I would invest the whole money into Bitcoin, maybe a small percentage into ETH, but this is it. Cryptos, especially altcoins are disappointing hard and I do not see any alternatives in investment options besides of buying BTC and wait.
Whole money sounds suicide in cryptocurrency, only invest your money that you don't need it or without that money your financial condition still fine, that's how people invest in crypto. It's similiar like gambling but more promising and also if you want to go all in in crypto it's better to split into some coins so you will have more chance to increase your portofolio value |

My question Is the halving a catalyst for a Bitcoin price bubble? is based on my observation that the halving happens every 4 years and a Bitcoin price bubble seems to also happen every 4 years.
Halving of 2016: 7/9/16
Price bubble was around mid Dec 2017 (about 17 months after halving)
Halving of 2012: 11/28/12
Price bubble was around late Nov 2013 (about 12 months after halving)
Any correlation? Is it possible that the halving starts a price increase that grows exponentially over the course of a year to a year and a half until the bubble pops? If so, should we expect the same thing to happen after the halving of 2020?

This is what i've always thinking of, 1 year after bitcoin halving bitcoin price will boom, but why before the halving people are not realizing it yet ? The supply is less and the difficulty is doubled harder than before but people are still ignoring the price of bitcoin right now, and one year after halving people are realizing bitcoin is a rare thing they will buy it for a high price while when the price is low just right now they're not buying it |

In order to manage to make money on such a scheme, you need to have trading experience, clearly see the signals of the emergence of a strong movement and quickly respond and take profits. I think that an ordinary trader can rarely make money on a pump. Mostly market makers make money on it.
I think it's really risky if we joined into a trade with a coin that already give the signal of the strong movement because the whales who controlled it are ready to sell theirs when people realize it has a big pump, and people who just bought the coins are trapped and stuck and have no choice beside sell with loss or hold it. Presently i detect that few bounties still allow red trust accounts to wear their signatures, i think this means the bounty project is been managed by bad bounty manager or what do you think? for example E3T bounty allows red trust account, is this normal ?
I think it depends on the project manager not bounty manager, i'm sure the bounty manager ask for the participant requirement before he started a bounty thread and all the rules on the bounty thread is accepted by the project manager. This is a heartbreaking truth. Fraudsters more and more, it is difficult to distinguish them. Especially newcomers, they don't know anything and are easily lured by scammers. This will gonna be always like that if the creation of a token project as easy as right now. People are easily create tokens moreover the erc20 tokens, and the crypto newcomer will be tricked because they know nothing. There are lots of social media groups regarding the trading signals. I won't say all of them are bad some of them does a very good market research and some times their price predictions come true. There are some groups who also target small volume coin and tries to manipulate the coin price.
But i'm sure they will be not always true, sometimes they're just lucky enough eventhough their analysis is good but cryptocurrency price is still unpredictable. And also you just mentioned a pumping group who bait people to buy the coin and they will sell theirs when the signals is launched, there are many pumping signal group and i think the follower is the victims |

What preparations do you make to see the coins to be pumped?
Are you going to wait for a higher upward trend or choose to sell when you have a chance?
If i'm holding a pumping coin, i usually sell some of my coins and wait higher to sell the others. And when the coins start dumping sometimes i'm buying more because i expecting a correction. I never sell all of my pumping coin when i hold it and always sell it little by little |

Some bounty hunters quit because altcoin market is not in good shape but very few new projects still manage to enter this space in this so called bad time, my point is if new projects can take the risks why not same with bounty hunters? altcoin market of this year is poor no doubt but some bounty projects still become a success

Yes, that is what is the prediction right now because the past records speak so. But, this market is volatile and unpredictable. Do not blindly go with anyone's prediction but, if you really feel so then you invest. Apply your strategy and trust on your analysis. I think each altcoin has each different season and doesn't have to wait for bitcoin price go high. I want to ask, which of these two things is more feared by traders, market manipulation or coin dumps. both of these things always make the loss of traders from the beginning of popular crypto until now.
I'm personally very scared when the market is at an uptrend, but suddenly there is a dump that causes prices to fall very deep, even lower than when I bought the coin. that's why when prices go up high (more than 15%) I won't buy it. I better not get profit than get stuck by FOMO. while for market manipulation, this is normal. I'm not surprised by this, because I always trade coins that have a large marketcap. so the risk of manipulation is very low. and when there is manipulation I will definitely know.
how about you guys? which makes you scared?
I'm more scared with hackers.. In this cryptocurrency world hacker is everywhere moreover if you have more than thousand dollars assets in a wallet you might be targeted by the hackers. So, we have to be careful with visiting any crypto websites or filling forms that might be a phising site from hackers that want to steal you wallet. |

I think it's almost imposibble since litecoin isn't have upcoming events this year. Also aiming for 1k is too much since the price is just around 50-60USD right now. I think it will reach 1k when bitcoin price is more than 50k. Litecoin is great, i usually use it for transaction between exchange due to low fee and fast transaction speed but people are not buying it for investment, some just for daytrading or for transaction between exchange purpose like what i do. |
