more careful.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What projects have received approval from the state: licenses or other permits? on: October 29, 2019, 03:11:34 PM
Are there any projects that have received official approval from the state? Any country. License for money transfers or license to the technology. Any projects, any country, any permits - you know, one of those projects?

Thank you

446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People are to be blame for what happened to them on the internet on: October 29, 2019, 02:35:03 PM
When it comes to money people like trying out things the way they see fit, try first learn later is the rules of newbies and thats why they always get scammed easily, HYIP, Pyramid Scheme, as dangerous and alarming these two are people still join them till date, both crypto and internet is not the evil here, people are to be blame for what happened to them
You are absolutely right. People are actually scammed by their greed. Scam projects always make appetizing promotions and those who believe in it are mostly inexperienced. When this inexperience is combined with greed, the result is usually loss. However, they should not think about how I can make a profit, but how not to lose my investment. At that case, the result is completely different.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why will you invest in something you know nothing about? on: October 29, 2019, 01:04:18 PM
Please stop your whining here if your friend dont know nothing about blockchain and crypto then teach him so he can be independent

Don't let them invest in what they don't know about

how can you invest into somthing if you have no clue about what are you investing in at first place or is just about 21st century beg??
If any friend of mine who does not know about crypto asks what this is, I always talk bad about it. If s/he can still prove to me that s/he is concerned, I am going to tell him/her about its good sides. I always remind her/him how risky the trade is. So I prepare her/him for the worst, and do not be too upset if s/he is gonna lose all her/his money in the future.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between ICO's and IEO's on: October 29, 2019, 11:52:55 AM
What is the difference between ICO's and IEO's
Do not look for the difference between these. Instead, pay attention to projects and their teams, why should type of sales be so important? Sales is the last step, so you should pass the previous steps. All this means one thing: No matter what the project is, the important thing is that how much you will earn after the sale is finished.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when a project fails you as abounty hunter or investor on: October 29, 2019, 10:52:43 AM
As an investor or bounty hunter, you have dedicated either your funds or time for a pjoject and it turns out to be a fail project, what next?

Many at times we have come across this situations and I see a lot of negative posts from different bodies about this projects, y? Because people are hurt and have lost precious time and capital.

I suggest that whenever this situations arise, rather than telling the whole world how you messed up, tell yourself never again and pick up your pieces, go back to the drawing board and never repeat 🔂 that same action that lead you to following and supporting a failed / scam project in the first place.

Beware guys!
Actually, we do not say anything. Why should we? We want regulation in the system which we also want freedom, but both can not be in the same place. I am personally on the side of freedom, and if I am scammed, it is because of me so, I do not have enough experience. Most scammed ones are newbies, if they want to learn instead of greed, they will not be scammed.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What to expect now? on: October 29, 2019, 09:58:43 AM
Should we expect a big dump this week ?
Why should you expect a dump? By the end of this year, such an increase was expected. You should start dreaming of better prices for next year. Expected halving will have a good impact on the price. at least until halving the price will go above $15k. I do not think altcoins will remain the same in this time frame. Just invest and wait.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coming Soon: China's Own Cryptocurrency on: October 29, 2019, 09:35:54 AM
I know that some will be arguing that what China is cooking right now is not actually a real cryptocurrency due to its centralized and state-controlled nature. But what the heck, China is the next world superpower and it is seeing the vision of using cryptocurrency to further its entrenched economic position all the world.

I am seeing a great potential of this coming state cryptocurrency to be utilized in transacting business with China or in eCommerce department, and this is a huge potential. Jack Ma must already be thinking something how to exploit this great opportunity.

I have heard that China wants to create its own coin a few months ago, not now. They talked about Blockchain technology, and that does not mean they will create new own cryptocurrency. Or I am wrong, but where did you hear about this?

Are you seeing what I describe here? China is conquering the globe without using any sword...
Persia also created coins based on gold, but what happened? they could not even conquer themselves. Probably the problem was in Persia. Tongue
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TAKE A BREAK! on: October 29, 2019, 09:04:13 AM
You have tried so hard investing in different ICO and IEO without any success, you have lost at every investment you made, it is time to take a break. You have participated in hundreds of bounty campaigns without anything to show for it, it is time to take a break. You have been a bounty manager for years now buy every campaign that you have managed has ended up a scam or shit, it is time for you to take a break. Though some may advise you to try harder but i put it to you take a break, you cannot live all your life trying harder. Maybe you need to enjoy the forum for some times making necessary research and reading through every quality post to learn necessary things. You can also try your hands on other things. Get things straight, no matter how hard we try, we cannot all succeed in the crypto sphere. As an investor, stop loss. As a bountyhunter save your time for something reasonable. As a bounty manager, i know your integrity is important to you.

          Take a break!

