My worst nightmare: Bakkt is the GOT last season of crypto. A lot of waiting, hype, high expectation and then delusional implementation.
I really can't think of anything that's been heavily hyped that didn't immediately sink without a trace on launch. That's just how it works. There's the cash futures launch which of course sunk everything but that was a catalyst rather than a cause. Probably the same thing happens, tomorrow 22 the test begins, if it has good acceptance, there may be fireworks. Personally I am not attracted to this type of products related to Bitcoin, but this type of news and releases at the moment are the ones that move the BTC price. (Unlike CME, in Bakkt futures the Bitcoin is paid)

Fidelity’s crypto arm has officially applied to operate in New York as a trustThis is the latest development for the burgeoning provider of storage and trading solutions for bitcoin, allowing it to go head to head with rivals like Coinbase, which secured its qualified custodian designation in October alongside firms Gemini and Paxos. In May, Bloomberg reported that the firm was stretching beyond its custody business, preparing for the launch of broker services to trade on behalf of institutional clients. On the custody side, the firm has been courting traditional asset managers as well as crypto native firms, according to people familiar with the situation. https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/07/20/fidelitys-crypto-arm-has-officially-applied-to-operate-in-new-york-as-a-trust/

I will believe it when I see it. I am sure it can be dragged out a little longer.

VB1001, you do not post a single original thought in this thread. You do absolutely nothing besides repost bogus propaganda from Twitter pump and dump scammers, much like Micgoossens. Completely useless. Let me guess, you're an Indian boy living in Calcutta named Deepak.
The scam known as digital shitcoins are an exact metaphor for mainstream, Jewish media music. The kikes put garbage like Faith No More on television instead of Pantera just like they try to shovel you digital shitcoin scams instead of physical metals. They were like, hey, these Faith No More guys are fucking idiots. This Pantera guy is way better and looks like he might be into goyim liberation ideology. Let's shovel them some Faith No More instead.
You need to go out and relate to real people or you will end up worse than you are, you have all the neurons burned, use the last one you have left to walk and leave the basement. Goodbye, have fun.

You are a moron posting flat out lies in order to try and scam people just like the other 99% of financial scammers on Twitter. Hey hey hey, it's not okay to insult people when you comment on other people's posts. You do not realize that with this attitude you are not going anywhere. You can say the same, talk as you want, but do not insult. I mean, fuck r0ach, but where the fuck have you been, like 80% of this entire thread has been insults at each other but luckily for the most part everyone takes it as good humor, except for jbreher when you call him a government mole. Then he be mad I understand the ironic or sarcastic way that we all use in WO, is part of the thread and in that context you can practically use any adjective and no one will get upset, but this person's posts are neither ironic nor sarcastic, they simply insult and despise I do not worry about it, but I feel sorry for his behavior. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D_2SxSCU8AAEnOu.pngGood morning, WO,s

Today, looking for history books, Cypherpunk, I have come to the page of the Satoshi Nakamoto Institute. Where there is a series of very interesting links, I hope you enjoy it. LiteratureBitcoin was not forged in a vacuum. These works serve to contextualize Bitcoin into the broader story of cryptography and freedom. https://nakamotoinstitute.org/literature/(Another day I will look for the commercial books, right now I find the Satoshi Institute page more interesting.)

#bitcoin 2012 Stock-to-flow model still works!
From what I see this graph shows only 8000$ at the end of 2017 when there was already a 20000$ price. Today if I can see correctly this should be already around 25 - 30K USD for single BTC. Still, it could be a good prediction in a very long term, which is a million $$$ for single BTC in the 2025 year and if one doesn't look too much into details. This is a model based on the SF/price BEFORE the first halving. It's a loose indication, with market price being driven by more "short term" forces. Nice thing is that historically model undervalued the price by 300% (market price was triple the model value) but never overestimated market price by 100% (market price was never below 50% of model value). So, basically, model value is sort of, conservative estimate of market price. Exact.

#bitcoin 2012 Stock-to-flow model still works! S2F model made with 2009-2012 data (only 4 data points, before any halving - green line) correctly predicted 2013-2019 (7 out-of-sample data points + blue line) with 99.5% R2. Current prediction: 2021 $100K, 2025 $1M🚀 https://twitter.com/100trillionUSD/status/1151854806782361604Get up and see the graphics of this guy is great. Apart from the graphic, now we are struggling +/- 10500, but the goal, is 10850 to start climbing again. Good morning WO,s
