221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you prefer to invest token or coin? on: May 01, 2020, 02:41:55 PM
I really do not think it actually matters. It depends on the project. But I think the coin is more popular and people like them above token. I think its because coin created before and token came after some years of developments. That's why I think the coin is more successful than the token. Also, it's easy to use smart contracts to create a token and scam people through it so I think the coin is safer too.

The difference is clear, a token is a project on some platform, and the coin has its own chain. I agree with you, doesn't really matter if the projects are good.

Token? Probably you can tie that word with scam because most of the time tokens turns up into scam and shit because its easier for scammers to create a tokens than a coin but not every coin is also legit so invest based on potential which is better on coin.

It's true that many tokens turned out to be scams, but many of us made a nice profit with many of them. From bounties, trading, or some other way we made a good profit, what we can users do if the team decides to abandon the project and run away.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dont sell off because of the period on: May 01, 2020, 06:33:59 AM
If you had been holding for a long time and you have bought it cheaply, it would be worth selling. However, it is uncertain what could happen this coming halving. So, it is still a risk you will have to take, it is either selling your alt for BTC will be worth it or it would all go to waste.

But what if you believe that price can rise even more, would you sell it? Some people run for profit in fiat, to have more dollars, others try to have more crypto, decide your goals, and do accordingly, try to not regret you actions later! It all comes down to believing in something or not, I don't sell my crypto for fiat unless I have to, my goal is to have more crypto for the future, more than fiat, in my opinion in long term fiat is going down, losing value, while crypto will go higher, it will gain more value.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to buy some alt? on: April 30, 2020, 06:56:32 PM
If you think that many altcoins are undervalued at the moment, as I do, you will think about how to find enough money to invest in the ones you desire most! Most of us have a limited budget and we can't invest in all of them, we need to invest in the most promising ones. I agree that this year and next year will be good years for buying because we can't expect some bull run before that! By bull run, I mean another 2017, maybe bigger and better year, if that's possible!
224  Economy / Economics / Re: Crisis after the epidemic on: April 30, 2020, 05:28:28 PM
Personally I believe in crisis after this pandemic. The crisis will be painful for some countries more than for other countries, the same is for people, some will suffer more than others. How long it will last nobody can say, all we see are speculations, and we can assume that for some countries and for some people recovery will not be easy and fast.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing VS IEO on: April 29, 2020, 10:33:42 AM
For me, it's the same, the project should be good and if it is then it will be listed on exchanges and traded if it's bad it does not matter is it IEO or ICO. Just because the project is IEO you should do a research anyway, don't trust blindly just because some exchange stands behind, do your own research before you invest and if a project is good it will be traded and the price will rise with more people joining.
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your expectations with bitcoin after halving..? on: April 29, 2020, 07:23:11 AM
I don't think there will be much of a huge impact on the day or week or even the month of the halving. You can't just buy BTC 24 hours before the halving and expect to make money 100%. It doesn't work that way. In some way its already priced in.

The halving will be bullish in the long term. Right now BTC is pretty much correlating with the stock indices and bitcoins short term price is dependent on that. Nobody knows if stock market will make a newer low like in March. The economy is in bad shape, so it could go lower however states are already opening up and might slowly restart the economy.

So the short term is pretty much a coin toss at the moment however long term its obviously bullish and >$10K is definitely going to get achieved.

We who are here for years think almost the same, we will not see any huge impact on the price after halving. The previous halvings had long term effects on the Bitcoin price, and this time it will be the same. Volatility will stay, we will see the price going up and down the entire year, but only after months we will see some higher increase. 10k can happen this year, but next year even 20k and higher is possible.
227  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is making some noise in the market. on: April 28, 2020, 05:19:30 AM
Nah, I don't see that yet.
This looks like a normal pump.
It ain't the product of the upcoming halving yet.

Maybe we will all feel it sometime in 2021. There might be buyers that will come but they will absolutely run when they see just a little profit.
Then we will see another dump which could be a good chance to buy.