If you are in crypto sphere, taking a break for a few days throws you back a few days, so you should not sleep at night. The gap reminds each trade that some pieces are not. You are right what you say about the bounty hunter or the manager, but we can not relate it to trade.
Lets not take a break altogether!
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin is the most reliable? on: October 29, 2019, 08:41:02 AM
Surely it has to be USDC being backed by Coinbase, it's the one I trust most anyway.
Today it is possible to find dozens of coins in the stablecoin market. They all say it is backed up with the USD, but we do not really know whether that is true. Even Binance has recently created his own stablecoin. I do not know, but I suggest everyone be careful. I have used them few times so far and I do not recommend them to anyone. When the time comes, one of them will explode, so I hope you will not be there.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin's price is disappointing!!! on: October 28, 2019, 01:21:25 PM
Why Altcoin has not been priced where Bitcoin Stable has been in the same place for a long time.
There is an easy answer : nobody wants.
What affects prices: demand and supply and if the prices still do not change positively, then there is no demand. As it seems recently, there is demand just for BTC. 30-40% increase in price in a short time proves what I said.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run / wishful think ? on: October 28, 2019, 12:51:18 PM
well, i dont believe that .
i just think with my logic, how people, or whales or big investor or whatever their name, will put their money to the crypto market easily without think first, or even if they think first, did they will think about consequence from their action ?
maybe mass sell will come from another side who have been waiting that moment.
just because end of the year will come and u think bull will comes too ?
or someone can explain me about bull run signal or whatever u call that, because i totaly think that just no more than wishfull think.
Bullrun does not mean bull runs at CMC, of course. If you look at it, we are the one who determines, decreases, raises the price, but price never satisfies us. Technical and fundamental analysis is also something we invented from ourselves. They are just something psychologies accepts together, if you do not think like everyone else, you lose.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC&ALTS price direct proportional? on: October 28, 2019, 12:04:33 PM
Teach me some crypto history. Did alts price rise in the past when BTC was rising or are there any other patterns showing up?
Everybody's talking about altseason but i'm not sure if i understand the term correctly.

457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: October 28, 2019, 11:40:11 AM
How to choose a good investment project
I understand that many of us do not suggest investing in ICO but I have to say not every ICO scam, invest in IEO no matter  the  exchange is, it is better than investing in ICO.
However, these steps help to judge the project.
1.   The team behind the project, it is extremely important to see who guides the project, experiments, are they able to implement the road map.
2.   The idea of the project, what the project solve, is the project can change something or introduce something new.
3.   What has been done and are there any steps the team is taking to prove credibility.
4.   Is the project is ICO or IEO, IEO will be better.
5.   How many exchanges the project listing.
6.   The type of the exchanges(however this is not issues as some project cannot go with top exchanges, top exchanges required a lot money).
7-     check (twitter, facebook, telegram, website metrics).
8-     It will be good if the project has ann on bitcointalk forum.
9-     Pay attention to what the team promised, it should not be far from reality or promises to enrich or quick profit (such as 200% profit).
10-   Look for old project in the market at least 3 month old.

To me, having a good team and whitepaper makes other factors superfluous. Whether it is an IEO or an ICO, or how many people are following it on social networks, are not the factors necessary to measure how good the project is. You can make IEO at any exchange by giving them the money they want. Or by bounty's rules, you can force tens of thousands to follow on social networks.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do people still create new ERC20 tokens/projects nowadays? on: October 28, 2019, 11:02:11 AM
I was wondering if ERC20 tokens are still useful today and if people still create projects around them? I know the ICO 'feast' is kind of over and that was the main purpose people were launching these tokens for.

Greetings to the community,

Liviu
Investigate 0x. One of the ERC20 tokens that has been present in the last few years, and the volume is almost $50 million. But I have not heard about a good project based on ETH in recent months, I guess the decrease in price late last year has made such projects scared. At that time there were even projects that changed to the EOS blockchain due to the price drop.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Want 10x profits in quick time? WAVES can be one of the coin you must buy now. on: October 28, 2019, 10:32:12 AM
When BTC was struggling in late 2018, I remember the only crypto which showed ~3x rising must be Waves. It increased from less than 0.0005 BTC to 0.0012BTC within a week of time. Right now, WAVES is trading below 10k satoshi and I bet it could bounce back at any time soon to the region of 0.001BTC.

Waves has many unique features like built-in DEX and easy smart contract creation wizard within their wallet. More importantly you may lease out your Waves to earn waves and other tokens on daily basis. As per them your coins stay within your wallet but you are just allowing your coins to participate into mining and other related process.

In my opinion, WAVES must be one of "unsung asset" which maybe due to whales domination. Still, with waves' feature of limited supply its whales will lose their power over the time.
I remember when the price reached $ 4.50, but I did evaluate it at that time. Otherwise, if I had held it so far, I would have lost big money. WAVE was a good coin, but I sense it has been forgotten lately. The price is in very poor condition and this frightens me frankly. In WaveDEX, the volume is very low, almost so few people use it. Sometimes there is a big difference between orders. I will personally wait until it recovers.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will China start Altcoin Season on: October 28, 2019, 10:07:05 AM
I hope so!

In my opinion many Chinese are feverishly opening accounts right now to invest
Chinese search engines are reporting the Chinese are searching this topic feverishly!
If these guys start investing in the projects that are on the Chinese list of preferred projects I don’t need to tell you what will happen.

As an example, I am invested in Cardano and it is on the list and they also have a solid presence in China

https://www.tronweekly.com/iohk-bringing-cardano-ada-closer-to-chinese-market/

I am not telling you to buy Cardano it is an example. There are many projects on the Chinese preferred  list.

List is here:

https://news.bitcoin.com/china-rankings-37-crypto-projects/
As time goes by, it will be possible to give ideas with developments. As far as we can see, it was only able to influence the BTC, while the altcoins are still waiting. When we examine the prices of the altcoins against BTC, it seems that there have been no increases other than a few. We have all been waiting for the altcoin season for a long time, hopefully it will be what you think.