We watch the price every day, for us changes are normal, and if we don't see a couple of thousand dollars rise we will not call that noise, for us 10% up or down is every day fluctuation, a normal day in the crypto market. It's like that for us, but for people around and new people, we can't say the same thing. Bitcoin is making noise for years and noise is getting louder for them, soon the entire world will hear it and dance on that noise.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC and Stock vs Oil price on: April 27, 2020, 07:28:22 PM
I do not think that oil price will have an impact on BTC price. Because the price of oil decreased due to the significant reduction in transportation, countries have ordered to restrict the movement of people due to COVID-19. This led to a serious drop in oil prices. In addition, there are 15 days until the Halving BTC day, I think the value of BTC will increase sharply because the difficulty of mining  a BTC will be more difficult.

BTC and stock markets are not connected, but big oil companies are part of stock market! Now we see how strong the stock market is, what happens with oil can happen with anything else, the stock market can fall not to zero, it can go in minus! And now I would like to see some explanation of how the stock market is safer than the crypto market? Who is that person that can convince me in that now after what we saw in the last months? And I would like to get worse for them, only like that they will realize what crypto is and how safer it is, and they will join with their tails down.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON (TRX) Coin Future Price ? on: April 27, 2020, 02:47:46 PM
Buy Tron is good for now. So imagine, if you buy $1000 tron with price $0.0206.
So, you will get huge profit if the price going up. But you will get huge loss if the price dump.
But i believe tron price will going up follow the halving bitcoin.

Wow, so if the price goes down you will lose, but if it goes up you will make a profit?!
We can say whatever we want about Tron and Justin! That will not change anything, Justing is doing great marketing for Tron network and himself, I think they attract people to invest and do all sort of things with Tron, Justin announced even more in near future. Huge supply and coins locked by Justin are two things that hold Tron to make some significant rise, but in future with higher demand, and I am somehow sure we will see higher demand for Tron will affect the price to rise.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartesi is now listed in Binance on: April 26, 2020, 07:48:57 PM
Just one more coin that's getting listed on a famous exchange, what can go wrong? People who have some coins ok, they can be happy with this event, but for all of us others I suggest caution, the price can drop hard after listing, and if you really wish to have some of Carteshi coins it's better to wait sometime and only then to buy because the price can't rise too high in couple days, but believe me, it can drop hard after listing. New coins are always risky, have that in mind!
231  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin creating panic again? on: April 26, 2020, 07:10:16 PM
Panic is always around, this is the crypto market, I mean what we are talking about here? We already experienced, some of us, 90% drops and we are still here, doing the same thing we did before! Give it or take it, in crypto you are always in some kind of dilemma, what to do, which coin to buy, to cut losses, to long it, or simply buy Bitcoins with all money you have! It's always something, is it a buying fever, or panic selling, many of us try to earn on that and we live for those moments to sell on top and buy again on the bottom.
232  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who own top 10 addresses on: April 25, 2020, 05:38:55 PM
I am just curious to know why you want to know the owners of those addresses. Aside from linking any of the addresses to a scam, I do not think it is right to keep digging the owner of an address especially if the reason you are doing so is just that you see that the addresses contain a huge amount of crypto.

Maybe he plans some criminal activities? if some of these Bitcoin holders leave near him, maybe he plans to steal their wallets? That's the first thing that falls on my mind, second is that he wishes to follow those people on different social platforms and try to become their friend and beg for some coins?! We will not hear the reasons from OP, some people just ask questions without any explanations why they wish to know something. I don't care about these addresses, I care only about my wallet!
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time on: April 25, 2020, 10:56:17 AM
The best time was 10 years ago! Now it's just a good time to buy, only that! We can see the price dropping more, nobody can guarantee anything. I think we need to make a difference here for new people who read our posts, it's always a good time to buy and hold for long, it's not the same when you are buying to make a fast profit. There are good times for buying and good times for selling and if you know how to recognize what the current time is good for you will be a very good and profitable crypto trader!
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: April 24, 2020, 06:38:24 PM
Which is why, I'm starting to wonder if crypto will really go to zero in the future? If this happens, then most of us will lose our hard-earned money as crypto becomes worthless. What are your thoughts? Huh

Many of us will stay with crypto for good! Even if it drops really low we will be here and we will hold some low price, there will be some demand from us! We will use crypto for all things as we do now and we will keep crypto alive! Crypto, entire crypto market will not go to zero, it's not possible, to many people believe in crypto and we will never abandon this ship!
235  Economy / Economics / Re: Collapse of crude oil prices on: April 24, 2020, 05:27:29 PM
This has been a huge challenge this year. But I know for sure that it’s not going to continue forever and the price of Bitcoin will not fall forever, it is just a matter of time and all these things will pass and things will get better and go back to how they used to be before now.

Oil seems to be what’s being mostly affected in this situation right now, it kept crashing and reached to the extent of what we least expected would happen. The price of reduced to a negative $37, and some people have been asking whether this is going to be having any effect on the price of bitcoin, but I don’t really believe that one.

It will not last forever, but while it lasts there will be a huge problem. I think that we will see the consequences after oil we will see the stock market going down entirely! I think we are witnessing a big oil war, and that war will spread. This is not over, we will see a lot more about oil in the upcoming months, and the culmination is waiting for us, in some moments I think that big problems are yet to come, so people don't relax yet!
236  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: April 23, 2020, 06:37:48 PM
its still conspirasy yet , but i think before the pandemic begin china was half rule the world , with everything are made in china
they are good at making something with lowest cost so they can sell it lower than other

It would be better to say that this is just one more conspiracy theory, we have so many of them these days. I don't know who will rule after this crisis, but I assume there will be a lot of problems in the world after pandemic ends, we will probably encounter different problems, maybe even bigger ones than we have now! Chinese have a strong economy, and if they play everything right they can climb on top.
237  Economy / Economics / Re: New World: Global or National? Governance with Blockchain on: April 22, 2020, 05:53:22 AM
The coordination of every country has been stopped to beat the Corona epidemic However the administration is going to be formed through blockchain Although globalization has an impression on globalization within the development of industrialized countries it's no effect on the blockchain The blockchain is under the control of the govt and acts as directed by the govt.

I think corona pandemic was just a tool to get people locked! As much as I would like to see the global world with blockchain governance, I think we are still far from that. Two reasons are behind that, first is that Blockchain is maybe not ready for that stage, we still need a lot of improvements, development. Second is that old generations are holding us back, and bloody system with politicians as leaders. In the next 50 years, we will see some necessary changes, we can just hope to be alive to see that, some of us!
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: April 21, 2020, 08:18:31 PM
Bounty alone is really not enough to make the project become successful because doing or launching a bounty is just a first phase of the project and it is made to create popularity on which let the crowd know that a certain project do exist nowadays. Still the future of the project lies or depends into the strategic mind of the team behind the project to present the idea and concept of the project to be able to satisfy the interest of the potential investors and to close a deal to support and make the project work going to the path of success. Project must not only rely on bounty alone because it is just s front phase of letting the project be popular or known and not the assurance for what will be the outcome of the project itself.

What is the problem with most of the projects is that they don't know they will need to work very hard in the first couple of years, and in that time to not take any profit! Bounty alone is just a beginning, but every project needs upgrades, constant monitoring, developing on all fields, money they get to invest in equipment. Most of the teams take first profit and they abandon projects and investors stay with worthless tokens.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Not a joke. I think Jack Dorsey CEO of Twitter has funded this small cap. on: April 21, 2020, 04:39:27 PM
Lmao.  That trick is something that maybe could work way back in 2012 - 2013...  Maybe.  But still, the people who would fall for it would still be totally dumb even with the standards the space had back then.

It looks like a trick to attract people, and many will see Twitter and that will make them invest! I don't think that Twitter should do something secretly, why would they do it when they can a lot more money if they advertise everything. This connection doesn't exist except in some people's heads, who falls on this will lose money 100%!
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is your expectation still high on the halving on: April 20, 2020, 08:43:17 PM
To be frank, I don't know again about my expectations. My reason is this; the world out there is in an unhealthy state with nothing going as planned, no business is moving, no cure is coming forth, people are still dying in numbers therefore with no business going on most people are selling to fiat to be able to met up with their needs. All these reduced my expectations and therefore I can say, my expectations is medium; that is, we might not get a huge growth as we anticipated but something good will surely come as a result of it. This is my opinion though.

You need to relax, Bitcoin halving will happen! Don't expect some effects of that right after, but we will see the effects of the reduced supply in upcoming years. I don't need to repeat that we need to stay patient, changing the supply will affect the price in the long term. I think we in cryptocurrencies don't need to fear right now, many things go in our advantage, we just need to hold our position and be patient!
